🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now detaining parents bringing their children home from school, then using the child as bait to try to lure others. Yesterday, in Columbia Heights, ICE agents arrested a man while he was bringing his 4-year-old son home from school. Instead of letting the parent arrange care, or contacting a guardian, which ICE policy requires, agents appear to take the child into a back alley and used him as bait to try to draw others out of the home. When that didn’t work, they took the child and left. Which violates ICE’s own policy. Their policy is clear, children are not to be taken into custody during enforcement actions unless they themselves are being arrested, and agents are required to prioritize the child’s safety and immediate placement with a caregiver. And considering ICE’s documented habit of moving people across state lines and fast-tracking deportations without access to legal counsel, separating a child like this puts families, and children, in real danger. Detaining a 4-year-old with no warrant isn’t immigration enforcement. Using a child as bait to try to lure other family members is not law enforcement. It’s a violation of basic constitutional protections and child welfare standards.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are proving once again that they are not targeting violent criminals… They are targeting children and families. On Sunday, agents were caught illegally operating in Minneapolis public parks, in direct violation of city orders, and then tear-gassing spaces designed for kids and families. This happened at Powderhorn Park. In the video, ICE agents are seen aggressively driving into the parking lot of a public park, on a Sunday… a day when families and children regularly sled, play, and gather there. U.S. citizens are already in the park. They begin recording and blowing whistles. An ICE agent then chases a U.S. citizen through the park, tackles him to the ground, and handcuffs him. While that’s happening, other agents begin deploying tear gas, throwing canisters at U.S. citizens who are nowhere near them, filling the parking lot and the park itself with smoke. Tear gas causes respiratory distress, burning eyes, nausea, and panic… effects that are especially dangerous for children. And agents illegally deployed chemical agents anyway, in an open public park, with families nearby. That is excessive use of force, and child endangerment. And they did all of it while being explicitly prohibited from operating in the park in the first place… The Minneapolis Mayor’s Executive Order 2025-02 bans civil immigration enforcement staging on city property. On January 7th, 2026, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board unanimously passed a resolution aligning with that order, explicitly prohibiting ICE from staging or operating in parks. ICE did it anyway. And it didn’t stop there… Later, that same day, around 12:45 PM, ICE agents were seen sitting in Folwell Park, another public park. A woman approaches them, calmly cites the order, and tells them they are not allowed to be there and need to leave. ICE/Border Patrol are choosing spaces where children gather instead of places where actual crimes occur, then responding to public scrutiny by assaulting civilians and deploying chemical weapons. If ICE/Border Patrol are willing to do this in broad daylight, on a Sunday, in front of families, while being filmed, after being explicitly told they are not allowed to be there… Then they are not enforcing the law. They are endangering children and assaulting anyone who dares to exercise their First Amendment rights, and say that’s not okay.

A man is pleading with federal agents to verify who he is… And they refused. Instead, one agent says, “We need to get him on the ground,” puts him in a chokehold, throws him to the ground, and multiple agents pile on top of him before handcuffing him, and throwing him into their vehicle. Under the Fourth Amendment, the government cannot arrest, or seize someone, without probable cause that they have committed, are committing, or are about to commit an offense that authorizes the arrest. U.S. citizens are also not required to carry identification unless they’re driving a motorized vehicle. 🚨BREAKING: (CHICAGO SUBURBS) ICE agents pulled a GUN, and a TASER, on unarmed U.S. citizens for recording them from a public sidewalk… while threatening, “you aren’t going to like the outcome.” In the video, legal observers are standing on a public sidewalk recording ICE agents. The agents stop, get out of their cars, and approach THEM. One agent has his GUN drawn, another has his TASER drawn. The agents tell the legal observers to stop following them. A U.S. citizen responds: “We aren’t doing anything illegal. It’s totally legal to follow you.” He is correct. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement, and federal agents, carrying out their duties in public. And federal regulations specifically recognize that people can record publicly accessible federal activity from public sidewalks, and streets, when they aren’t impeding or disrupting operations. Then, the agent says: “Stop following us, you aren’t going to like the outcome.” That is a serious First Amendment retaliation issue. And then it gets even more dangerous. The same armed federal agents, who just threatened these people with weapons and retaliation… surround the citizens’ car and claim THEY are blocking traffic. But look at the video. The only people blocking traffic are the ICE agents… who have now boxed in the citizens’ car. Agents cannot detain someone because they don’t like being watched. A vehicle stop requires reasonable suspicion of an actual legal violation. And recording and observing ICE agents, from a public place, is not obstruction. It is not illegal. Government agents are supposed to be accountable to the people… not the other way around. The First Amendment protects your right to watch and record your government. The Fourth Amendment limits the government’s power to stop and detain you. And neither one comes with an ICE exception.

