Boris Johnson’s silly bluster in response Trevor Phillips’ question about immigration exposes his maddening flaws perfectly. First he ducks the question. Then he fibs unashamedly that Reform (aka the Brexit Party) didn’t “do a bean”to get Brexit done. He “forgets” that it was they who got May fired so...

2020: Boris Johnson describing Brexit, "We will prosper mightly" 2026: Ben Habib, "Christopher Harborne donated £1,000,000 to Boris Johnson" Christopher Harborne is a foreign-based crypto billionaire who is now also a Thai citizen and has been living there for over 20 years Ben Habib, "Without Christopher Harborne there was no Brexit party" "In the general election of 2019, Farage stood down 319 Brexit party candidates against the Tory party. Every single Tory MP had no Brexit party opposition" "Farage killed the Brexit party prospects in the 2019 election and he ensured a Boris Johnson government" "The argument Farage gave in 2019 was if we don't do that we might get Corbyn there will be a second referendum and we might lose Brexit. I bought that argument" "Then I at the start of 2023, the same Christopher Harborne give £1m to Boris Johnson" "Christopher Harbone used to say to be in 2019 and 2020 that Boris Johnson is biddable. He kept saying, Boris Johnson is biddable" "What I thought he meant is that you can make an argument with Boris Johnson and he will listen to you" "Actually, I think he was much more literal than that" "He was saying I can buy off Boris Johnson" "And he paid £1m to Boris Johnson in 2022 after Boris Johnson had screwed the country. After Boris Johnson had screwed up Brexit" "And I have it on good authority that he also paid Nigel Farage £1m in 2022" "Now that we've discovered that £5m went to Farage in 2024, I'm obliged to disclose the £1m went to Farage in 2022" In his interview with Harry Cole where Nigel Farage says the £5m gift was for his 27 years working to deliver Brexit, he said, "Hang on a second, hang on a second, I can't be bought by anybody" To which Elon Musk said, "Farage is lying"

2024: Boris Johnson says that if Keir Starmer wins he will build bridges with the EU 2003: Boris Johnson says that if the EU didn't exist we would find a way to build bridges between European nations overnight Boris Johnson has always been pro EU, he adopted Brexit as his way to become Prime Minister, something he was so bad at, that his own party kicked him out And now, despite still being pro EU, Boris Johnson plays the anti-EU card to try and stay relevant in current day politics Don't forget: In 2018, Boris Johnson's brother Jo Johnson was actively calling for a second referendum because the Brexit deal proposed by the UK government was so different to what Brexiters called for Jo Johnson then disappeared from mainstream politics and reappeared in 2020 taking a seat in the House of Lords Did Boris Johnson offer his brother Jo Johnson a seat in the House of Lords if he stopped calling for a second referendum, or was that just a coincidence? So every time you see Boris Johnson speak, always remember he will sell out what he believes just to gain votes, popularity and visibility. Even if it means the disaster of Brexit which has made all of us poorer And never forget that he lied about parties in Downing Street and was fined for at least one of them. He would have been fined for more parties if the police investigated all of them, but the police DIDN'T investigate all of the parties As a former Conservative voter, I stress that Boris Johnson and the Conservative party today are everything that is wrong with democracy in Britain today If you have an iota of self respect, please vote for any other party in the general election: LibDems, Green, Labour, SNP, Plaid Cymru - some of these parties may not be as good as you hoped, but they are head and shoulders above what has become of the Conservative party in Brexit Briatin Be proud of our heritage. Be proud of our country. And vote for a parties that will bring dignity back to politics, public life, and give us hope

Alastair Campbell, "Nigel Farage is a consequential figure in British politics, I doubt Brexit would have happened without him" "History will say the three key drivers of Brexit: David Cameron who called the referendum, Boris Johnson who led one of the campaigns and Nigel Farage who laid the ground for it" "Camerons gone, Johnsons gone, and the fact that some people are talking about Nigel Farage becoming the next prime minister, what does that say about our politics?" "The guy who has helped to inflict the very thing, Brexit, that has weakened our economy, weakened our standing in the world, that we think he should be prime minister? "It's a form of madness" "The populism and lies of the Brexit campaigners" "Brexit was all about taking back control. Partly because we lost our membership of the European Union and so the Dublin Convention, we've lost control" "Partly because so many Europeans left Britain, went back, doctors, nurses, and carers, we then had the Boris wave of immigration, people from other countries, particularly India, Bangladesh" "We also have people from Ukraine and Hong Kong which I think the public are more willing to accept" "The truth is, we have to get the balance right between an aging population, where we're going to need immigrants to do the jobs that British people don't want to do, and we need high skill immigrants" "Charlatans like Farage are always going to make immigration the issue because they haven't got much else to say about anything else" "Andy Burnham is very pro European, in his heart he knows Brexit is a disaster, knows that we have to somehow fix it" "I think it will be a much closer relationship with the European Union"
