#ZimElection2023 ZAMBIA-LED SADC ELECTION OBSERVATION MISSION OUT OF ORDER AS IT, AU AND COMMONWEALTH COUNTERPARTS RELEASE PRELIMINARY REPORTS ON ZIM ELECTION It is a good thing that three major international election observer missions have submitted their preliminary reports: The Commonwealth Election Observation Mission, the African Union (AU) Observation Mission and the Sadc Election Observation mission. The links to the three reports are indicated below: The Commonwealth Zim Election Observation Mission Report AU Zim Election Observation Mission Report Sadc Election Observation Preliminary Report Notably, and significantly so, the three preliminary reports echo an important sentiment expressed by CITE's Zenzele Ndebele (Zenzele) a few weeks ago on Newzroom Afrika – for which he was vilified and demonised by the usual quarters among self-proclaimed champions of democracy – that Zimbabwe’s 2023 harmonised general election “has been largely peaceful”, compared to previous editions characterised by widespread violence. A peaceful harmonised general election in Zimbabwe is no mean achievement. It is big ns, and a huge social and political relief. And to say the election has been largely peaceful is not to say there have been no skirmishes or worse, any loss of life even if it was of one person, as Ndebele pointed out to Newzroom Afrika on the attached video clip. Meanwhile, there are no matters arising from the preliminary reports by the Commonwealth and the AU election observers, pending the release of their final reports in two or so months. Otherwise, election observation mission reports are precisely that, namely, reports on what the relevant missions actually observed on the conduct of an election in question. But not so for the Sadc Election Mission Preliminary Statement on Zimbabwe’s 2023 harmonised general election. Led by former Zambian Vice President Nevers Mumba, appointed by Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema, who recently assumed the chairmanship of the Sadc Organ on Politics, Defence and Security. Unlike its African Union and Commonwealth counterparts, the Mumba Mission clearly, intentionally and scandalously wrote its report on the basis of what it heard, and not what it observed. Rather than making news about the election it ostensibly observed, the news is on the Sadc Election Observation for coming to Zimbabwe with an axe to grind, wielding it recklessly and shamelessly. It would be irresponsible to let the preliminary report of the Sadc Election Observation Mission go scot-free, unchallenged. The Mumba report is premised on this far reaching conclusion, which it is not competent to make: The Mission noted that some aspects of the Harmonised Elections, fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Act, and the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections. Writing under the rubric, “Constitutional and Legal Framework for the Elections,” Mumba and his colleagues make sweeping and opinionated statements and conclusions that are all based not on the direct observation of the election by the Mission but on hearsay with not a single thread of even desktop evidence. The sweeping statements and conclusions include an array of gratuitous comments based on hearsay about the voters roll; freedom of assembly in general and the Maintenance of Peace and Order Act (MOPA); freedom of expression in relation to the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act; the nomination of candidates; participation of women as candidates; alleged intimidation of voters; postal voting controversy; and coverage of the election by the state media. In the result, the main thrust of the report is pure and naked hearsay. In this connection, the report’s treatment of two key issues is telling: one is the delimitation of constituencies and the other is on the so-called Patriotic Act. Regarding the so-called Patriotic Act, the report makes the following conclusion based on untested hearsay submissions: The Mission noted that the Patriot Act is incompatible with the spirit of section 61(1) of the Constitution, and paragraph 4.1.2 of the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections which requires Member States to uphold, amongst others, the freedom of expression. This is utterly shocking. What jurisdiction, power and legal competence do Nevers Mumba and his colleagues in the Sadc Election Observation Mission on the Zimbabwean 2023 harmonised general election have to make such a judicial pronouncement? The pronouncement is manifest and gross interference with the rule of law in Zimbabwe under which such judicial findings are made by competent courts of law and, even worse, the pronouncement is an unacceptable violation of Zimbabwe’s sovereignty. Then there’s the report’s treatment of the delimitation of constituencies, about which it says: “The mission WAS INFORMED that the delimitation exercise that was conducted in 2022 by the ZEC was marred with controversy”. Without saying who informed it, the Sadc Observation Mission preliminary report makes the following scandalous statements and partisan conclusions on Zimbabwe’s delimitation exercise conducted by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission in 202, which it is not entitled to make – as it lacks the jurisdiction, authority and competence to do so – and which statements and conclusions demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that its preliminary report is heavily opinionated hearsay that smacks of a malicious and predetermined hatchet job: "(i) In its Delimitation Report of 2022, the ZEC rightly states that, “the Constitution recognisesthe impracticability of having equal number of voters in each constituency by allowing the Commission to depart from this requirement within a stipulated margin. In this case the Constitution in section 161(6) stipulates that …“no constituency may have more than 20% more or fewer registered voters than other such constituencies”. The constitution in section 161(6)a-f also lists factors that need to be considered when delimiting since they are important during the exercise.” However, the ZEC goes on to also state that, “Based on the provision of section 161(6) the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission then calculated the 20% deviation from the national average voter registration expected in each constituency which was 27 640. This yielded a deviation of 5,528 voters. Since the average number of registered voters was regarded as a stable benchmark against which delimitation of constituencies was conducted, the deviation figure was added to the national average to determine the maximum number of registered voters that a constituency delimited would contain i.e., 33 168.” (ii) The Mission noted that the use of the average number voters per constituency is not consistent with the provision of section 161(6) of the newConstitution that was adopted in 2013. The word “average” appears in section 61A(6) of the old Constitution of Zimbabwe under which it was permissible to calculate the minimum and maximum permissible number of voter per constituency by using the national average as the baseline. That word “average” does not exist in section 161(6) of the new Constitution which deals with the same subject matter. The difference between section 61A(6) and section 161(6) of the old and the new constitutions respectively is far from being merely technical. (iii) In the new Constitution, and in the context of section 161(6), the maximum deviation is 20% of the voters registered in the constituencies. The new Constitution uses actual constituency by constituency registered voter population, not the national average number of constituency voter population to calculate the permissible deviation from the requirement that constituencies must have an equal number of voters. Mathematically, the two methods produce very different results and affect the equality of the vote with respect to the elections to parliament. On