Soup made from a certain type of vegetable leaves is called by the name of the leaf. Many of these meals were a staple around my house growing up. Most of these recipes may have come about before my time, but we still enjoyed several of them. My mom had a soup that she would make called “feel better soup” which was basically the goulash casserole with extra beef broth.
