What is there in for Residents of Srinagar ...... why are RoS excluded gradually from having a affordable house in their own district..... Govt. should make policies wherein RoS are given preferential rights wrt Land & housing rights.

Prof should have presented plan of urban sustainable development rather presenting his thesis.Apparently Kashmir needs a comprehensive development, the ruler upscale to urban sustainable reengineering ,thats not just a smart city. It has bigger context & stakeholders to map