the other hand, since the country votes as a single constituency in the presidential election, the difference in the methods has no particular impact on the equality of the vote in that election. It was therefore not unexpected that ZEC would receive substantial criticism on this aspect of its latest Delimitation Report. (iv) The Mission noted that the use of the average number of voters per constituency is not consistent with the provision of section 161(6) of the new Constitution that was adopted in 2013. (v) In the new Constitution, and in the context of section 161(6), the maximum deviation is 20% of the voters registered in the constituencies. It was therefore not unexpected that ZEC would receive substantial criticism on this aspect of its latest Delimitation Report." There are three things to highlight about what Mumba and his team say regarding the delimitation of constituencies. Firstly, everything they say is very familiar to Zimbabweans because the delimitation issue was widely, hotly and robustly debated. More specifically, the words used in the Mumba narrative about the delimitation report are familiar words that were used during the debate. It is disappointing that the familiar words have found their way, verbatim, into the Sadc Election Observation preliminary report. This alone is sad, and the less said about it, the better for everyone concerned. Secondly, ZEC’s delimitation exercise was challenged at the High Court of Zimbabwe and in the country’s apex court, the Constitutional Court. The views that the Sadc Election Observation Mission regurgitates as its own, when in fact they’re not, were argued in Zimbabwe’s courts, but no pronouncement or finding of the kind that the Mumba team goes to town about was made by any court of the land. What makes this even more egregious is the following statement in the Sadc Election Observer Mission’s report: In view of their significance in the event of legal challenges in the context of the electoral process, some stakeholders expressed the view that the judiciary is compromised by the Government. A key justification for this perception was information received from these stakeholders that the judiciary recently received large financial and material incentives which the stakeholders viewed as an attempt by the Government to buy the loyalty and allegiance of the judiciary. So, the Sadc Election Observation Mission on the 2023 harmonised general election in Zimbabwe “received information from…stakeholders that the judiciary recently received large financial and material incentives which the stakeholders viewed as an attempt by the Government to buy the loyalty and allegiance of the judiciary”. Why is the Sadc Election Observation Mission disrespecting Zimbabwe’s judiciary in this manner? The is outrageous, and for it to find expression in this report is shameless and unacceptable. In the interest of fairness, the Sadc Mission must be required by Sadc to share this information with everyone, particularly the Government of Zimbabwe which represents the Zimbabwean State, a member of Sadc. As already pointed out, the Sadc Observer Mission has no jurisdiction or competence to make any judicial pronouncements on Zimbabwean elections, not least because it is not a judicial inquiry; it is just and only an observation mission. This needs to be rectified by the Mission in its final report. That’s why it has been both important and necessary to engage the preliminary report at this stage. Thirdly, and last but not least, it is important to recall the Mission’s conclusion that is making news everywhere in order to show that it is politically opportunistic, and arguably is self-evident malice aforethought. The Sadc Election Observation Mission’s preliminary report has this running thread that ties everything in the report together, and which is effectively the essence of the report’s conclusion: The Mission noted that some aspects of the Harmonised Elections, fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Act, and the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections. Is this conclusion in any way linked to or an outcome of the observations that the preliminary report lists as the observations that were actually made by the Sadc Mission? The best way to unpack the question is by looking at the full list of the observations that the Mission says it made, and they are the following: "3. OBSERVATIONS ON ELECTION DAYS (23-24 AUGUST 2023) On the Election Days, the SADC Electoral Observation Mission observed the voting process in 10 Provinces of the Republic of Zimbabwe. The deployed observer teams covered 172 polling stations in their respective areas. The political contestants have continued to call for peace during this election period and after. The SEOM observed the following critical aspects at the 172 polling stations that we visited: (a) The environment at the polling stations was relatively calm and peaceful. (b) A number of voters expressed concern due to a lack of, or late arrival of ballot papers and poor administration at some polling stations. However, voters remained patient to exercise their constitutional right to vote. (c) Professional and attentive police presence enhanced the overall peace and secure environment in all the polling stations observed. (d) 64% of the voting stations observed opened on time, 36% did not open on time for the 07:00am stipulated opening time. Some polling stations opened more than 12 hours after the stipulated time. The reason provided by ZEC for this unprecedented development was the unavailability of ballot papers, particularly for the local authority elections, and also due to previous litigation. This challenge was, however specific to Harare and Bulawayo Provinces. Due to the delays, some voters left without casting their votes, while others opted to remain in the lengthy queues throughout the day and night. By 06:00am on 24 August 2023, some voters in these two provinces had still not voted. Consequently, these delays also had a knock-on effect as they dissuaded voters from voting in the first place. Against this observation we further note as follows: i. Section 52(1) of the Electoral Act provides that for any election, the ZEC shall ensure that every constituency elections officer is provided with polling booths or voting compartments and ballot boxes, and shall provide papers, including ballot papers. ii. Prior to election day, ZEC had assured our Mission and other stakeholders, that all necessary voting materials, including ballot papers, were available and ready for use before election day. This communication was made in the context of section 52A(2) of the Electoral Act which requires ZEC to provide information on the number of ballot papers and publication of details regarding them. On the basis of these two considerations, the subsequent information from ZEC that they did not have adequate ballot papers has the unfortunate effect of creating doubts about the credibility of this electoral process. (e) The voters roll was unavailable at 1% of the polling stations observed, and was therefore not displayed outside the polling stations for the convenience of the voters and verification by party/candidates agents. (f) During the voting period, and at 26% of the polling stations observed, not all voters who turned out could vote. The reasons advanced for this included: i. Voters were identified, but the names were not found on the voters’ roll; ii. It was not possible to establish the voter’s identity; iii. Voters were at the wrong polling station; and iv. Voters did not have a national identity card or passport, or due to the absence of an official witness confirming an elector’s identity. (g) 8% of the polling stations observed were not accessible to voters living with disabilities. (h) At 50% of the polling stations, voters living with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women were not given priority to vote. (i) In 3% of polling stations observed, indelible