Washington state needs to follow England's example and have knife buybacks, where everyone who has no chance of ever using their knives for nefarious purposes brings them to a government dumpster, without disarming one person who might have committed a knife crime.

@SamJuneau There are so many troubled teens in our high schools. Here in rural upstate SC a high school girl from Pickens County threatened to sh**t another high school in Oconee county and has been arrested. Thank goodness the threat was caught early.
