🚨 THIS IS HOW AI BUBBLE WILL CRASH S&P 500 Read this carefully before buying stocks. Three AI and space giants are entering public markets in the same cycle with a combined valuation approaching $4 trillion. 1. THE BIGGEST IPO WAVE IN DECADES → SpaceX has already gone public with $1.7 trillion valuation $SPCX debuted on Nasdaq on June 12 and become one of the largest public listings in history. → OpenAI has already filed a confidential S-1 and is targeting a valuation above $1 trillion. → Anthropic is also considering an IPO at a valuation of around $1 trillion. 2. THE LIQUIDITY DRAIN The S&P 500 is now carried mostly by the Mag 7 and AI stocks. Nvidia, Microsoft, Google, Amazon and others make up roughly 33% to 35% of the entire index. These three listings could pull $200 billion or more from the market. Funds may need to sell existing positions to buy SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic. Nvidia, Microsoft and Google could be the first to feel the pressure. The S&P 500 has also resisted fast tracking these unprofitable giants into the index. That means the rotation could hit existing index leaders even harder. 3. HISTORY IS REPEATING At the peak of every major bubble, capital became concentrated in a small group of “can’t lose” companies. → The Roaring Twenties → The Nifty Fifty era → Japan’s 1980s bubble → The Dot-Com Bubble of 1999 to 2000 Today, tech concentration is once again near historical extremes. 4. THE REAL SELLING STARTS AFTER THE IPO After an IPO, early investors finally get the chance to lock in profits. Lockup expirations have historically increased selling pressure. During the Dot Com crash, even the strongest companies got destroyed. → Amazon: 95% dump → Microsoft: 65% dump → Intel: 80% dump → Oracle: 80% dump → Yahoo: 97% dump A great business does NOT protect investors from extreme overvaluation. Massive listings at these valuations, while many AI companies are still deeply unprofitable, are a clear sign of market euphoria. I’ve said this before. And the cycle is still playing out exactly according to plan. Turn notifications on. I’ll post the warning BEFORE it hits the headlines.

"Pros won’t use generative AI, and when the bubble pops, nobody will ever talk about it again." No. That’s delusional. 1/ Generative AI is already being used professionally at the level of big studios like Disney ($1B to OpenAI), and there’s zero doubt that studios like Industrial Light & Magic, Netflix, Hollywood VFX experts, etc. are already experimenting with it too. Or do you think they’re idiots? They’re not idiots at all. They have the experience and, more importantly, the DISTRIBUTION POWER. The point is: someone with taste, judgment, and storytelling experience, basically from their living room, will have access to (almost, or not even almost) the same capability as the big guys, because the pure "making stuff" skills have been commoditized, and the new way to create is just NATURAL LANGUAGE. What hasn’t been commoditized is good taste, the ability to create great stories that move people, and the ability to get them in front of people. So in the end, what wins is story quality and distribution. Having good taste, making a name for yourself, and owning strong IP (Marvel, etc.) will still matter. That’ll be true right up until AI is genuinely opinionated and can create by itself: if it comes to that, with zero human direction, stuff as good as (or better than) the very best human experts today, and on top of that, interactive in real time... Because yeah: there’s nothing in this universe that actually prevents that from happening. BUT WE’RE NOT THERE. For now, generative AI is a tool that needs direction and taste to make anything decent. And I hope it stays that way for a long time, because otherwise that’s going to be a brutal hit to humanity’s ego. 2/ On the "bubble": you have to distinguish between a stock valuation bubble (possible, I actually believe it) vs a bubble like some people imagine where it "pops" and we never hear about AI again. That obviously makes no sense given how insanely useful it is. It can only grow, and it’s going to grow fast, regardless of any stock market drawdowns (the internet kept growing even when valuations got nuked in 2000). Either way, the near future is going to be extremely interesting.

Three of the biggest companies in the world are going public at the same time. The market has never seen anything like this. And this is how major bubbles peak. SpaceX is targeting a June 2026 IPO raising up to $75 billion at a $1.5 trillion valuation, the largest IPO in human history, bigger than Saudi Aramco's $29 billion raise in 2019. OpenAI is filing with the SEC targeting September 2026, raising at least $60 billion at a $1 trillion valuation. The company is losing $14 billion this year alone and won't be profitable until 2029. Anthropic just raised $30 billion in February 2026 at a $380 billion valuation. Its valuation has increased 15x in just 14 months. It is now preparing what could be a $900 billion private round before going public. Combined, these three IPOs could pull $200 billion from global capital markets. That is real. That is unprecedented. And here's the real risk. OpenAI is projected to lose $44 billion cumulatively before reaching profitability. Anthropic's valuation has risen 15x in 14 months on the same underlying business. Both companies are being priced for perfection at a moment when the first companies to actually deploy their products at scale are blowing their AI budgets and cancelling licenses. The real liquidation pressure from these IPOs doesn't even arrive at listing day. It arrives 180 days later when lock-up periods expire and early investors and employees can finally sell. That is when the real rotation happens. The S&P 500 concentration risk is genuine. The Magnificent 7 now represent 36% of the entire index, higher than the dot-com peak in 2000. If any of these companies disappoint, the index follows. That is not a conspiracy. That is basic math. Three historically unprecedented IPOs. $44 billion in projected OpenAI losses. An AI capex cycle that must deliver ROI. Lock-up expirations six months after listing. That combination is what you must pay attention to, as it often break cycles.