ink was not checked on the voters before allowing them to cast their vote. (j) At 97% of the polling stations observed, voting was free from irregularities. (k) Voting proceeded in an orderly manner at 95% of the polling stations observed. (l) Ballot boxes did not remain locked and/or sealed at 2% of the polling stations. (m) As a result of the excessive delays in the opening of polling stations in Harare and Bulawayo provinces, at least 36% of the voting stations observed did not close at the scheduled closing time of 1900hrs, while some had not even opened by that time. It was announced that voting would be extended to proceed into 24 August 2023 to compensate for the late opening. (n) In previous stakeholder consultations, a shadowy organisation referred to as Forever Associates Zimbabwe was accused of conducting a country-wide exercise of electoral intimidation. Our observers confirmed the existence of this group as its officials or agents were easily identifiable at some polling stations as they were dressed in regalia emblazoned with the FAZ name and were accredited local observers. These, and other unidentified persons who were not polling officials were also observed taking down the names of voters before they cast their votes. In some areas, voters were intimidated by actions of these individuals. (o) The Mission observed the closing and vote counting processes. A proper analysis of these two processes shall be provided as part of the final SEOM Report." CONCLUSION Three points to conclude: Firstly, it is notable that the actual observations made by the Sadc Election Observation Mission are given as a skeletal laundry list with little if any analysis. Yet the observations are at the core of how the actual polling or election was conducted on polling day. Secondly, there’s no connection between the preliminary report’s running theme that “the Mission noted that some aspects of the Harmonised Elections, fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Act, and the SADC Principles and Guidelines Governing Democratic Elections”. Surely, to sustain the theme, it has to be connected with the actual observations made by the Mission. But the preliminary report makes no connection, not least because the connection is contrived, based on hearsay and therefore has no factual foundation. Thirdly, one of the observations that proves malice in the preliminary report is the following [number “m” on the laundry list of observations]: As a result of the excessive delays in the opening of polling stations in Harare and Bulawayo provinces, at least 36% of the voting stations observed did not close at the scheduled closing time of 1900hrs, while some had not even opened by that time. It was announced that voting would be extended to proceed into 24 August 2023 to compensate for the late opening. It is an unfortunate falsehood that there is any polling station that had not opened by 1900hrs on polling day, 23 August 2023. It’s a shame that such a falsehood found itself in a report of this stature and implication. Otherwise, if the report was based on good faith, the name and location of polling stations that had not opened by 1900hrs on polling day should have been specified for purposes of verification and rectification. Fourthly, right upfront the preliminary report says: The Mission was informed that a further proclamation was issued rendering 24 August 2023 as a polling day in view of the delays experienced at certain polling stations. Furthermore, President Mnangagwa also proclaimed 2 October 2023 for the run-off election to the office of president if such a poll becomes necessary. Two points about this. One is that the mind boggles at why the Mission had to be “informed” about this, and why the Mission did not get a copy of the proclamation for itself. Was this out of laziness or what? The other point is why does the preliminary report fail to see and understand that “the further proclamation” was the specific solution to the litany of what the Mission lists in its preliminary report as its observations regarding the delayed opening of polling stations on polling day and the shortage of ballot papers and related issues? An impression, a false one at that, is created to the effect that the litany of observations of problems that beset polling stations that opened late or opened without some or all ballot papers for the three elections were left unattended to. If truth be told, the Sadc Election Observation Mission’s preliminary report leaves a distinct and disturbing impression that the Mission had a sinister and a not so hidden mission against the people of Zimbabwe and the Republic of Zimbabwe, abi nitio. That’s unfortunate because the impression is palpable!

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) today released its 192-page autopsy of the 2024 election. It blames the Biden White House for failing to defend Harris for over three and a half years. It says the White House never moved to “contradict or correct” the “border czar” label that defined Harris in voters’ minds. The report calls Trump’s “Kamala is for they/them” ad effective and unanswerable, given that she never repudiated trans surgeries for prison inmates. The autopsy reminds readers that in 1989, DNC Chairman Ron Brown reclaimed what it calls “the vital center of American discourse” after three straight presidential losses. It notes that Bill Clinton and Barack Obama then led the party to win the popular vote in seven of the next eight presidential elections. The report suggests Democrats need to recover that center. But the autopsy does not explain what pulled the party away from it, nor where the party went, which was the topic of a recent conversation I had with The Free Press’Coleman Hughes (below). The answer the autopsy dared not say is that “progressive” (radical) Left turned it against the core structures of Western civilization and took over the Party. Starting around 2010, meritocracy increasingly gave way to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) mandates, which the Biden White House imposed across the federal government in 2021. Law and order gave way to defund-the-police rhetoric and progressive prosecutors. Cheap energy gave way to a climate agenda that was on track to cost trillions in taxes and higher energy prices. National borders gave way to an unenforced southern frontier. And personal agency gave way to victimhood ideology, which casts citizens as products of oppressive systems rather than authors of their own lives.... For everyone panicking right now, just stop. I'd sooner be us than them. Several points here.. 1. This is all about turnout. F*ck the pundits. There are very few *undecided* voters. 2. This election will be won or lost by the ground game. We haven't seen this ground game since 2008/2012. The Harris campaign is door knocking, phone banking, texting, postcarding, with the added modern twist of digital. (Hilary did not have this in 2016. She didn't even visit the blue wall states.) 3. Coordinated campaigns in the battlegrounds are unprecedented, which gives a major boost to down ballot candidates. Dems aren't fighting for resources, they are MAXIMIZING them. 4. The Trump ground game is non existant. The RNC has not invested in anything, and instead has "outsourced" this part, with no idea what is going on. 5. The GOP has invested heavily trying to turn their voters into early voting, so we should be seeing a much closer gap on EV numbers. It's not there. 6. We have the joy. THAT has translated not only with money, but a record number of volunteer hours. I was once told my a campaign that the $5 donation or an hour of volunteer work meant more than the max donation. Why? It meant the person was invested. And if you are invested, you WILL vote. We basically have 9 days left. Don't leave anything on the table. If you only have 15 minutes, then text 10 friends. We all have a role to play. And we are the ones that will determine our destiny. Let's get to work.

