Bloober cooked with Silent Hill 2 Remake

Between Silent Hill 2 Remake and Cronos The New Dawn, Bloober is now one of my favorite horror developers. I'm eagerly waiting for Silent Hill Remake, and wishing they do Cronos 2 as well.

Silent Hill 2 has been in my top 5 favorite games for 24 years, and while I still love it just as much, I honestly think this remake is a better overall experience.

How they made the best horror game of all time even better in the remake is mindblowing to me

Yep. They absolutely nailed it. I'd even argue it's the better way to play the game but I'll probably attract a lot of attention for that view 🤣 It's great though. Nobody else could have done this any better than they did.

I always return to it, love the intro, then spook myself so hard I cant play anymore, repeat over and over again on a new save before apartments LOL Apartments are so scary, even the original it was a part I stopped at. Ill get past it when I really dedicate myself to beating

No they didn't, the performance is horrible and they never bothered to fix it.

Planning to finish the game this month Along with a few others Currently on the Labyrinth (although was a month ago) But so far this game is just phenomenal

Aside from a too-effective combat system for James, and more importantly, the letter read by Mary’s va (and some of her line reads as Maria. She does fine but any OG fan knows how incredible the og was), this game basically nails is. The aesthetic was unbelievably good though!

I have to replay this again. Playing this as a kid, this is how my imagination saw the game.

I always had faith in them, since I played "the medium" which I don't get why people hate so much, it had an amazing story, good mechanics and the ending was open, so it meant there was going to be a second part, that didn't came out after all :(
