Her father has shamed her into this . (IMO) She knew what she was doing. She was being free and rebellious. Drinks , drugs, and sex. She just needs to accept her debauchery, change her trajectory and move on.

No, no, no, no, no. If real justice was involved, Leticia James wouldn't be. No. Just... NO.

Swear to God, you’re one of the sane people.🇺🇸✌️🇺🇸

@spotonwithlink Women are programmed by true crime, this must be a campaign strategy thing. The timing is convenient

What’s she still doing around. She should have already lost her license to practice!

That moron still has a job practicing law??? She shouldn't be in charge of mopping floors.

Please Link, DO NOT challenge this horrific case unless you have strong info, that I doubt because I’m very knowledgeable about this case considering my connections with other girls from the same groups. I do support you in so many things but I’m very disappointed that you are trying to take a negative position on this one just because it fits the agenda of we women are victims. This is a totally different story and unless you are here for clicks, PLEASE STOP IT! If you don’t believe my arguments please explain how 7 boys/men send texts to 40+ other boys/men inviting them to the free ‘pu***’ . ?!?!!?!

@spotonwithlink I’ve researched every angle of the case and read all available documents. I also have several sources at Cornell who have reached out to me with further information. I couldn’t be more measured and fair in my assessment. ♥️

@spotonwithlink I’m sorry Link … I have two kids students there and I heard about everything since then. Do you know that they do not allow clinics to do drug tests … I mean cornell and Cayuga ?

@spotonwithlink Please if you go want to learn about the real horrific cases … contact me and I may be able to set you with some of the several kids.

So let me get this straight she made the decision to be a freak which is fine. There are a lot of women that like to be a freak and do that wild stuff. She obviously agreed with it and approved it. So now she wants to destroy these guys lives.

What’s wrong with these feminists? I thought they loved sex and they’re just like men… But when there’s money involved all of a sudden they all become victims and the fun sex goes out the window

She is never impartial. I would perhaps take this all the way to SCOTUS.

She had a train rain on her then wanted to cry wolf when the dudes realized how little she was worth. This happens time and time again. Women lie.

Yet another feminist man hunt with Tish at the helm. She'll be as rotten as DA Nifong in the Duke case & deserves his treatment. This girl messed up, she should move, clean up her act, change her name, anything to leave it behind. Suing for money w/national exposure? Not smart

Great Analysis 🎯🎯🎯

Absolutely, Link. Well said. I had my doubts about this case when it first came to light. Plus, I question why she filed a civil suit instead of pursuing a criminal case? Time will tell on this one.

Regret is not rape.

Let the circus begin. Why do we have to deal with Letitia now? I'm with you Link on everything you just said. Thank you for sharing.

If true her denial of any responsibility is setting all women back.

You are right, Link. Women must start taking accountability. You are a great man..keep up the great work.

Sorry, but you’re being way too kind. They were all degenerates, but society only seems to care about the false accusations of the slut and that’s repugnant.

It’s a complete Shit 💩 show! This is a Defense Attorneys Wet dream!

Just goes to show that a vagina can make up anything and never had to take any accountability for thei actions

The same penalty for her as for Nifong.

This sounds like a guy who's finally taking his first red pill and yeah it's going to be hard and there's so much more he's got to learn I don't think he's going to be okay for the next decade

Stone this slut already

I would got for a bench trial after seeing the jury trials lately

Nope

@spotonwithlink Whatever she was happy to spread her legs for those boys. They were all fucked up maybe she forced the guys. If I had a son I’d tell him to stay away from college whores. Now she has the reputation of a slut

Yep KANGAROO COURT 100% You have to be unbiased Like this bitch going after Trump Now she’s gonna go after these boys

I think it is standard practice (at least in a civil case) to sue every entity who had any part in things, even though it makes it look like she is shirking responsibility. Are we sure the NY Times is releasing everything in a fair and complete way? Serious question.

Democratic reruns....MeToo2

TRUTH 👏🏼

, the Jane Doe v. Cornell University, et al. civil lawsuit’s goal is a large monetary settlement—not a trial, so her attorney withholding evidence 1) helps control public opinion (protect the client; slime the defendants & 2) ensures that she receives every protection from NY’s rape shield laws by not publicly revealing evidence that her attorney or a DA might fight to exclude if the case went to civil or criminal trial. —Interesting is the butt-covering by government officials who have zero worries about re-election in November: Tompkins County DA Mathew Van Houten reopened the case on Sep 26, 2026 after the civil lawsuit was filed on Sep 18. Then Gov Kathy Hokel takes the case from Van Houten on Oct 1 & assigns it to NY AG Leticia James as special prosecutor. #CornellRapeCase #JaneDoeCornellLawsuit

@spotonwithlink They are all degenerates

Social media has exploded in rage at a group of seven college students who have been accused of gang raping another student back in 2024 at Cornell University. The purported victim, identified only as Jane Doe, has filed a civil lawsuit against both these students and the university. Unfortunately for Jane Doe, she gave a sworn statement to police back in 2024 that details a lengthy saga of depraved, degenerate sexual behavior and drug use, but suggests that all the appalling sexual conduct was consensual and therefore not criminal. The line prosecutor declined to prosecute the young men based on that statement, but social media outrage has led to the reopening of the case, and New York Governor Kathy Hochul replacing the line prosecutor with Letitia James, the current attorney general of New York. My guest on this episode of Counterweight is Heather Mac Donald (Heather Mac Donald) , the Thomas W. Smith Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. A contributing editor of City Journal, and the New York Times bestselling author of The War on Cops. She has been writing about campus rape hoaxes and about the bizarre sexual culture on college campuses for decades. She walks through what Jane Doe is accusing these young men of, why the accusation does not hold, and why they are innocent. We also talk about what conservatives can do about the Bacchanal on campus and how to push these schools back towards actually educating their students.

Sunny Hostin, a former sex crimes prosecutor, actually defends the Cornell 7. She argues that under New York State law, the girl consented and that the media is "reporting this story inaccurately. I think they're reporting it unfairly." "The pictures of these young men who have not been charged, not been adjudicated are being plastered all over the internet," she decried.