Democrats who support Harris appear to think that her being a half-black woman makes her a unique and gifted politician. But Harris is the opposite of unique. She rose to the top by conforming, not standing out. Nor is she gifted. Throughout her political career, Harris hewed to the demands of Democratic interest groups and the political consultants who serve them. She inherited the political machine created by her former boyfriend, Willie Brown. As a result, Harris has avoided facing substantial competition, and the one time she did in 2020, voters resoundingly rejected her. Despite this rejection, Harris was handed a position as Vice President in what was widely perceived as a strategic move by Biden to put a black woman on the ticket. Holding Harris to low standards reflects the soft bigotry and patronizing attitude of Democrats toward minorities. Because the Party has essentially coddled Harris, she has not been forced to grow as a leader in ways she otherwise might have. That Harris is now consolidating support as Democrats’ best hope of defeating Trump points to a major legitimacy crisis for the Party, as well as for the media and the federal bureaucracies that are heavily aligned with it. It was only possible for such an unpopular candidate to gain the Party’s support because, since 2016, Democrats and the mainstream media have gone to extreme lengths to subvert democracy in order to target Trump. These lengths have included the Russia collusion disinformation campaign, mass censorship of political speech, attempts to criminalize political opposition, and an effort to prevent Trump from running for office again. All these activities have eroded the legitimacy of the state, the media, and the Party. Their legitimacy depends on public confidence. This confidence diminishes when these institutions so transparently undermine civil rights, fail to meet citizens’ needs and operate without integrity. The war on democracy led by Democrats, the press, and the “deep state” has, in this way, ultimately helped Trump gain support. At the same time, it has left Democrats without good options to defeat him. By favoring woke, racialist politics over a substantive political platform and by selecting nominees in an anti-democratic process for three presidential elections in a row, Democrats have been left with an extremely weak candidate. By consistently showing bias for over eight years, the mainstream media has lost prestige and is no longer in a position to shape and manipulate public opinion in favor of Harris. And, by weaponizing government against Trump and his supporters, federal agencies have inspired hatred and distrust among many members of the public who may view Harris as the anointed figurehead of this broken deep state bureaucracy.

As South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson lies about the case of convicted p*dophile Donald Gresh, here are the facts. And I come bearing receipts, as always. Check out Alan Wilson’s “prosecution” of a p*dophile. 👇 He negotiated a plea deal allowing a convicted p*dophile to serve 1 day in jail only, the guy was facing 60 years. Fuck it, Battle of Gaugamela (Alexander, 2004) This scene is remarkable because it's perhaps the most accurate depiction of ancient warfare ever produced – and most of it can be followed along from ancient sources: 0:05 - Alexander's speech is instead delivered to his officers. He says that they do not require inspiration, but implores them to do their duty... ‘...for they were about to fight, not, as before, for Syria or Phoenicia or Egypt, but this time the issue at stake was the sovereignty of the whole Asian continent.’ – Arrian, p.162 1:15 – Alexander and his Companion Cavalry drift right. He wants to draw the elite Persian cavalry towards him, creating a gap in their centre. Darius orders his cavalry to envelop Alexander's cavalry, so as to stop them from moving further to the Persian left. 2:36 – Since Alexander is riding towards rough terrain – where Darius' chariots would be unable to operate – Darius launches his chariots early. 3:49 – Agrianian javelinmen are shown running beside Alexander's Companion Cavalry. They will screen his flanks when required. – Arrian, p.168 4:12 – ‘Some of the vehicles (chariots) succeeded in passing through, but to no purpose, for the Macedonians had orders... to break formation and let them through deliberately... Such as got through were, however, subsequently dealt with by the Royal Guard and the army grooms.’ – Arrian, p.168 5:43 – ‘...an order was sent (by Alexander) to Aretes (not Cassander) to attack the Persian cavalry which was trying to outflank and surround the Macedonian right... ...the movements of the Persian cavalry... left a gap in the Persian front – and this was Alexander's opportunity...’ – Arrian, p.168-69 7:40 – Parmenion, commanding the Macedonian left, is struggling to hold his ground. He dispatches a messenger to notify Alexander. 10:03 – ‘He (Alexander) promptly made for the gap, and, with his Companions... drove in his wedge and raising the battle-cry pressed forward... for the point where Darius stood.’ – Arrian, p.169 11:22 – ‘A close struggle ensued, but it was soon over; for when the Macedonian horse, with Alexander himself at the head of them, vigorously pressed the assault...’ 12:10 – ‘...Darius, who had been on edge since the battle began and saw nothing but terrors all around him, was the first to turn tail and ride for safety.’ – Arrian, p.169 12:29 – Alexander receives the report that the Macedonian left flank is breaking. The Persians on the right flank are unaware Darius has fled, and are pressing relentlessly. ‘...some of the Indian and Persian cavalry burst through the gap and penetrated right to the rear where the Macedonian pack-animals were.’ Alexander has to abandon his pursuit of Darius to rescue Parmenion's heavy infantry. – Arrian, p.169

For the last decade, experts across the political spectrum have argued that the proposals by Donald Trump to restrict migration, demand European allies pay more for their own defense, and hike tariffs on imports were racist and xenophobic. Hillary Clinton in 2016 described Trump’s supporters as “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, [and] Islamophobic.” In February 2024, Kamala Harris said Trump’s criticisms of NATO were “dangerous [and] destabilizing” and in May of this year said Trump’s tariffs had created “the greatest man-made economic crisis in modern presidential history.” Few high-profile Democrats are making such claims anymore. Congressional Democrats are criticizing the Trump administration’s deportations, but none are criticizing his closure of the southern border. Few Democrats criticized the June agreement won by Trump that European nations increase their spending on their military security to 5% of GDP. It’s not the case that Democrats have embraced the nationalist MAGA vision, notes author Batya Ungar-Sargon . “Democrats can't figure out how to talk about immigration in a way Americans want to hear,” she said in a new podcast with Public. “They haven't figured it out yet. Most working-class people want no more immigration and much more access to healthcare. You say you think that they might be able to make it there, to accept that Trump was right about some things. I don't see any evidence of that.” But in other situations, Democrats are acting as though they were always in favor of the things Trump has done. “Trump will do something utterly revolutionary and then, rather than saying, ‘We were wrong, and he was right,’ and ‘We mocked him and laughed at him and now we're on our knees begging him for a favor because he was right,’ they act like it was the most obvious thing in the world. They do this on issue after issue, like immigration. Now, suddenly, Democrats are saying, ‘Obviously we have to get the criminals out….’ ‘Of course NATO should be paying 5%.’” And today, no high-profile Democrat has publicly criticized the trade deal Trump announced yesterday, whereby the US will increase the EU tariff rate tenfold, to 15%, while Europe will eliminate tariffs on US goods, which even anti-Trump publications like the Financial Times are calling a clear win for the president. As such, the media and Democrats have undermined their credibility. “Democrats and the liberal media hate Trump so much they’ve committed to this view that tariffs are bad and attacks on consumers,” said Ungar-Sargon. “Both of those are wrong. It's not a tax on consumers. With most of these products, the tariffs are not being passed on to consumers. They're either being eaten by the countries or by corporations, which — Hello! — Leftists are supposed to like. They are refusing to acknowledge that we are raising billions of dollars through these tariffs, which are being used directly to pay down our deficit. We were in a surplus as a government for the first time in decades last month.” The EU deal and the Japan deal before it are historic achievements that signal a new era, she says. “With Japan, we kept our 15% tariff on them and they don't have it on us. So we have reversed what was this unfair, utterly unjust anti-American status quo. They totally folded. We will still be raking in billions of dollars in tariffs off of Japan, but they have opened their markets to our cars, which is like an astonishing feat. It is a game changer in that it creates a symbiotic relationship that cuts China out of the picture and closes some of these potential back doors to China that we have through Mexico and Canada.” Why did Democrats and the media get Trump’s nationalist policies so wrong?... The low IQ version of this story is that a Democrat PAC is contributing directly to Hilton’s campaign. That is disproven by the financial filings themselves. So then the story changed. The newer version of the story is that the Democrats are elevating Steve Hilton with reverse-psychology Trump mailers because they are afraid to face Bianco in November and want to suppress Bianco support by using Trump to sway voters to Hilton. This is delusional because Bianco is nowhere near being a threat to Dems and it requires one to believe ALL polls are rigged by 10 points or more. The most logical explanation grounded in reality is that Dems don’t want to face Steyer in November. It has literally nothing to do with Bianco. If Bianco had a poll to show he is polling higher, he would have released it. Either it doesn’t show that, or he doesn’t have the money to commission one. Either explanation means he is not running a winning campaign. So instead he’s saying all polls are rigged. Bianco supporters’ comparison to inaccurate 2016 polling between Clinton and Trump is also delusional. Bianco is not Trump. There’s no “shy” Bianco voter block afraid to admit it. All of this is BAD for California. He is pulling votes from the only Republican with a shot at top 2, and telling voters everything is rigged, so that when he loses on June 2, they will turn around and say the election was stolen and then not turnout in November. The only side that helps is the Democrats. And he knows exactly what he is doing.

Charlie Kirk reveals the 2024 Trump Campaign blueprint that won Donald Trump the White House. This is brilliant. Kirk said the campaign "hacked" the election by sidestepping the media. Here is what they did: 1. "Don't spend your time knocking on doors about a suburban soccer mom who's weighing her options." 2. "Spend your time in very Republican areas where there are what we call disengaged voters." 3. "We registered thousands of young men to vote in fraternities. And that was way easier than us going to try to win over swing voters." 4. "[The Trump Campaign] threw the Republican consultant playbook out." 5. "[The Trump Campaign] looked at demographics and they realized if we can make the electorate 3% more masculine... they deemphasized racial politics and they emphasized more of a masculine machismo approach." 6. "High-propensity voters is where the Republican party has always been focused. But Trump came in, he said, 'No, no, no, we're gonna focus on low propensity voters, the welder, the electrician, the carpenter, the police officer or the person that's just not registered to vote.'" 7. The Trump Campaign used Josh Shapiro's "Motor Voter" plan. "[Shapiro] thought that was gonna help Democrats... it helped Republicans because of lower [propensity voters]." "What Donald Trump's campaign did is they hacked the 2024 election, not in a way that people would think." "Everyone has a supercomputer in their pockets... Why are we worried about what CNN is saying?" "They said, 'Why don't we go on the most ambitious, over-the-top low propensity voter communication strategy on Theo Von, Joe Rogan, Nelk Boys, Logan Paul...'"

URGENT: FACT CHECKING Tulsi Gabbard's LIES: Tulsi Gabbard is a lying piece of 💩. I will make sure her lies are continually called out. Obama did NOT request anyone “create and manufacture intelligence” in any way. There is NO EVIDENCE of this what-so-ever. Here’s a timeline of what happened: 1. December 2016 Intel Report that Gabbard Claims Obama “covered up” is released: This report, filled with CLASSIFIED MATERIAL from the CIA and FBI showed that Russian actors accessed voter registration and election systems across all 50 states. There wasn’t evidence that they actually tampered with vote counts or machines. It also showed that Putin had a distinct preference for Trump. When Clinton looked likely to win, Russia pivoted toward undermining her; later, Russia sought to bolster Trump’s chances. Russia’s interference was deemed more aggressive, broader, and bolder, signaling a new era of foreign influence operations targeting democracies. It also found that they used cyber intrusion, via the GRU (Russian military intelligence) who hacked Democratic systems, like the DNC and Podesta emails, and released them via Guccifer 2.0 and WikiLeaks. 2. Gabbard then claims that Obama requested a new report that was released in January of 2017, in which he sought to “create and manufacture intelligence”. The problem with this lie is that this report merely requested the FBI, CIA and NSA find out exactly what tools Russia used and that the report now exclude CLASSIFIED material since it was for the PUBLIC. The report found basically the same thing as what the December report that Gabbard claims Obama “covered up,” which was that Putin ordered the operation to help Donald Trump get elected, damage Clinton and undermine public faith in the US Democratic process. It showed that Russia relied on leaked hacked material, cyber attacks, and social media trolls. It also showed that Russia preferred Trump, and once again there was no evidence of actual vote tampering. The reason why the December report was “covered up” is because it literally had classified material in it and was only meant for senior government officials. Therefore Obama ordered the January report tailored for the public without classified material. BOTH REPORTS found that - Putin directed the interference effort - Russia aimed to help Trump and hurt Clinton - Russian cyberattacks, leaks, and propaganda efforts were used - No evidence of vote tampering Therefore, Gabbard's claim is that Obama covered up a highly classified report, meant for senior officials, while requesting to “manufacture” a report for the public that stated nearly the exact same thing. She is full of 💩 and distracting from the Epstein mess, by putting out a bunch of material and creating a false narrative around it.

