After the First in the fall, Campus exploded. Black Lives Matter rallies sprung out of the ether, ripe with preprinted signs, bullhorns and activists on social justice reform. A group was even formed “Change SU” and demands such as forced diversity training, and curriculum changes were handed over. But then the impossible happened... Something so far out, no one could’ve ever known. The perpetrator turned out to be a 54-year-old black man all along! Jerome Jackson plead guilty to all 5 incidents. “More NYPD cops have retired, retired early or resigned under Eric Adams administration than any other administration in NYC history.” I have been saying this above statement ever since Eric Adams was sworn in as the Mayor of NYC. At the NYPD’s most recent swearing in ceremony NYPD Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch attempts to throw shade on the above statement and also walk back a comment she made in March of this year when she stated “I’m not going to sugarcoat it the NYPD is in a hiring crisis, and it’s not a budget problem,”. In this clip she brags about the NYPD hiring over 4,000 cops this year claiming that this is the “highest hiring year on record”. Conveniently there is no mention made to the fact that the NYPD also lost nearly the same amount of cops, including many of those hired this year. She claims that this large amount of retirements was expected without mentioning how this level of attrition compares to previous years. Tisch later goes on to explain that “early retirements and resignations are down 40% since 2022”. That is significant because 2022 was the year that each week the NYPD arbitrarily denied a few hundred cops religious & medical accommodations forcing them to either take the COVID 19 vaccine, be terminated, retire, retire early or resign. 2022 was also Eric Adams first year in office and he kept the tyrannical COVID mandates in place the entire year, his illegal and arbitrary enforcement of it helped him to fulfill his campaign promise of “lowering the overall headcount of the NYPD through attrition”. So of course early retirements and resignations are down from the year where cops who worked for 2 years during the entire pandemic, who were already previously infected, in the line of duty where forced to take part in a humiliation ritual in order to keep their job. Multiple independent posts surfaced showing that Brown University operates an extensive campus surveillance system… hundreds of cameras… including inside buildings. That information exists publicly in infrastructure disclosures, campus safety material, and prior reporting. Then officials stated there were no cameras in the relevant building. Those two statements cannot both be true. That is not an accusation. That is a contradiction. Now add this. Shortly after public scrutiny intensified, pages, profiles, and references connected to campus programming and student involvement began returning errors or disappearing from normal access paths. Still on my soap box about the Brown University shootings and the statements made by $3 million dollar President Paxson. Why? Because missteps arguably led to another death & because the look at us political tour celebrating their "victory" is nauseating. 1- More than 5 hours after the shooting, Paxson did not know why people were in the building or what was happening when the shooting happened. (I gave her a pass because she had been flying but c'mon there is internet/text capabilities on planes yet she had no clue about the circumstances surrounding the shooting) 2-Paxson said she did not enable the emergency siren system because that would have made people run into buildings, including the engineering building. 3-Paxson said interior cameras in the old part of the engineering building (there weren't any) would not have helped solve the crime quicker and did not impact the crime being committed. 4-Paxson fibbed (or perhaps is oblivious) about the doors in the engineering being locked normally. Any way, I hope she is replaced soon. Some have suggested John the homeless man who broke the case should replace her. He is a Brown graduate after all. Moments later, Comrade Jamiu arrived to apologise, visibly helpless. I couldn’t help but wonder whether he had been elected to lead or to kneel, to represent the students or to appease the school authorities. After a brief conversation, I left saddened but not surprised. What I saw at the University of Abuja was not an institution of learning, but a graveyard of courage and ideas. Our universities are dying — not for lack of resources, but for lack of integrity, independence, and freedom. Nigerian universities are dead. What remains is the struggle to resurrect them.

Free Jeremy Brown While most of the January 6th prisoners have been released, some are still rotting in jail and are currently being subjected to the worst treatment so far. After exposing them in the public, the government had him arrested after an illegal search of his home turned up unregistered explosive grenades and national defense documents. This is why some bad actors and the ignorant are claiming that he doesn’t qualify for the January 6th pardon—but this is a lie. Jeremy’s legal team has forensic evidence that the FBI planted the explosive grenades and the CD containing national defense documents. After turning off all 14 of Jeremy’s recording devices and their own body cameras, the grenades were tested for DNA, and the FBI’s own experts found two of the grenades that were in the ground had two male specimen DNAs on them, none of which were from Jeremy Brown. They found a dog hair underneath one of the grenades. Mr. Brown has two dogs, so the FBI got a search warrant, took over 50 samples from his dogs, and determined that the hair on the grenade was not from his dogs. They found a carpet fiber on the tape around one of the grenades, so they got another search warrant, cut out pieces of Jeremy’s carpet, and compared the fibers to the one that was found with the grenade, and they determined it was not a match. Criminal counts six, seven, eight, and nine were allegedly found on a compact disc that they claim Mr. Brown carried with him through the deserts of Kuwait and Afghanistan for 17 years, and yet there isn’t a scratch or a hint of discoloration on it. Ryan Petersen recalls telling Paul that he was hiring Amazon’s Dave Clark to replace him as CEO in 2022: “No one has ever been more disappointed in me than when I told PG that I was hiring a CEO,” Ryan remembers. Paul first asked Ryan if Flexport was his life’s work, to which he answered “Yes.” “Then why would you ever leave?” Paul asked. Ryan said he thought the new CEO would be better for the company. “That’s like saying some other guy is going to be a better husband for your wife!” PG exclaimed. “It might be true, but you don’t act on it!” Then PG offered Ryan the following advice: “If this is your life’s work, and you think he’s better than you. You need to go learn all of the things that he’s better than you at so that you can come back and do the job.” And that’s exactly what Ryan did. After a year, he returned as CEO of Flexport.