🚨 WARNING: MONDAY WILL BE THE WORST DAY OF 2026!! → Fed confirmed interest rate HIKES. → U.S.-Iran peace deal is CANCELLED. → China and Japan are dumping U.S. Treasuries. → Funds are selling stocks amid AI bubble fears. If you're holding any assets right now, you MUST know this: When markets open next week, this won't be "just another dip." Stocks will dump Metals will dump. Bitcoin and crypto will dump even harder. Large institutions and major funds are already cutting exposure. They're not chasing upside. They're reducing risk and preparing for a market crash. At the same time, pressure is building across the global financial system. The Federal Reserve has made it clear that interest rates are likely to remain higher for longer. Japan has officially stepped into the market with yen intervention. Meanwhile, China and Japan continue reducing their U.S. Treasury holdings, adding even more pressure to the world's largest bond market. When the largest foreign holders of U.S. debt pull back, liquidity starts to disappear. → Interest rates are likely to stay elevated. → Japan is actively supporting the yen. → China and Japan continue reducing U.S. Treasury holdings. → The U.S.-Iran ceasefire is officially cancelled. → Liquidity conditions are tightening across financial markets. → Bond market volatility is continuing to rise. → Funds are reducing equity exposure. → The AI-driven rally is rapidly losing momentum. → Risk appetite is fading across multiple asset classes. This is no longer just a single-market story. Several sources of stress are unfolding at the same time. That's how financial chain reactions begin. As liquidity tightens and capital flows reverse, fear can spread rapidly across every major asset class. This is no longer just about market positioning. It's about systemic pressure building beneath the surface. I have spent decades studying macro cycles, liquidity flows, and systemic market reactions like these. That's how I knew Bitcoin would top out in October 2025 and called the $126K top. I'll share my next call here first. Follow and turn on notifications.

🚨 WARNING: MONDAY WILL BE THE WORST DAY OF 2026!! → Fed confirmed interest rate hikes. → Japan officially began YEN INTERVENTION. → China is nonstop dumping U.S. Treasuries. → Funds are selling stocks as the AI-bubble collapses. If you're holding assets right now, you MUST read this: When markets open next week, this won't be "just another dip." Stocks will dump. Bonds will dump. Metals will dump. Bitcoin and crypto will dump even harder. Insiders and big funds are already selling EVERYTHING. They're not chasing rallies. They're cutting exposure and preparing for increased volatility. At the same time, pressure is building across the global financial system. The Federal Reserve has signaled that higher interest rates are here to stay. Japan has officially entered the market with yen intervention. Meanwhile, both China and Japan continue reducing their U.S. Treasury holdings, putting additional pressure on the world's largest bond market. When the biggest foreign holders of U.S. debt step back, liquidity vanishes. → Interest rates are staying higher for longer. → Japan is actively defending the yen. → China and Japan are nonstop dumping U.S. Treasuries. → Liquidity conditions are tightening across financial markets. → Bond market volatility continues to increase. → Funds are reducing equity exposure. → The AI-driven rally is rapidly losing momentum. → Risk appetite is fading across multiple asset classes. This is no longer a single-market story. Multiple sources of stress are converging at the same time. That's how financial chain reactions begin. As liquidity disappears and capital flows reverse, fear spreads quickly across every major asset class. This is no longer just about positioning. It's about systemic pressure building beneath the surface. When liquidity dries up, markets don't correct gradually. They crash fast. I have spent decades studying macro cycles, liquidity flows, and systemic market reactions like this. That's how I knew Bitcoin would top out in October 2025 and called the $126K top. When the next move becomes clear, I will share it here first. Follow and turn on notifications. By the time mainstream media starts reporting it, it's already too late.

