🇷🇺🇺🇸 BREAKING | A direct Russia-NATO confrontation may no longer be a distant scenario. ‼️‼️🇷🇺🇱🇹 BREAKING | A Ukrainian political analyst says Russia may be preparing for a direct military move against Lithuania, with scenarios ranging from a limited incursion to a much larger operation, potentially explaining why CIA Director John Ratcliffe was dispatched to Moscow for such an unusually sensitive mission. Citing intelligence-linked sources, Yulia Zabelina, a Ukrainian political commentator and parliamentary journalist who works with NV and Telegraf, claims Ratcliffe’s delegation discussed several highly consequential issues in Moscow. These reportedly included possible Russian military action against Lithuania, the future of U.S. forces in Europe, Russia’s support for Iran in its confrontation with Washington, and Moscow’s increasingly close relationship with China. Zabelina also claims there were discussions around reducing a significant part of the U.S. military presence in Europe in exchange for freezing the war in Ukraine, while suggesting that Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Ratcliffe pushed to ensure the CIA director, rather than FBI Director Kash Patel, handled the Moscow mission. The most important point is the broader strategic context. Western intelligence has already warned that Russia could attempt to test NATO through limited aggression, with the Baltic states repeatedly identified as the most vulnerable theater. Ratcliffe’s direct warning to Moscow, combined with growing Baltic preparations and intelligence concerns over Russian provocations, suggests that Lithuania is no longer being discussed merely as a hypothetical future risk. Even if Moscow ultimately stops short of a conventional attack, NATO is clearly preparing for the possibility that Russia could probe the Alliance’s eastern flank to determine whether Article 5 remains politically and militarily credible. ‼️🇷🇺🇺🇸⚠️🇪🇺 Russia has now confirmed the highest-level intelligence contact behind Washington’s extraordinary warning over a potential future confrontation with NATO, with SVR Director Sergei Naryshkin acknowledging that he personally met CIA Director John Ratcliffe in Moscow. Naryshkin said the two intelligence chiefs discussed “issues within the competence of the intelligence services,” but declined to reveal the substance of their talks, describing meetings between intelligence leaders as normal practice. The timing, however, is anything but routine. The Wall Street Journal reports that Ratcliffe traveled to Moscow after new U.S. intelligence assessments indicated Vladimir Putin could attempt to test NATO’s resolve with a limited attack on an allied state, while POLITICO reports that Washington’s warning focused particularly on Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Viewed through the prism of a possible Russian move against Eastern Europe, the Naryshkin-Ratcliffe meeting takes on far greater significance. Washington appears to be using direct intelligence channels to make clear that any attempt to probe NATO’s eastern flank, whether through hybrid escalation or limited military action, risks triggering a much broader confrontation. The historical parallel is difficult to ignore: the previous CIA director to visit Moscow was William Burns in November 2021, sent to warn the Kremlin against invading Ukraine. Three months later, Russia launched its full-scale invasion. This time, the warning concerns NATO itself and, above all, the Baltic states. See the latest updates with us: Visioner

PUTIN BOASTS OF UNMATCHED STRIKE POWER, THEN SAYS RUSSIA HAS “LIMITED TOOLS” 🇷🇺🇺🇦🇺🇸 Vladimir Putin says no country possesses the strike capabilities Russia 🇷🇺 has today, calling that military capacity a “competitive advantage.” In the same remarks, however, he insisted Moscow threatens no one and has only limited means to defend itself. Putin again presented Russia’s war against Ukraine 🇺🇦 as something imposed on Moscow rather than initiated by it. He argued that Viktor Yanukovych would eventually have lost power through elections anyway, but claimed he was instead removed in a coup followed by “wholesale Russophobia.” He also repeated the Kremlin’s longstanding argument that NATO deceived Russia over eastward enlargement, claiming the alliance expanded five or six times after assurances that it would not. Putin said “aggressive circles” within NATO sought to exclude Russia from what he called the civilized world and ultimately weaken or fragment the country. On Ukraine, Putin claimed nationalism and hostility toward Russia were cultivated for years to turn the country against Moscow. He portrayed the post-Maidan government as the product of a coup and alleged that NATO intended to establish bases on territory he described as historically Russian. Putin also addressed the escalating dispute over energy infrastructure. His argument was transactional: Ukraine strikes Russian refineries, Russia retaliates against Ukrainian ships, and Moscow sees no reason to halt attacks while Western sanctions continue restricting Russian oil and petroleum exports. He claimed Russia could supply more diesel internationally, including to the United States 🇺🇸, but said sanctions on petroleum products, insurance and shipping costs prevent Russian fuel from reaching global markets. His most explicit warning concerned Kaliningrad. Putin said that if Russia, including the exclave, were attacked, Moscow would immediately consider using “every weapon” available to it. The remarks combine several familiar Kremlin narratives: Russia as simultaneously militarily unmatched and strategically threatened, NATO as the architect of confrontation, Ukraine as the instrument of that confrontation, and nuclear escalation as an explicit response to any direct attack on Russian territory.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Vladimir Putin could ultimately decide to end the war by mid-2027, but only if Ukraine survives Russia’s coming winter campaign and preserves its ability to impose growing military and economic costs deep inside Russian territory. According to The Atlantic, the Kremlin appears to be placing a major bet on the coming winter, potentially combining intensified strikes against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure with renewed offensive pressure. But if Ukraine withstands that campaign while continuing to hit Russian military and oil infrastructure, Putin’s calculations could begin to change. The publication argues that Moscow may then see an agreement with Donald Trump as preferable to continuing an increasingly costly war while risking the arrival of a considerably more pro-Ukraine U.S. president after the 2028 election. Under this scenario, mid-2027 could become a critical window for ending the war. Putin could accept most elements of Trump’s 28-point framework without requiring Ukrainian forces to withdraw from the territories they still control, seeking sanctions relief, improved relations with Washington and potentially Russia’s return to the G7. For Ukraine, the strategic equation is therefore brutally simple: survive the winter, maintain pressure deep inside Russia and deny Moscow the battlefield breakthrough it is seeking. If those conditions hold, time could begin working against the Kremlin rather than Kyiv. See the latest updates with us: Visioner
