FACT: The current administration is murdering Americans in the streets and publicly lying about the circumstances leading to the shootings. Alex Pretti was killed for defending a woman being assaulted by federal agents while being doused with Bear Spray. These raids aren’t about immigrants or criminals. If it were about crime or the safety of children, Trump would be in jail instead of the White House.

The anti gunners taking advantage of this messaging was the most predictable thing ever (I predicted it within a hour of this admin first using these talking points). President Trump was out campaigning for the mid-terms when he said this. If the republicans want to have ANY CHANCE in the mid terms these anti gun talking points need to stop ASAP....

The fatal shooting of Alex Pretti by federal officers in Minneapolis has shocked the world. 37-year old Pretti was a US citizen born in Illinois who grew up in Wisconsin. He was an ICU nurse and had no criminal record. Video evidence appears to show Alex Pretti only holding a phone and not brandishing a gun before he was shot by federal agents. Homeland security claims the agents were acting in self defence when they killed him and Trump’s key advisor has called him a “domestic terrorist.” Meanwhile, the Minnesota Governor has dismissed their allegations as “lies” and Pretti’s parents say they want the “truth” about their son.

Video shows another angle of the moment federal agents shot and killed 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti in south Minneapolis at about 9 a.m. local time on Saturday. DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement that agents fired “defensive shots” after “an individual approached U.S. Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.” Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said the man had a permit to carry and videos of the incident do not show Pretti approaching officers with a weapon in his hands. The shooting comes after massive protests in the city following the increased presence of ICE agents, and the killing of Renee Good by an ICE agent on January 7. Protests swelled in the city on Saturday following this shooting.

Federal officers attempted to take a man into custody this morning in south Minneapolis. He clearly resisted arrest and around the 19 second mark in the video he appears to point something toward a bystander (that's what I'm seeing at the moment; more video would be helpful...). He is then shot by the officers. According to Fox News, the gun on the left is what he was carrying. It's not everyday you see a Gucci'd metal frame Sig with a magwell, quality optic, and threaded barrel used by criminals which indicates a high probably it's stolen. That's just an educated guess but I see a lot of guns recovered from criminals and they normally don't look like that unless they're stolen. Related note - this is yet another example of why all uniformed armed federal agents should be wearing bodycams. Taxpayers give them billions every year - there's no reason they can't wear bodycams. Especially in politically charged situations like this or when the ATF killed the Arkansas airport director.... #CityLife #SouthMinneapolis #diversity #Snowgadishu #minneapolis #ICE #BORTAC #police #enrichment #SigSauer #gucci #urban #democrats

“This is a violent riot when you have someone showing up with weapons,” Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said during a press conference following the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti by a federal immigration agent. "This individual showed up to impede a law enforcement operation and assaulted our officers," Noem said. "They responded according to their training and took action to defend the officer's life and those of the public around him." Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said Pretti had a valid permit to carry a gun and videos from the incident do not show Pretti approaching agents with a weapon in his hands.

Wow! This read-along of the NYT moment-by-moment leading to the murder of Alex Pretti should shake everyone awake. He was a Good Samaritan. Agents fired at least ten shots in roughly five seconds. DHS and Pam Bondi claim Pretti approached them armed and intent on a “massacre.” But these stills show him holding a phone, not a gun, when agents tackled him and opened fire. Multiple angles disprove the DHS bullshit narrative. They show Pretti trying to help a woman pushed by agents, not threatening anyone.

🇺🇸 DEBATE: ALEX JONES VS BRIAN KRASSENSTEIN ON THE DEATH OF ALEX PRETTI & THE MINNEAPOLIS PROTESTS The death of ICU nurse Alex Pretti during a DHS immigration raid has become a flashpoint in American politics. Cities are erupting with protests. Federal raids are under fire. And the political temperature around ICE has hit boiling point. Brian Krassenstein sees Pretti as a hero: a peaceful nurse trying to help a protester, gunned down in broad daylight. He calls the DHS narrative a cover-up and demands accountability. He thinks ICE should leave Minneapolis, and protestors have the right to stand up to what he sees as tyranny. Alex Jones calls that delusional. While he now believes Pretti’s shooting was likely an accident, Alex believes the Left is manufacturing unrest, instigating ICE, seeking a violent response, with the aim of weaponizing it all against Trump. Brian Krassenstein accused Alex Jones of spreading dangerous lies. Alex fired back, calling Brian a mouthpiece for anarchists.

Johnson: How has this administration responded? They have brought them to court to strike down their ability to put up buoys in the water and razor wire and the rest. It's absolute insanity.

FWIW: When sharing this story it is important to show the full incident. The woman in the white Nissan drove by the pro-ICE counter protesters and opened fire with a BB gun. She then stopped to berate them and attacked at least one of them smashing their phone. Here are the three videos in order:

There it is… Alex Pretti literally attacked federal Agents earlier in the day and then ran up on them with a gun in his hand… Now… identify every person here and throw them in prison like they did to us on J6

When Alex Pretti was shot and killed by federal agents in Minneapolis, cellphone cameras changed how the story was understood. This is how phone cameras from ordinary Americans—sometimes known as ICE observers—became a check on Trump’s immigration crackdown.
