Those few days were the only moments when the people of Gaza were able to mingle with the outside world. Those simple moments were the only time in my life that I saw land and people from outside Gaza with my own eyes. Then everything closed, and we found ourselves trapped in a vast prison that we could not leave. Imagine that one of my greatest dreams is simply to meet people from outside Gaza and see them with my own eyes before I die.
