🚨BREAKING: Armed men, dressed like ICE agents, were filmed in Minneapolis pulling guns on TWO U.S. citizens, while refusing to show a warrant as they made an arrest. A video show heavily armed individuals removing someone from a house. When bystanders ask for a warrant, none was given, and... there are no clear confirmed agency identifiers beyond tactical-style clothing. As a car attempts to drive down the street, one of the armed men approaches and pulls his gun and points it directly at the driver, who appears to be simply trying to pass through. In a second clip, the same individual pulls his gun and points it at an anti-ICE protester, who is turned away from him. The armed man appears to then pull the trigger multiple times. As of now, it is unclear whether they are federal agents, or private contractors. Until officials clearly identify who these men are and under what authority they were operating, the public is left watching armed individuals pull guns on civilians, in broad daylight, and wondering who, exactly, is responsible.show more

And when someone stopped to film it… an ICE agent, in an unmarked vehicle, drove directly toward them, using their vehicle to intimidate them for exercising their constitutional right to record law enforcement. In the video, ICE agents stopped a man walking down the street and demanded he show them his ID. A person driving sees this, stops their car, and begins filming from across the street. Then, another agent, sitting in an unmarked vehicle, on the other side of the street, drives directly toward the person filming, and stops inches from the side of their car. The agents eventually let the U.S. citizen go… get into the vehicle that is still parked inches from the person filming, and then wave at them like this is all some kind of joke… and drive away. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures. And when armed federal agents stop someone and demand identification, that is not a casual conversation. And the First Amendment protects the right to record government agents performing their duties in public, as long as you are not actually interfering with what they are doing. (Filming from across the street is not interfering) So, when armed federal agents stop someone walking down the street and demand proof of citizenship, while another agent uses a vehicle to intimidate someone documenting it, there are some serious constitutional questions that need to be raised. You should not have to prove you belong, in your own country, to armed government agents. And you should not be intimidated for documenting them. In the video, a person inside the house starts recording after noticing ICE agents were walking around their property. One agent can be seen with their hand on their gun. Then, a second agent walks into view with their gun fully drawn… and briefly points it toward the person filming inside the house, before moving out of frame as the person filming yells, “what are you doing?” A fenced-in yard is not public property. Under the 4th Amendment, the area immediately surrounding a home, including fenced yards, is considered part of the home itself for constitutional protections. Courts call this the “curtilage” of the home. Which means federal agents are not supposed to just roam around inside it without a warrant, consent, or an actual emergency circumstance that legally justifies it. 🚨BREAKING: Masked, armed Border Patrol agents illegally detain U.S. citizens, attempting to open their doors, and then threaten them, for simply driving in their own Minneapolis neighborhood. In the video, Border Patrol agents exit an unmarked van with pepper spray visible and begin walking toward a car that is filming them. The vehicle is parked at a distance. The occupants are not blocking agents, not interfering, and not even close enough to physically impede anything. They are simply observing and recording from a public street, which is a constitutionally protected activity. As agents approach, the women calmly state they will not roll down their window and explain they are just driving through their own neighborhood. They are under no legal obligation to engage, identify themselves, or open their vehicle in the absence of reasonable suspicion or a lawful order. An agent then attempts to open the passenger door anyway, without consent, without a warrant, and without probable cause. The only thing preventing this from becoming a forcible entry is the fact that the doors are locked. After failing to gain access, the agent falsely claims the women are “impeding a federal operation” by “following” them, despite the video showing no pursuit, no interference, and no obstruction whatsoever. Observation and filming in public is not a crime. He then issues a threat, stating they will “not get a second warning,” before returning to his vehicle. This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation, attempted unlawful detention, and an attempted vehicle entry without legal authority, carried out against U.S. citizens who were exercising their constitutional rights. And if armed federal agents feel comfortable escalating like this over nothing, the question isn’t whether this was legal, because it wasn’t. 🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents were caught attempting to force an arrest inside a private home… without a warrant. The video shows agents were already in someone’s front yard trying to detain a man. The homeowner comes out and tells them to leave, because they are on private property. The man they’re trying to detain is saying the same thing… you’re on private property… get out. Instead of backing off… an agent grabs him around the waist, trying to tackle the man. The man breaks free, crawling to the door, and goes inside the house. At that point, this should’ve been over. Because under the Constitution, entering a home without a warrant is one of the clearest lines law enforcement are not allowed to cross. But, they cross it anyway. One agent grabs his foot as he’s going in… and then both agents follow him inside the home, while the homeowner is actively telling them to get out. Over and over. This is exactly what the Supreme Court ruled against in Payton v. New York… law enforcement cannot enter a home to make an arrest without a warrant. And in Lange v. California… they made it clear you don’t get to chase someone into their home, for a non-serious offense, and call it “hot pursuit.” They were told to leave private property… and didn’t. They attempted a detention without respecting that boundary. And then forced their way into a home anyway. All without a warrant.

