💪💪💪This guy rocked it! With his attitude, he probably doesn’t have to do anything and he’d be ripped. Excellent energy. Overall take on the videos, though the questions were inconsistent, generally: 1) fitness is a lifestyle 2) fitness is personal: - most ate healthy diets, one free-ate - only two got asked about alcohol - one drank, one didn’t - both fit - workouts varied: calisthenics, weights, cardio 3) sleep question was inconsistent 4) supplements question was inconsistent 5) hydration would be a good question to ask

That dudes energy is something else.
