They think because they can lift more, they’re getting stronger… this ain’t the case. What they’re doing is cheating. Cheating the Range of Motion, cheating the effectiveness, cheating the exercise. Doing whatever they can to rush progress, even if it means terrible form & injury. People have such little patience nowadays that they think they can just bypass all of the base Foundational stuff… Grave mistake. This mistake is reflected in their body & it’s a shame.
