Story: Mamta Pathak, leveraging her knowledge in chemistry, orchestrated a calculated plan to murder her husband: Sedation: She administered an overdose of sleeping pills to her husband on the night of April 29, 2021. Electrocution: After he was sedated, she used a live electric wire to inflict fatal electric shocks. Alibi Creation: To avoid immediate suspicion and allow time for the sedatives to dissipate from his system, she traveled to Jhansi with their son, returning on May 1 to "discover" her husband's body.