🚨 WARNING: THE SITUATION JUST TOOK A VERY BAD TURN The Fed is now expected to raise rates another 25 bps in October. Think about that for a moment. Just months ago, markets were expecting 2026 to be dominated by rate cuts. Now investors are preparing for another hike. Yet somehow, stocks are still hovering close to record highs. Something doesn’t quite add up: → Oil is above $100. → Diesel prices are near historical highs. → Inflation remains stubborn. → Rates are already restrictive. And now another Fed hike is back on the table. So what is keeping the market afloat? AI. But this is where most people are missing the bigger picture. The AI boom isn’t only lifting equities. It’s also giving the Fed more room to remain hawkish. Huge AI investments are keeping economic growth strong, while a small group of mega-cap companies continues to support the major indexes. As long as that continues, the Fed has little incentive to ease policy. That’s the real trap: AI boom → stronger growth → persistent inflation → rates stay elevated → another hike becomes possible. Now add oil to the equation: $100+ crude → rising energy costs → additional inflation pressure → even less room for rate cuts. Whether the next move comes in October or December isn’t the main issue. The direction is. A few months ago, the expectation was cuts. Now we’re talking about no cuts, followed by a hike, and potentially more tightening afterward. The market can absorb all of this as long as AI continues carrying it. The real danger begins when AI loses momentum. If those mega-cap names finally break down while rates are rising and inflation remains elevated, the market could lose the main force absorbing all that pressure. Then things can move very quickly: AI breaks → indexes drop → liquidity dries up → forced selling begins. And when forced selling hits, funds don’t necessarily sell what they want. They sell whatever they can. Stocks. Metals. Bitcoin. Everything. That’s the part most people aren’t prepared for. And ironically, that’s where the next major buying opportunity could appear. I’m not afraid of the selloff. I’m waiting for it. I’ve been trading for 15+ years, and the pattern remains the same. When liquidation arrives and I see a level that genuinely makes sense to buy, I’ll share it here just like I always do. Turn on notifications. You’ll want to see this chart later.

BREAKING: The man who saw 2008 coming just placed his biggest bet against the AI boom, and the strangest name on his list is not a tech company at all. It is a bulldozer maker. Dr. Michael J. Burry shorted Nvidia, Applied Materials, Tesla, and the whole chip index this week. But the one he led with, the one he said jumped out at him, was Caterpillar, a 100-year-old maker of construction equipment. Why would the most famous bubble-caller alive make a heavy-machinery company his headline AI short? Because that is the whole tell. Caterpillar hit an all-time high this year, up 86 percent, its valuation richer than at any point in three decades. And look at the twist that makes the bet so sharp .. the re-rating is not pure fantasy. Caterpillar's order backlog is up 79 percent, because new chip factories and data centers need its generators, turbines, and earth-movers before a single server switches on. The market noticed, and repriced a machinery company as an AI stock. In Dr. Burry's words: “I have never shorted Caterpillar. It has always done great for me on the long side.” His trigger was South Korea. Burry named it directly: hundreds of billions in new chip-fab spending announced this week, the pledge that sent Caterpillar to its record. His verdict: “I see that as the beginning of the end.” Read and understand carefully what that means. Dr. Burry is not shorting artificial intelligence. Nope! He is shorting the moment the mania grew so vast it priced a maker of earth-movers like a designer of chips, betting that even real, booming orders have been valued as if they last forever. When the bubble reaches the machines that dig the holes the servers sit in, that is the line he chose to stand on. And the timing is also not quite subtle. He placed the bet at all-time highs, on the very day the chip index logged its greatest half-year run since the year 2000, the year he keeps naming. Will Burry prove himself right this time?

🚨MONDAY COULD CHANGE EVERYTHING Most people still think this is just another dip - another red candle - another buying opportunity - another chance to front-run the next rally But what if the market is already telling us something nobody wants to hear? The S&P 500 is sitting near record highs while stress is building across multiple parts of the global financial system at the same time Bond yields remain elevated Japan's bond market is facing its biggest challenges in decades China continues reducing its exposure to U.S. debt And geopolitical risks are rising faster than most investors realize Now add the uncertainty surrounding the U.S.-Iran situation and the possibility of higher oil prices If energy starts moving higher, inflation comes back into focus And if inflation stays elevated, central banks have less room to support markets That's where things get dangerous Because markets don't need one massive event to crash They need several smaller risks to collide at the same time And that's exactly what's happening right now At the same time, one of the biggest IPOs in history is absorbing enormous amounts of capital and attention - liquidity is being pulled from every corner of the market - funds are rotating - positions are being reduced - volatility is starting to return Most investors are watching price Smart money watches liquidity And liquidity is rarely this important unless something bigger is developing beneath the surface We may be looking at the exact moment investors realize the easy money phase is over NOTIFS ON