🚨 REMINDER After the 2020 presidential election, Donald Trump hired THREE firms to help him prove nationwide voter fraud. THREE FIRMS. 1) Trump’s OWN campaign paid more than $600,000 for research that undercut many of his most explosive voter fraud claims. The research was never made public, but the “Project 2020” report conducted by the Berkeley Research Group had been obtained by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who was investigating the January 6th insurrection on the Capitol. 2) A second firm was later hired by Trump's OWN campaign to study election fraud claims in the weeks after the 2020 election, and the founder of the firm was questioned by BOTH District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Counsel Jack Smith about his work DISPROVING the claims. Ken Block, founder of the firm Simpatico Software Systems, studied more than a dozen voter fraud theories and allegations for Trump’s campaign in late 2020 and found - and I quote: “No substantive voter fraud was uncovered in my investigations looking for it, nor was I able to confirm any of the outside claims of voter fraud that I was asked to look at.” Then, he said this — “Every fraud claim I was asked to investigate was false.” 🚨 SEE VIDEO BELOW 🚨 The Trump campaign, according to federal records, show that Trump's campaign paid Block’s firm more than $750,000 in six payments. The first, for $390,000. I'll let you do the math. 3) Another Trump campaign-commissioned report said analysts also CONTRADICTED Trump’s claims that some 1,500 ballots came from dead voters and that over 42,000 voted twice in Nevada. While the report does not outright state that Biden won the election, the analysis said they did NOT HAVE EVIDENCE to SUBSTANTIATE FRAUD CLAIMS ABOUT: - Pennsylvania - Georgia - Michigan - Wisconsin - Nevada So THREE FIRMS, all hired by Trump's own campaign, proved all of Donald Trump's voter fraud claims FALSE!! 👇👇👇👇

President Donald Trump is causing a constitutional crisis by eliminating the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and giving Elon Musk access to confidential Treasury records, say the media and Democrats. The American people didn’t elect Musk, said Democrats in a rally on Friday, where some House members were disallowed from entering the Department of Education. A judge on Friday restricted Musk’s team’s access to Treasury records. Trump yesterday, in an interview with Bret Baier of Fox, said that Musk would soon begin seeking efficiencies in the Departments of Defense and Education. As such, what’s happening is a “constitutional crisis,” said Rep. Jamie Raskin on Meet the Press, where he threatened a class action lawsuit on behalf of the American people. But there is no constitutional crisis. The American people elected Trump as president, and he, not Congress, exercises authority over all executive branch agencies, including USAID, the Department of Education, the Department of Defense, and the Treasury Department. Trump has clear Constitutional authority to audit the finances overseen by the Treasury and every other agency, and that includes assigning that audit to whoever he chooses. The Constitution grants Congress oversight duties but those powers do not include members being allowed to enter any executive branch building whenever they please. None of that means that the administration should ignore Congress, court orders, or the potential public health problems that could be created by the closure of USAID and freezing of its funds. Said the surgeon, New Yorker author, and former USAID official, Atul Gawande, on X, “20M people with HIV, including 500,000 children, have been cut off from access to medicines keeping them alive. Global HIV transmission, resistance, and deaths will now increase, endangering all.” Gawande added that, as a result of the loss of USAID, the US has lost critical bird flu surveillance, sacrificed humanitarian aid in Gaza, and halted the resettlement of former Islamic State combatants. USAID may have been doing and funding projects that were worthwhile. And it may be that Congress will need to pass legislation to continue those projects through the State Department. But it’s emotional blackmail to suggest the USAID closure and freeze on aid will kill African children. The Trump administration already created a waiver for HIV treatment and resumed aid for tuberculosis, malaria, and newborn health. And USAID’s health programs should be subject to scrutiny, given the agency’s history of using such programs as cover for other activities, including regime change and biodefense research. For example, under President Barack Obama’s administration, USAID was caught using an HIV program to foment rebellion in Cuba. USAID used EcoHealth Alliance as a passthrough organization to funnel $1.1 million to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which was conducting risky gain-of-function experiments that may have caused the Covid pandemic. As such, anyone who truly believes in public health for poor people in poor nations must agree that USAID needs to be reined in and cleaned up. That starts first with precisely the kind of audit the Democrats are trying to stop. After that, USAID — and other government agencies eventually — must justify what they are spending money on. The public’s interest is ensuring that every dollar of taxpayer money is accounted for and justified. A major reason that the American people elected Trump was precisely because they believed he would reform the government, and that meant rooting out abuse, fraud, and waste. There is a large body of evidence of all three in USAID, the DOD, and the Department of Education. And, as for complying with the law on the closure of USAID, support for just such a law is growing in Congress. The media and others in Washington, D.C., have known for decades that USAID was a hub of fraud and abuse. The Washington Post cited two individuals with the Center for Global Development, a center-left think tank funded by Bill Gates that has been defending USAID, who told the Washington Post that a claim by Musk that just 10% of USAID money reached people on the ground was “wildly incorrect and misleading.” But their clarification — that just “10 percent of USAID payments are made directly to organizations in the developing world” and the “remaining 90 percent” is delivered by organizations in the US and developed world — underscored that USAID fundamentally isn’t working. Think about it. If USAID were so effective in achieving its ostensible goal of “development,” why are the countries it works in still so poor and underdeveloped? In truth, Democrats and Republicans alike have recognized for decades that USAID needed reform. In 2015, even the Center for Global Development urged a “top-to-bottom review of USAID’s sector- and country-based activities based upon program effectiveness, allocation of USAID resources, alignment with partner priorities, and national security implications” followed by “comprehensive reform.” As recently as 2021, the media acknowledged the obvious. That year, the New York Times published an article