Not a drag queen. Not a trans woman. A BORDER PATROL agent… drunk, armed, and completely out of control… was the one wandering into the women’s restroom, in Long Beach, California. He left his firearm and ammunition clip sitting on the sink. And when a woman went to wash her hands, he slid the gun and clip into his waistband, called her “sweetie,” and asked her out… all while intoxicated. When security told him to leave, he didn’t. He stumbled around the parking lot with his gun. He tried to toss the gun behind a palm tree as officers pulled up. When they moved in to arrest him, he fought them, injuring one officer during the struggle. And as shown in the body cam footage, the police found his gun was loaded. This is the pattern: ICE and Border Patrol agents are pulling guns on unarmed civilians on duty… and now we’re watching them get drunk, invade women’s bathrooms with their guns, wander public spaces armed, and assault responding police, while they are off duty. 🚨BREAKING: Men posed as ICE agents and detained and assaulted a woman… and Tom Homan is telling everyone that they just have to comply with this. A woman was driving on Highway 211, in Oregon, when a vehicle with flashing red and blue lights pulled behind her. Believing she was being stopped by law enforcement, she pulled over. Two men approached her vehicle, one was carrying a rifle, and they claimed to be ICE agents and told her she was being detained. They pulled her out of her car, searched her, and put her in the back of their vehicle. Then, a third man… who remained inside the vehicle… assaulted her. He told her he was the “guard.” The men were wearing tactical vests labeled “POLICE,” carrying fake badges, and wore face coverings. They held her for nearly 20 minutes before telling her she was free to go… and then she drove herself to the hospital. And while she was there, she reported that she started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be a law firm offering legal representation for her detention. He told her he was the “guard.” The men were wearing tactical vests labeled “POLICE,” carrying fake badges, and wore face coverings. They held her for nearly 20 minutes before telling her she was free to go… and then she drove herself to the hospital. And while she was there, she reported that she started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be a law firm offering legal representation for her detention. In the video, the agents repeatedly insisted they had a warrant for the passenger, demanded he get out of the car, and threatened to tase him if he didn’t comply. But, when the passenger continued to ask to see the warrant, the agents suddenly asked for his ID. After running his identification, they decided to change the story… Agents then started asking the driver for their ID, despite admitting they did not know who they were dealing with. When questioned, one agent first claimed they had a warrant for the passenger, then admitted they were “writing it right now,” before finally acknowledging, “I thought it was you.” So, to break this all down… ICE agents threatened to tase someone over a warrant they didn’t have, for a person they hadn’t even identified. In the video, an agent illegally tries to detain an unaccompanied minor, in Long Beach, California. The child has his hands in the air. An agent runs up and hits him in the head with a pistol. Then two agents tackle him and force his head down against the curb. After the child is already on the ground, pinned by two armed adults, another agent brings out a K9, for what reason exactly? Then one agent puts his knee on the child’s neck while another handcuffs him, even though he’s not resisting at all. Unaccompanied minors are supposed to be handled through child-welfare procedures, not slammed into concrete by armed agents. Using a gun as a weapon is deadly force. You don’t get to use deadly force on a child who is standing still with his hands up. A legal observer is sitting in a car behind them, not violating the law, just observing. Then, without warning, the agents start reversing the vehicle towards the observer… But, they failed to notice a parked car sits directly behind them. As the observer backs up, the federal vehicle slams into the parked car. They stop… and pull forward. You can see the moment they realized they just fucked up, and are debating what to do. They realize no one is in it… so they drive away. And this isn’t the first time… ICE and Border Patrol agents are driving aggressively through communities across the country, using their vehicles as weapons, putting neighbors, families, and bystanders at risk. And anytime they hit someone, instead of a parked car, they aggressively arrest the person they hit and say they were “rammed.” For a department that constantly claims it’s hunting criminals, their agents sure seem to be the ones committing the crimes.

In Boyle Heights, California, multiple ICE agents surrounded a vehicle and began questioning the driver and passenger. The passenger immediately pushed back, saying they were on their way to work and asking, “What the fuck do you want?” Saying he wasn’t go going to give his name or any personal information, telling the agents they might as well arrest him now. The agents ignored what he said and instead asked what they did for work. He responded, “Don’t worry about it.” Once the agents realized they were U.S. citizens, they said, “Guys, have a good day,” turned around, and walked away as if nothing had happened. If ICE had a lawful basis to stop and detain them, discovering they were U.S. citizens shouldn’t suddenly erase that justification. And what is important to remember is, you generally do not have to answer questions about where you’re going, where you work, or other unrelated personal information because a law enforcement officer asks. Refusing to answer those questions, by itself, is not a crime.
