I present to all the following : government intervention in the market places caused real estate and college degrees to spike in cost. The intervention was based on a false pretense of equity of some sort. It’s a fact that cannot be denied.

😂 I got the post 2008 dip in the beginning of the recovery in 2012. Got in at $129,000 now it's worth $500,000... It's all about timing the market! 3% APR doesn't hurt either... An $800 mortgage when my neighbor rents for $2500 is a no brainer!
