Blocking main roads (in this case Tank-DIKHAN road) & building diversions citing "Security Concerns" in my humble opinion is based upon the flawed tactic of being "Reactive & Only Defense Centric" approach, which doesn't send a very confident message. In a midnight operation, WB Police, on the instructions of Mamata Banerjee, is going door to door in Bermajur, which is in #Sandeshkhali, and intimidating BJP booth agents. Women are being threatened and abused. Their voter cards are being snatched and they are being told not to sit in the booths tomorrow. Power has been shut in the entire area. Local TMC goons are guiding the police. There is no woman cop accompanying them, as should have been the case, if this was a legitimate exercise. Mamata Banerjee will pay for her sins. But for now we are ensuring protection for our karyakartas. Election Commission of India must instruct the Police and General Observers to intervene immediately.

#WATCH | Ghaziabad, UP: On the Surya Murder Case, DCP Dhawal Jaiswal says, "An accident occurred on 28 May, in which Surya Chauhan was stabbed by an individual named Asad, who died during treatment. Based on a complaint filed by his family, a police station has registered a case against five people. A case was registered in Khoda under relevant sections, and swift action was taken, resulting in the arrest of the three main accused. Asad, the main accused in this incident, was absconding, and a reward of Rs 50 thousand had been announced by the police team. Today, the police team received information that Asad was going to meet some of his friends in the Khoda police station area and was planning to escape after taking some money from them. Based on this information, the entire team combed the entire area and set up checkpoints. In this sequence, Asad and one of his friends are seen arriving here on a bike. The police team attempts to stop them and warn them, but instead of stopping, they open fire on the police team. In the retaliatory fire, the police fire in self-defence, in which Asad is shot. ⚠️ Traffic Alert: There is “chaos” on Clifftown Road in Southend city centre this afternoon, while workers start to clear up rubble that fell from a building yesterday. A police cordon remains in place on Clifftown Road after part of a building collapsed above SAKS bar. But the road has reportedly not been closed at Chichester Road, leading to drivers not realising the road is closed and vehicles having to turn around outside Southend Central train station. Two people were injured by the falling debris as they walked past. Thankfully, neither required hospital treatment after being assessed by ambulance crews at the scene. Ruhul Shamsuddin, founder of Lordsons on Clifftown Road, said: "It was inches from a tragedy. Sunday afternoon, families and kids everywhere, and if it had fell a few feet over we would be talking about something far worse than a shut road. “We got very lucky. Now it’s chaos out here, the road is closed, cars turning round in the street, and every business on the stretch is taking the hit." The cordon remains in place today because of concerns that more masonry could fall while specialist structural engineers assess the building. If you're heading into the area, avoid Clifftown Road until the building is made safe.

Update — This is the current scene outside the federal building in Seattle. The blockades are still erected in front of every exit. No federal police, no local police. It’s unclear why the federal government has allowed these blockades to be up for 8 hours now. Lots of vandalism on the property, including graffitied Antifa insignias. The anti-ICE/Antifa militants say they are not leaving until ICE releases the “hostages,” aka illegal migrants who were apprehended following court proceedings. It’s unclear if ICE is in the building. Additionally, Antifa backed me into a corner and minor assaulted me. My security guard arrived at the perfect time. I have been here since 8 am. It’s not dark yet, and it’s likely the group will move to set the scooters on fire.

This report commissioned and endorsed by the Met Police is a disgrace. It attacks something it calls ‘whiteness’ - which is apparently bad. And it asserts that anti-black outcomes are ‘built in’ to the police. Extreme identity-based grievance ideology is divisive, inaccurate and destructive. If implemented, it would make the public less safe - including the black community. The report also attacks stop and search - which saves lives, removes thousands of weapons from our streets, and protects the very communities most affected by violent crime. Stop and search in London is used proportionately to the offending population and the success rate is about the same across ethically groups. There is no justification for weakening it. The way to rebuild trust in policing is through results – tackling crime, delivering fairness, and ensuring every officer is supported to do their job professionally and without fear or favour. Everyone should just be treated equally by the police before the law. This report contains a lot of dangerous nonsense.

