JJ Redick joked in his pregame media about how Chris Finch told him he was taking too many midrange shots when Finch was a coach of Redick's in New Orleans -- despite Redick telling Finch he had a "top 5 midrange efficiency for 8 seasons in a row". I asked Finch about that and, more broadly, about coaching shot selection. (His answer starts out as a joke, but I thought also had some good nuggets in there about teaching shot selection -- referencing the value of the midrange showing up with Ant's game-sealing shot in Portland on Wednesday.)

He said there has been only one time, and it was in a clip featuring LeBron James on offense with JJ defending him. “The only clip I've ever shown the team was, we were not taking charges to start the year, my first year, last year, and I wanted to get the guys incentivized to understand the importance of taking charges and using that as a means of rim protection. So I showed a clip of me taking a charge on LeBron, catching his spoon move, and it was his left elbow that went into my eye, and I got nine stitches and a concussion, but that's the one clip I've ever shown them.”

Normally broken dogs come into my life and after a few months with us I am just like everybody else following their lives on Instagram. Today was already the highlight of my year as I got to see Bob! Bob was always very special to me as a gentle soul on the streets who I looked forward to seeing every single day with Angelina. My feeding route feels a bit empty without them and there isn’t a day I don’t look at their little spot and think back. We took him through the grief process which was very hard for him but I am so proud of him in his new home. He couldn’t have wished for better parents who dote upon him and his sister is a superstar. I loved watching the new confident Bob strutting around the beach. I’d never seen the side if him on the streets as he was just surviving there. He still loves to look around and see his sister and parents with his little side eye. Bob was always happy to be a pack member and he really has that now. Somewhere up there Angelina is looking down singing a little song for Bob that he is so happy. I didn’t want to wear my new T-Shirt that Matilda got me as it is so special but I figured I won’t have a bigger more exciting thing to go to the meeting Bob! Best. Day. Ever.

“The dream team faced scrubs they are not the best olympics team” FALSE. I watched the 4th quarter of the semifinal Croatia vs Russia and the gold medal game USA vs Croatia. Croatia was NO pushover. Drazen Petrovic led ALL scorers with 28 against Russia and 24 against USA Toni Kukoc led ALL playmakers in both games at 7 assists and then 9 (hitting a deep clutch 3 with a defender in his face with 30 seconds left in the semis) At one point Drazen even pushed MJ and was talking trash with him face to face. Something most NBA guys wouldn’t dare to do. Croatia was a better 3 point shooting team than the dream team! Shooting 9/17 (52.9%) while the USA shot 5/13 (38.5%) Put some RESPECT on Croatia’s name, these dudes would COOK in this era probably more than back then due to their shooting ability! 👊🏼

Prince Harry Couldn’t Even Explain Invictus Like JJ Could Joe Marler asked one of the simplest questions imaginable: “Can you explain for those who don’t know what the Invictus Games are?” If there was ever a moment for the founder to explain the mission, this was it. After all, this is the project he has built much of his public identity around. He repeatedly refers to himself as its founder and has spent years promoting it around the world. Instead, his first response was, “You do this one.” JJ Chalmers then gave the explanation I expected from Harry. He didn’t talk about press coverage, global recognition or how much the Games have grown. He explained the purpose. Invictus was created to use sport as a tool for the recovery and rehabilitation of wounded, injured and sick service personnel. But, as JJ explained so powerfully, it became so much more than that. It gave veterans purpose after devastating injuries. It rebuilt confidence. It gave them a community that understood their struggles. It reminded them they were more than the worst day of their lives. As JJ himself said, “It totally changed my life.” That is the heart of Invictus. Harry, meanwhile, summed it up by saying it started with sport as part of recovery and rehabilitation, that it had become much bigger than anyone imagined, that it reaches beyond the military community, and that it “really means something to people.” That isn’t an explanation. It’s a summary. As the founder, I expected Harry to articulate the mission before anyone else. Explain what Invictus is. Who it’s for. Why it exists. What it aims to achieve. Then invite JJ to show what that mission meant to him personally. Instead, the competitor explained the purpose while the founder focused on the growth. Personally, it feels like Harry has lost sight of what made Invictus extraordinary in the first place.

🚨HOLY CRAP!!! A 5-year-old boy in North Carolina was found WANDERING A ROAD at 10 PM with no shoes, no pants, crying for his mom, because she LEFT him alone in their apartment. A man named Antwain Daniels saw a tiny boy, called 911, then he picked the little boy up and put him on his BACK so his bare feet wouldn't touch the cold ground. He wrapped him in a blanket and then he took the shoes off his own feet and put them on the child. On the video, you can hear the little boy crying for his mother... while a complete stranger protected him better in five minutes than the people who were supposed to. Police found out his mom, 36-year-old Camille Banks, had left the apartment and the boy went looking for her and wandered out into the night. She has been cited for child abuse. GOD BLESS Antwain Daniels for helping this boy...

A BOMBSHELL DISCOVERY - THIS,,, THIS IS WHAT REALLY KILLED CHARLIE KIRK ! It was not a bullet of any kind, as many of my past videos have demonstrated already. But here is the unambiguous signature of what actually did kill him. > > > It is an unmistakable signature of an electric shock. Charlie is holding a microphone in his left hand. When he lets that microphone go, and opens up his palm, a good part of it, and tips of his fingers are all black. That microphone was wired, and so, with an electric shock, it got grounded, and burned his hand, at all points that were in contact with it. In the video attached, which most of you saw already, it is clear that 'blood', which I am convinced was not real, but a special affects fake, or whatever that substance was, does not come anywhere near his hand. His hand remains clear of it by at least one foot at all times. So, all the discoloration on his hand can not possibly be the residue of that substance. I can not imagine any other possibility for those blackened areas other than being a burned mark from an electric shock. For anyone who have not seen my other related videos yet, I can not attach them here, as I am limited to only 4 attachments per post. But you should find all of them posted on this page a little bit below.
