But the price now proofs xrp is not used, because so low. Its a utility coin, showing they´re is no utility. So ripple say partnership here and p. They´re, only xrp isn´t used or on a private ledger with no connextion to public ledger 🤔

So basically, whats being said is that XRP (and in the example given of gold). The ability for the central banks to use double book keeping and entries is eliminated. They utilize the same bookkeeping entries as everyone else
