It was a true privilege to join global leaders, advocates, and thinkers to discuss how we can take action on women’s health. I was particularly heartened by the number of women I saw across events—and am thankful for the opportunity to use my voice on this global stage.

We had a very constructive discussion on the current state of global affairs, the challenges we face on various global health security fronts, the progress of the #PandemicAccord negotiations and the need to keep serving the world's most vulnerable.

I expressed my gratitude for championing every person’s right to health, especially the most vulnerable communities living in emergencies. We discussed collaboration on health and peace, advancing mental health, the impact of climate on health, and the serious implications of declining global funding for health in the short and long term. We also discussed fostering global solidarity to advance #HealthForAll. There is no peace without health and no health without peace.