headlined, “U.S. Aid to Central America Hasn’t Slowed Migration. Can Kamala Harris?” In it the Times acknowledged that “experts say the reasons that years of aid have not curbed migration” is in part because “much of the money is handed over to American companies, which swallow a lot of it for salaries, expenses and profits, often before any services are delivered” — precisely the reason President Trump shut down USAID. Wrote the Times, “From 2016 to 2020, 80 percent of the American-financed development projects in Central America were entrusted to American contractors, according to data provided by the U.S. Agency for International Development.” It’s the same story for education. Just 10 days ago, the National Assessment of Education Progress (NAEP) released the latest test scores showing yet another decline in reading and continued flat-lining in math for eighth graders. The media described the test results as a “new low” and “even worse” than in the past and “disheartening.” Democrats and the media thus know perfectly well that the Department of Education’s work is either insufficient to counteract the decline or is actively contributing to it, and thus reform of the Department of Education is highly reasonable. And yet Democrats demanded they be allowed to enter the Department of Education headquarters in Washington as though to defend it. From what? Improvement? The position of the Democrats is even more ridiculous when one considers the example of the Defense Department. Will Democrats now, after decades of attacking military spending as wasteful, defend it? If they do, they will alienate their own partisans. But if they don’t, then they will find it difficult to answer the question of why reform is necessary in the military but not in the Department of Education or USAID? Making the situation even more surreal is that it was Democrats, not Republicans, who made the biggest push for government efficiency and reform in the last thirty years. In 1993, shortly after taking office, President Bill Clinton empowered Vice President Al Gore to oversee a “Reinventing Government” initiative. The aim was to streamline bureaucracy, cut costs, and improve government efficiency. It emphasized customer service, performance-based management, and innovation — all things that Musk is famous for implementing at his companies. It’s not obvious why Democrats are opposing Trump’s actions. Doing so reinforces that they are the party of waste, fraud, and abuse. Polling shows that public support for Trump is at an all-time high of 53%, according to a new CBS poll. By contrast, 57% of registered voters have an unfavorable opinion of the Democratic Party, the worst numbers in 17 years. Nor is it obvious why the media has maintained its anti-Trump bias. The Washington Post’s daily traffic declined by nearly 90% from 23 million daily active users in January 2021 to 2.5 to 3 million in the middle of last year. In the week ending November 24, CNN and MSNBC lost 47% and 53% of their primetime viewership. Last month, CNN announced it was laying off 200 employees while MSNBC saw its president step down. Politico’s cofounder said last week that “The left right now, liberal media, has probably never been weaker in my lifetime than right now.” The public desperately wants reform, and 60% of the public has long supported cutting foreign aid, which has long been popular with the public. Why can’t Democrats and the media just embrace Trump’s government efficiency effort? Why are they engaging in such seemingly self-destructive behavior? Joe Biden has just announced he’s not running for re-election and will support Vice President Kamala Harris’s candidacy instead. The announcement came as a shock to the people who work at the White House and to campaign aides, one of whom told Politico, "We’re all finding out by tweet. None of us understand what’s happening.” The same was true in Delaware, Biden’s home state. “I don’t think a soul in Delaware knew,” said a Biden campaign official. As such, this is the third time in three presidential elections that Democratic Party elites have subverted democracy to choose a presidential candidate. The first time this occurred was in 2016 when the Democratic National Committee manipulated money and process to help Hillary Clinton defeat Bernie Sanders. The second time was in 2020, when Party elites pushed out Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar so Elizabeth Warren could split the progressive vote with Sanders, creating a path to victory for Biden. This year, Biden and the DNC prevented a competitive open primary, and now Biden is deciding who will be the nominee for Democrats. Harris was deeply unpopular with Democratic voters when she ran in the 2020 primary, leading her to drop out after her polling plummeted to the single digits. It’s true that the Democratic elites followed the formal rules, most Democrats agreed that Biden should not run again, and a Democrat could still challenge Kamala Harris at the convention. But the party undermined the spirit of democracy in every election. Democracy, at its core, is about letting the people decide for themselves. That simply didn’t happen. In fact, a very small number of Democratic Party donors and media elites chose Hillary Clinton, Biden, and Harris. In many ways it was the media who influenced donors and decided Biden should go after his disastrous debate performance. To the extent that ordinary Democratic Party voters turned against Biden it was in response to the media turning on him. When the media insisted that Biden was fine, and that the worries about his health were just right-wing propaganda, Democratic voters were loyal to him. While it’s true someone could challenge Harris for the nomination, it’s very hard to see that happening, given Biden’s endorsement and the argument from Kamala Harris supporters that it would be borderline racist for anyone else to win the nomination. Within a few hours, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Senator Tammy Baldwin, and Democratic mega-donor Reid Hoffman all endorsed Harris. Other Party elites will likely do the same. Over the last three weeks, Biden fought Democratic donors, media elites, and Party leaders. He insisted repeatedly he could do the job. But, in the end, they overwhelmed him. They withheld funding. They attacked almost every day, letting up for just 24 hours after the near-assassination of former President Trump. As a result, nobody could watch the events of the last few weeks and believe that the Democratic Party is democratic. It is a party controlled by the media, donors, and the deep state. However one feels about the GOP, the same can’t be said of Republicans. Republican voters rejected their own party leaders, donors, and the foreign policy establishment to nominate Trump for president in 2016. Democrats, by contrast, sided with the establishment candidate in choosing Clinton in 2016 and Biden in 2020. Why is that? Why did Democrats become the party controlled by elites and obedient to authority, and Republicans the party of rebellion and, increasingly, the working class?

