I revived my 14-year-old dog with peptides. 6 months ago, he was slowing down fast. He was limping, achy, getting up slowly, and couldn't jump on the couch. We honestly didn't know if we had 6 months left with him. Today, our boy is running, jumping on the patio, going on long walks again, and even his hearing is back. I approached his protocol the same way I'd approach mine. - We started with BPC-157 and TB-500. 1-2 mg a day, 5 days on, 2 days off, injected basically the same way you'd inject a human. Within a couple of weeks, we saw less limping, less stiffness, he was moving better, etc. - Then we ran his labs the same way I run mine. Everything looked good except some minor kidney markets, and at his age kidney issues can spiral into problems dogs don't come back from. We addressed this with a bioregulator stack, again the same ones I use. - Then we put him on TRT. We're all aware of what happens to men when testosterone tanks with age. Now consider that we neuter our dogs, cut off their testosterone production entirely, and never think about it again. We put our boy on testosterone and the change was immediate. Within days of the first shot he became a different dog. We started with one shot a week, but just like in humans, by day 5 or 6 the levels drop and you get peaks and troughs. So we split it into two shots a week: Tuesday and Friday. We started conservatively, around 20mg per shot, and titrated up from there based on how he responded and how his labs looked. We landed at about 60mg total per week for a 70 pound dog, keeping a close eye on labs the whole way. That made a huge difference. Shot day is like a revival for him. ... And it's not just us, in fact other families are running the same protocol and seeing similar results. 6 months ago we were counting the time we had left with him. My kids were horrified by the thought that he would no longer be there as they grew up with him as their full-time guardian. Now I genuinely believe we have another 3 years. If you have a dog, understand that he's aging the same way you are. He needs help, but he can't do the research... you can! And after seeing what this protocol did for him, I knew other dog owners deserved access to it too, so check the tweet below.

This peptide stack literally revived my 14-year-old dog: BPC-157 + TB-500 We gave him 1-2 mg a day, 5 days on, 2 days off, injecting him basically the same way you'd inject a human. Later, we added TRT. 6 months ago, he was limping, achy, getting up slowly, and couldn't jump on the couch. Today, our boy is running, jumping on the patio, going on long walks again, and even his hearing is back. And he is the most measured dog on the planet!

The United States is the leading country in ultra-processed food consumption. Ultra-processed foods account for about 60% of the total daily caloric intake for Americans. This is because so much of the food in America is processed. Even the things that don't NEED to be...

7. Maintain stable blood sugar levels. Glucose & insulin spikes can feed cancer cells. Seyfried emphasizes the importance of keeping blood sugar levels stable by avoiding: • Sugar • Refined carbs • Processed foods Diets high in sugar can also lead to chronic inflammation & increase the risk of cancer development.

6. Ketogenic Diet. Seyfried advocates for a ketogenic diet: • High-fat • Moderate-protein • Low-carbohydrate This diet shifts the body from using glucose as its primary energy source to burning fat & ketones. Since cancer cells primarily rely on glucose for growth... Limiting glucose starves cancer cells & supports metabolic health. Foods you'd consume on this diet: • Nuts • Olive oil • Avocados • Low-carb vegetables • Lean proteins (Ex. fish)

ANNOUNCEMENT: A few days ago, my account was hacked. The hacker deleted my original $CHOO post, but now, we're back. They couldn't delete the mission. The community built $CHOO around ChooChoo’s story. 50% of the supply was sent to my public wallet so we could help 1 million dogs. The reason this project exists is because my 14-year-old dog ChooChoo went from almost dying to getting his life back. Nobody wanted this dog. 5 years ago, we adopted ChooChoo from a no-kill shelter in Phoenix. He was 9 years old, morbidly obese, with hypothyroidism, a heart murmur, and a long list of problems. Over the next few years, we treated his health as if I'd treat mine. A lot of the problems that were supposed to be a life sentence turned out to be manageable or reversible. But six months ago, he started limping and couldn't walk or jump. We were preparing to say goodbye. But I wasn't ready to give up, so I put him on peptides: BPC-157 plus TB-500. After about 6 weeks, we started to notice big improvements. Peptides were the gateway. Then, after the 2 month mark, we started giving him TRT. And we revived him completely. Today at 14, he is running and jumping again. And somewhere in all of that, someone created another coin using ChooChoo's name. I didn't make that one either. I loved the community that formed around ChooChoo, and I wanted to support it. But I couldn't fully get behind the old coin for a few simple reasons: 1) I had 0% supply on the last one, meaning I could have woken up one day to a random -90% candle on ChooChoo. 2) I plan to make this coin the heartbeat of Utilizing a PumpFun coin would have genuinely made that extremely difficult and I had no available supply to get in integrated. 3) Having a baked-in 1% tax will make a much bigger difference in genuinely going to help dogs that need it worldwide. With $CHOO every transaction sends 1% to the ChooChoo Fund to help dogs in need. 4) EVM seems like a much more stable ecosystem for real product integrations. This was impossible to do with a token I had no involvement in. With this one, it's possible and I'm comfortable letting my close friends and family support this project. 50% of the supply was sent to my public wallet here: 0x7C145F8B096FC7c064cA6E562d9632C16A6fA8FC I will never sell it for my personal gain. This coin exists to help grow the ChooChoo community through integrations, supporters, and bootstrapping what we wanna build over the long-term. And the long-term goal is way bigger than this coin. We are going to build Choo The Rescue. It will be a shelter for dogs like ChooChoo, who have been written off. The goal is also for $CHOO to have real utility across products, testing, therapies, and broader ChooChoo ecosystem. We'll give them another chance, the same chance ChooChoo got. Everything we're building starts here: Welcome to $CHOO.

4. Fasting. Seyfried is a big advocate for both intermittent fasting & longer-term fasting. Fasting reduces blood glucose & enhances ketone production... Which cancer cells cannot efficiently use. This helps inhibit their growth & promotes autophagy (the body’s process of cleaning out damaged cells).

3. Reduce Stress. Chronic stress damages the mitochondria & increases inflammation in the body. As we've learned... These 2 are major drivers for causing cancer. Reducing stress can look like: • Meditation/breathwork • Prioritizing rest & recovery • Taking natural supplements (L-theanine, Cordyceps mushrooms, etc) Here's a video of myself & my partner explaining the dangers of stress:

2. Regular exercise. Seyfried emphasizes regular exercise as VITAL for preventing cancer by: • Improving mitochondrial function • Lowering blood sugar and inflammation • Supporting autophagy to clear damaged cells Here are some forms of exercise anyone can do: • Walking • Swimming • Strength training Any form of movement is better than none. Simply moving your body daily is the goal.

First, let’s start with a fact: 1 in 3 men have low libido today compared to an estimated 5% in 1980. It's not just reduced sex drive...it's fatigue, brain fog & depression. Your body is shutting down reproduction because it thinks you're dying from chronic stress & sleep deprivation:

1. Prioritize sleep. Sleep is when our body recovers & heals itself. Especially our mitochondria. The better & the more sleep we get, we better our body is able to do this. Which means it's absolutely vital for preventing metabolic damage & cancer. Here are 4 sleep hacks from Dr. Eric Berg:
