I’m in Toronto Ontario about 2hrs away, Blue Mountain is a very touristy place the prices reflect that and are in Canadian Dollars $350 equivalent is around $260USD It’s impossible to tell if they are from this area or just visiting but I hope someone recognizes them 🤞🏾 soon

This is a very sensitive issue. Last year, a restaurant owner in a city not far away from there was beaten while confronting dine and dashers and succumbed to his injuries. Hope they catch this jerk.

Accent sounds Indian. It is possible that he is a high caste and so thinks he is above everyone. There are people in India who still believe that their caste makes them untouchable.