REVIEW: How Minnesota House DFL is gaslighting the public and spinning the narrative and the #MNmedia propaganda machine are just repeating the Dems talking points. 1- MN House Dems are boycotting because they did NOT want MN House Republicans to elect Lisa Demuth the Speaker (we did anyways) and NOT because of Tabke race (which is their spin), but because we had the votes and constitutional authority to elect her. 2- They continue to say “we’re tied”….NO we’re not! 67 (R) to 66 (D) is clearly a Republican Party of Minnesota majority in the House 3- WHY are they at 66? Their 40B candidate cheated on residency and does not live in the District that he ran for office (they keep skipping over this and hope MN is so stupid that you don’t know the truth…..Cheating has consequences and they like children, want to skip these consequences.) 4- 54A race in City of Shakopee, MN has had multiple procedural errors. Confidence is shaken in this District that their votes actually counted. ✔️ Race originally had Aaron Paul winning with 100% precincts reporting by 360 votes ✔️ 20 votes shredded ✔️ 30 Duplicate voters ✔️ “Official data” at SOS office continued to change “after” Dec 17th deadline that Counties were supposed to be done uploading. (We have all this documented.) ✔️ At trial, Scott County MN employee testified that they could NOT guarantee voters who testified at trial that it was 100% for sure their ballot which was shredded 5- There was a trial in 54A. The judge ruled AND Aaron Paul has every right to appeal this ruling. It would be honorable if Melissa Hortman would STOP gaslighting the public and ignoring the legal process has NOT been completed. 6- “If” there was a new election in 54A ……zero people are disenfranchised because all 22,000 are free to vote again. The Minnesota DFL Party continues to deflect, lie, deceive, manipulate the public and put out these false narratives because they hope the public is so naive that you don’t do your own research and instead just believe all of their fear-mongering and purposeful #gaslighting! In My Opinion: The Democrats are the ones disenfranchising our MN voters, they are deteriorating the public’s trust in our election process by trying to gaslight all of you into believing this is settled. FACTS 54A: ▶️Multiple procedural errors ▶️ Changing Data after deadlines ▶️Shredded ballots ▶️More questions than answers We should all call on Brad Tabke to do the honorable thing for his District and #mnleg. Call for a new election. So that EVERY voter has total confidence their vote really was counted. #SeekTruthMN They think you’re stupid!

Something is Rotten in the Elections of Peru Over two weeks ago, on April 12th Peruvians went to vote to elect a new President. The election has been plagued by suspicious issues like lost polling records, polling stations that opened so late hardly anyone could vote and many more. However, the most serious one is the forensic analysis done recently by a Data Scientist who calls himself Luigi Pavam. Mr. Pavam went into a public API from the organization that managed the whole election called ONPE, and downloaded the data of every single polling station, about 93% of the total and proceeded to do a deep data analysis looking for signs of possible fraud. He found that the special polling stations or “Mesas Especiales” were plagued with issues, and proceeded to run 5 forensic tests to detect possible fraud. His conclusion was that the election data shows a very suspicious pattern that suggests there is a very sophisticated fraud operation happening in Peru’s elections. His report is 17 pages of dry analysis, and to make it easy for anyone to understand what he found I decided to do an explainer video. I encourage anyone with an interest in Peru’s economy, and people to watch it. This news I share with you is well known by much people in Peru now, and there are efforts to fix what happened. Surprisingly the election authorities have not done anything to audit the data, and remove ONPE from the process, worse it seems the election authority is about to rubber-stamp what looks like a fraud. One that has the potential to put a radical left politician Mr. Roberto Sanchez in power, because the election runoff between Ms. Keiko Fujimori and Mr. Sanchez will most likely be manipulated again, placing again Mr. Sanchez as the surprise winner, and therefore President of Peru. However, it is not too late yet. As the video explains there are several ways to prevent this outcome, and to elect the two correct winners of the first election to compete with each other in June. All seems to indicate that the rightful second place winner of the first round election was Mr. Rafael Lopez Aliaga, not Mr. Sanchez, unlike Sanchez, Mr. Aliaga is pro-business, pro-democracy, pro-freedom and friendly with America and the Trump Administration. Please share this post if you care about fair elections, and freedom and democracy in Peru. P.S. Links to the full original report, and supporting data follow.

Greg Gutfeld calls out the hypocrisy of Democrats and the media for their silence on the border for 4 years, and now all the sudden focusing on ICE He also says there are groups in America that are training agitators for protests “People that are reporting on this have no credibility because they never bothered to report a single case of the thousands of violent felons criminals captured and deported by ICE. Maybe if you showed a little fair and balanced reporting on the stuff that was going on before the murderers or the rapists — then we might, I don't know, respect your opinion, but we don't. Number two, there's no vast operation that can be perfect. And you wouldn't have needed a vast operation if you hadn't opened the border and let in 10 million people in the last four years. You wanna know why the training is truncated? Figure it out. We needed more ICE agents because there were 10 million people in here. We needed to shorten the training. That's on you, okay? If it wasn't for your malfeasance on the border, We wouldn't even be in this situation. So this is on the Dems, it's not on ICE. If only people had pointed or predicted that this would happen” “The groups that train the agitators tell them to make themselves indistinguishable from real people when the sh*t goes down — That increases the risk to actual real people who might be caught at the wrong at the wrong place at the wrong time.”

Part Two: Is that why "Joe" and the "Handlers" let "former" President Trump be seen on LIVE International TV with 12 Foreign Leaders, 13 times, from April to December 2024, which would have been a Breach of National Security, Election Interference, and a violation of the Logan Act, all of which are violations and breaking of Federal Law? Is that why "Joe" and the "Handlers" leave the National Guard Cybersecurity Teams Active and on Title 32 Federal Presidential Call-up after being activated for 2018 and 2020, in 2022 and 2024? Perhaps because the Laws and Orders currently invoked outline the Strategic and Special Operation? Perhaps because the Southern Border is from Proclamation 9844 from February 2019? Why do the Presidential Proclamations show "Biden" terminated P-9844, but 14 States Deployed to Texas immediately before and after PDJT was seen with the Governor and Adjutant General of Texas? The Adjutant General is the Commanding General of all forces in a state. They report to the Governor UNLESS the National Guard are FEDERALIZED by Title 10. That Title 10 Section 12302 from P-9844? If it was terminated, how were the National Guard deploying to Texas in 2024? The ONLY person with a Presidential title who's been seen with the Governor and Adjutant General of Texas is... Supreme Commander, Wartime President, Donald John Trump. Did you know that Congress passed a historically low number of bills during the first two years of the "Biden administration," putting the 118th Congress (2023–2025) the least productive in modern history? Should probably seek to understand when the Constitution has been butchered, manipulated, and twisted to create a 'democracy' for the Deep State... You go back to the Declaration of Independence and apply it. "But when a long train of abuses and usurpations"... THROW OFF such government. That's what | 45 ——— 47 | is. Strategic and Special Operation using Irregular and Unconventional Warfare Tactics and Strategies such as the Government in Exile, Puppet Government, Continuity of Operations and Government all of which are LAWFUL and have been in Law long before 2017. That's why many Americans on both sides of the aisle look ridiculous and atrocious. The resolution cannot be bigger than the problem. Stop making it that way. Because it's not. 🫡♠️🇺🇸