Now, students at Roosevelt High School are speaking up, and scores of parents and children are taking to the streets to protest against the actions of federal immigration officials in their city. In the video, multiple agents surrounded the car, opened the driver’s door, and start questioning them about who owns the vehicle. They explain that they aren’t the owner, and that they’re all American citizens. And that should have been the end of it. Instead, agents opened the backseat passenger’s door, and continued interrogating them. The passenger even pulled out HIS ID, showing it to the agents, and explicitly tells them they do NOT consent to the agents opening the car door. Being a federal agent does not give you unlimited authority to stop, search, open the doors of, or detain whoever you want. The Fourth Amendment protects from unreasonable searches and seizures. Immigration enforcement does NOT create a blanket exception to the Constitution. Stopping this car, detain U.S. citizens, and opening their doors, wasn’t “just an immigration check.” It was an abuse of government power. And THIS is what happens when agents aren’t held accountable. When there are no meaningful consequences for violating people’s constitutional rights, those violations become routine. Erin Friday says that in states like California, parents risk losing their children if they refuse to transition them. She broke down to me how Child Protective Services can take children and strip parents of their rights once a child enters the system. “I have evidence of school counselors telling children how to use Child Protective Services to get away from their parents who refuse to capitulate and call them another gender.” “Once that child then gets into the crosshairs of Child Protective Services, the child can be taken and placed in a temporary foster care family.” “During that interim, the parents are being investigated.” “They can be investigated just from not calling their child a male or female name, whichever the child wants.” “There are foster care bill of rights in many of the blue states.” “Those bill of rights require that the child be housed based on gender identity… not their sex.” “So we take a child and put them in a very vulnerable position.” “The Bill of Rights also allows the child to get sex-rejecting interventions.” “You don’t need consent from the parents anymore.” “You get child and government consent to cross sex hormones, puberty blockers, name change.” “Parents essentially lose their parental rights to the government as long as those parents refuse to transition their children.” “These children are taught also to make false claims of abuse, not just emotional abuse, but physical abuse.” “The parents can’t even go to the press about what is happening to their child.” Erin Friday, Esq.

🚨This is very disturbing. ICE agents were filmed assaulting MULTIPLE children, who are U.S. citizens, in Edinburg, TX. In the video, agents are standing around a group of children. One agent shoves a girl out of the way… then punches a 16-year-old in the face. A child. And then it gets worse… A few minutes later, you can see agents escorting a man from his house… and you can hear people yelling: “Where is the warrant?” Because this isn’t complicated… under the Fourth Amendment, you don’t get to enter someone’s home and take them without a warrant. A home is where your rights are strongest. And instead of showing a warrant… they continue to kidnap the man. Meanwhile, ANOTHER minor, already hit by an agent, has blood dripping from his nose… throws his arms around the man being kidnapped… while repeating: You need a warrant! A kid… bleeding… having to remind grown federal agents what the Constitution says. And then it gets even worse. The video then shows an agent going after a 14-year-old girl… claiming she assaulted him… After he was just caught on video assaulting multiple minors. He shoves her head down… yanks her by the arm… then grabs her by the hair. As they’re telling him… over and over… “She’s 14. She’s a minor.” He doesn’t stop, or de-escalate. He keeps going… until another agent steps in and handcuffs her. Fully grown men are seen… Shoving children. Punching children. Dragged, restrained, and pulling children by the hair… And claiming the CHILDREN are the threats. But, in reality… this is excessive force against minors. 🚨 BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are now attempting to illegally detain people who have valid work permits… and are lying about having an order of removal to justify it. In Louisiana, agents began following a Honduran man who was simply driving his daughter to school. When he realized he was being tailed, he went back home, went inside, and begged the agents to check his ID and valid work permit, which were sitting right in the front seat of his car. The agents looked at his documents… and still claimed it “wasn’t enough” to prove he was here legally. That alone is alarming. But it gets worse. When his wife arrived, agents suddenly shifted their story and claimed they had an order of removal for him… which would mean they absolutely knew who he was and what his immigration status was. So, she did exactly what she should: she asked to see the order. And instantly, the story changed. The agents backtracked, said their documents were “incorrect,” and left. This wasn’t enforcement. This was a fishing expedition… and they got caught lying. Federal agents are now banking on fear, confusion, and intimidation to detain people who are in the country legally. And it’s not an isolated incident. They want to have fun… they don’t come in wondering about their privates or about their inclinations or s*xuaI instincts. The largest effort against child trafficking in the history of the federal government may pass as the Senate considers a reconciliation bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Senator Josh Hawley, R-Missouri, told The Lion in an exclusive interview on Thursday. “There are 10s of 1000s of children in the United States who are trapped in sex trafficking,” Hawley said. “Federal investigators have 90,000 images of kids who are being sexually exploited posted online. They don’t know where the kids are.” In 2025, reports of child exploitation rose to 20.5 million in the United States alone.
