Damn. Like the Tasman Bridge disaster. Although worse. My parents were coming back from picking my grandmother up at the airport and just missed the crash.

I looked it up. The bridge was absolutely huge and spanned 3 kilometres. There were apparently vehicles crossing it when the collision happened. This is insane

“Good” it didn’t happen during peak traffic times, but that bridge is going to take years to rebuild, absolute disaster for the city and all those on the ship and bridge both
