Raws It's really serious here. I've been in town for the past three days and I can't get anywhere because multiple roads have been shut down. Businesses and homes are filling up with water due to rising floods. It's a dire situation; people are also trapped in their cars.

Lifelong Floridian here, Miami like most of Florida’s peninsula was at one time wetlands and swamp, add in 20”of rain, decades of over development, poor drainage, and being 6.5 feet above sea level is a recipe for catastrophic flooding.