‼️DEMANDING BETTER ROADS IS A CRIME!!! ‼️ A horrific road accident in Chevella, Telangana involving an RTC bus and a tipper lorry resulted in the death of 19 innocent souls couple of days ago!! Pained by these frequent accidents in the area, locals came together and staged a dharna demanding for road repairs & better roads. Since questioning is a crime 🤷🏽‍♀️, a case has been registered against 25 people for staging the dharna!!! Police filed a case stating that they caused inconvenience to public transport and staged the dharna without permission 👌🏽 No one cares as long as common citizens die on the roads, get crushed under the incompetence of the government. No security, no TRU, no Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department - JMPD just me and my media team. Upon my discovery, I do believe it is a “house of interest” and therefore, I together with the city officials will be going back for a firmed further action and report. Another account on the terminal wounding ballistics of the round that *reportedly* hit Charlie Kirk from his head of security. As I stated in my initial video on the topic - the odds that the wound pattern being described here was from a 30-06 round is very, very low in my opinion; perhaps even impossible for a commercially loaded round. Insecurity. HERE ARE THE RED FLAGS TO HELP YOU IDENTIFY IMPERSONATORS, KIDNAPPERS, CRIMINALS, TERRORISTS ON MILITARY OR PARAMILITARY UNIFORMS WHEN DRIVING OR TRAVELING THROUGH THE HIGHWAYS IN NIGERIA. VISIBILITY AND STATIONED VEHICLES. When driving and you suddenly sight men in uniform and guns, either soldiers in Army camouflage, police, or paramilitary uniforms standing on the express in an isolated area, slow down from afar and scan the area for proper visibility. If the road is a two lane express, ensure both sides of the road where the uniform men are standing are not covered with bush. If the both sides of the road is covered with thick and over grown grass, please it is a red flag. Before soldiers, police, civil defence, immigration or customs set up checkpoints or road blocks in the middle of nowhere, they will properly clear the bushes on one side, or on both sides of the road where they intend to mount their road block. They will build makeshift shades or seats. They may build makeshift shelter and create a proper space for vehicles to park. At a certain distance, the road block will be very visible to you as a motorists. HERE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT. If you see such road blocks, please check both sides of the road if there is a stationed vehicle of the officers. For such an isolated roadblock there must be a well branded vehicle of the organisation parked by the side of the road for easy identification, confidence, and protection assurance. If you see them on pam slippers, snickers, or rubber shoe, it is a very big red flag. HOW THEIR GUNS ARE POSITIONED OR DISPLAYED. If they are on legitimate road block, or on a stop and search, they will never point their guns on oncoming vehicles. Their guns will either be hanged on their back, or seen pointing to the ground. Insecurity. When driving and you suddenly sight men in uniform and guns, either soldiers in Army camouflage, police, or paramilitary uniforms standing on the express in an isolated area, slow down from afar and scan the area for proper visibility. If the road is a two lane express, ensure both sides of the road where the uniform men are standing are not covered with bush. If the both sides of the road is covered with thick and over grown grass, please it is a red flag. Before soldiers, police, civil defence, immigration or customs set up checkpoints or road blocks in the middle of nowhere, they will properly clear the bushes on one side, or on both sides of the road where they intend to mount their road block. They will build makeshift shades or seats. They may build makeshift shelter and create a proper space for vehicles to park. ⚠️ Caution to Mokila HMDA Plot Bidders ⚠️ Upcoming Mokila HMDA auction is on 29th June & 30th June and I visited the site today, and here are my thoughts. The HMDA layout is shaping up very well. The development quality looks good, and the internal roads and overall planning appear to be done to a decent standard. However, the current approach roads are a major concern. • The approach road from Mokila Main Road / Waterford Villas side is decent initially, but remember it is only a 30 ft road, and nearly 1 km towards the end is still a kacha road. • The Kollur approach road is currently in a pathetic condition. • The third access road, which was probably operational earlier via the Aparna venture side, is now closed. Though the brochure mentions 3 HMDA planned approach roads, none of them are actually under progress or visibly planned on ground as of now. Personally, I would not recommend bidding beyond ₹65,000 per sq yard at the current stage. There are other options like Gachibowli County and JB Ventures plots directly on the RR7 Extension Road in the ₹55K–₹60K range, with much better connectivity and just 10–12 minutes from the Kollur exit. It doesn’t make much sense to invest ₹70K–₹80K+ without a proper and dependable approach road.

My Statement on Conditions for the Use of Firearms by Police Officers I have seen debates, reactions, and expressions regarding my recent statement on the use of firearms by police officers. My statement was made contextually and consciously with clarity of mind based on the express provisions of the law. No leader, scholar, jurist, journalist, blogger, or opinion shaper has challenged me on the law. At my age, position, and experience, I cannot utter statements that are not supported by the Constitution and the law. Throughout my career, I have never, in my conduct or utterances, found myself on the wrong side of the law. Indeed the Sixth Schedule of the National Police Service Act, in Paragraph B(1), provides the conditions for use of firearms by the Police as follows: 1.Protecting the lives of officers or civilians 2.Self-defense against imminent threats of death or serious injury protection through justified force 4.Preventing the escape of felony suspects from lawful custody I ask all those who are spreading misinformation, disinformation, and fake news to challenge me on the law. Those who are saying I issued an order to the police should show where the order is. A mere restatement of the law as it exists cannot amount to giving an order to the police. The Police are mandated by law to operate within the constitutional framework, the statutes, and the departmental standing orders. In any case, I have no constitutional powers to give such orders; instead, I have a duty to support the police and to formulate policy recommendations to aid the application of law in the enforcement of law and order. Our police officers who are attacked by robbers, rioters, and arsonists—who have torched police stations, stolen rifles, burnt suspects alive, and burnt property worth millions of shillings, including courts —cannot be left helpless when they have been given the authority by the Constitution and the law to defend themselves, the citizens, and their property. The law is in black and white.
