Here’s another drill that’s great for warm ups for BOTH QBs & WRs. The 3️⃣ Throws Drill👇🏼 1️⃣Back Shoulder, 2️⃣Hole Shot (with late hands, and 3️⃣Deep Ball (over the shoulder). The BEST receivers in the NFL can adjust and make these types of catches with ease without losing momentum. This is also a great warm-up drill for quarterbacks to not just throw a ball just for the sake of throwing it. It makes you change arm angles and work on accuracy with every throw.
