For those of you not in the know, 3G is a private equity firm and PE absolutely LOVES cheap labour. The cheaper the better. So they petitioned the government to import as many temporary foreign workers so they could get a hefty discount on labour. Guess who pays the difference? You do. Quality has vanished from Tim Hortons... ...just as quality is vanishing from our communities nwo that they've swamped us with people from an incompatible culture. So was it worth it, 3G Capital?
