As a Twins fan, I greatly approve of Schneider removing Berríos. I approve of it so much, that I hope all remaining managers of teams that the Twins will face throughout the playoffs copy this brilliant game plan.

Blue Jays didn’t wanna miss their flight to Cancun

It blows my mind that he got pulled while on a heater because of “analytics”. I firmly believe that the coaching staff cost them this game.

Waiting for the “entire jays staff is fired” breakdown

Disgusting

Thanks for this. I hate it.

Taking Berrios out of the game was up there in the top three of epic post season managerial failures.

Nerds have ruined baseball.

The Jays Fanbase is irate over this analytics run amuck

You should do more breakdowns on just sequencing. Very well done and awesome to see

Shame. He was on fire. The over dependence on numbers is hurting baseball. There is something esoteric in the heart of the game somewhere that can’t be quantified, and so is simply ignored.

Reminds me of the rays in game 7 with Blake Snell

The opposition was Happy to see that..

@JomboyMedia Analytics is killing baseball

Wow. If “over managing” could be defined in a video this would be it. Great breakdown

I get that it was "analytics" but why was he on a predetermined pitch/batter count?

What the actual fuck! Toronto fan here. I think the front office has lost the team. I get that we didn’t hit but why would berrios want to stay?!?!

Time to cancel those seasons tickets and move away from Rogers to Bell or TELUS.

To paraphrase Mr. Stengel, the Blue Jays keep finding new ways to lose every year.

@TalkinBaseball_ I like your work @Jomboy_ keep it up 🫶

Was Aaron Boone guest managing?

Imagine paying Millions to a starter to pull him with 47 pitches in a playoff game 💀 Analytics ruined baseball.

Clearly management didn't view it like this.

How many runs did the blue jays score in the twins series and every one is just talking about the pitching. I think the blue jays were just too hung over from celebrating the win to get into the playoffs. They play like a bunch of college baseball kids. Not serious enough.

I hate it here. At least we have Berrios for a bunch more years, where he could very well regress. Or not, and the rest of the once in a lifetime pitching staff around him does!

This breakdown should be shown to any pitcher even considering signing with this organization.

I fear my dodgers will suffer the same fate. They are totally data driven. It works fine until October hits. We have a decade worth of data to show data is useless after September.

Watching this breakdown makes me even more angry...... unreal.

Fantastic analysis, impossible to figure out the sequencing up until he was pulled. Hard to understand the thinking behind pulling him, that’s what he’s paid 131 Mil for!

@JomboyMedia Great breakdown. Should have left him in. Analytics strikes again.

@tyleryaremchuk ugh this makes it even worse
