California’s housing market defies expectations. Real estate expert Matt McCormick discusses the current trends shaping home prices and what it all means for families trying to find or keep a home. Watch this must-see episode of California Insider.

It’s pathetic that so many people are just born when they’re born and they just accept it.

I present to all the following : government intervention in the market places caused real estate and college degrees to spike in cost. The intervention was based on a false pretense of equity of some sort. It’s a fact that cannot be denied.

😂 I got the post 2008 dip in the beginning of the recovery in 2012. Got in at $129,000 now it's worth $500,000... It's all about timing the market! 3% APR doesn't hurt either... An $800 mortgage when my neighbor rents for $2500 is a no brainer!

Usury always catches up and devours the population.

You don’t hate boomers enough

I feel personally attacked My first condo was $60,000 in 1995, that I purchased at the age of 21 with $9000 down. 😂😂🤣

You will own nothing and be happy

Younger people wanted low wages & millions of immigrants instead of cheap housing. They made their choice

This is funny. But who do you think is going to get all my Boomer wealth? My 2 Millennial kids will inherit it all. 👍
