You have no say over our national identity. 2. China is a Han ethno-state. They give citizenship to less than 1500 people a year. So CCP hypocrites have no right to criticise our migration policy. 3. I tried to hold up a joke sign encouraging the CCP's third most powerful official to defect while he visited a koala sanctuary in Brisbane. Seems the "pianist vs. 'CCP'" story made it to Chinese social media, so one of the people involved released her side of the story. Summary: 1) They were there to film Chinese New Year Greetings for a company 2) They were waiting to use the piano to film next to it and waited for over 40 minutes for the pianist guy to leave 3) Due to a non-disclosure agreement with the company, none of the footage of their CNY greeting could be published to the public 4) They did not know he was live-streaming (for profit) and even before his live-streaming started he filmed videos of all of them and during this time they told him they were Chinese 5) Even though he knew they were Chinese he kept insisting they were Japanese (perhaps to provoke them because content) 6) He provokingly plays a discriminating song on his piano (related to Ching Cheng Hanji meme) 7) They decided to politely ask how long it would take for him to use the piano 8) After realizing he is probably a content creator she asked if he could delete the video because their content was non-disclosable and could not be made public in advance 9) He posted content with them in online anyway without their permission 10) They found out he's a YouTuber with over 2 million subscribers and so according to the police he will likely not be allowed to play the piano there without a permit since he is making money from it

An 82-year-old Cuban pilot went viral on Chinese social media after recounting his friendship with and studies in China during the 1960s and asking about the cost of a flight from Havana to Beijing to a Chinese tourist. Living in a cramped room with just one bed in Cuba, the 82-year-old is known as "Tito" on Chinese social media. When a Chinese female tourist walked by his door, he tried to converse with her despite her language barrier and initial shock. The girl later discovered that Tito was a Cuban pilot who studied aviation in Shanxi Province, China, from 1961 to 1963. Tito showed her his Chinese PLA graduation certificate and told her that he missed China and that most of his pilot friends had already died. After that, he asked how much a plane ticket from Havana to Beijing would cost. The girl later shared the video on Chinese social media, describing Tito as "the lonely grandfather in Cuba." She mentioned that Tito kept a little notebook in which he planned to jot down his inquiries for the Chinese and his wish lists for sites to visit in China. It appears that he had made repeated attempts to strike up conversations with Asian tourists who passed his door, but they all thought he was strange and quickly left. In Tito's notebook, you can still see Chinese expressions like "How are you?" "When will you leave?" and "When are you planning to return?" Tito's story has moved many Chinese internet users, who are rallying to help him get a plane ticket to China or locate his Chinese friends. In September 1961, the Cuban Air Force chose 223 young pilots (average age less than 20) to study in China. They were among the first international students to come to China, as the Chinese netizens learnt later. A Chinese netizen later claimed on social media that his grandfather was Tito's teacher at the time. The story of Tito has gone viral on Chinese social media. The official account of the Chinese PLA Air Force left a comment under Tito’s video, stating that they had been attempting to get in touch with Tito. The comment said that the Chinese PLA will never forget a friend like Tito and that their friendship will transcend space and time. Today is the Lantern Festival in China, a time for family reunions. An 82-year-old Cuban pilot went viral on Chinese social media after recounting his friendship with and studies in China during the 1960s and asking about the cost of a flight from Havana to Beijing to a Chinese tourist. Living in a cramped room with just one bed in Cuba, the 82-year-old is known as "Tito" on Chinese social media. When a Chinese female tourist walked by his door, he tried to converse with her despite her language barrier and initial shock. The girl later discovered that Tito was a Cuban pilot who studied aviation in Shanxi Province, China, from 1961 to 1963. Tito showed her his Chinese PLA graduation certificate and told her that he missed China and that most of his pilot friends had already died. After that, he asked how much a plane ticket from Havana to Beijing would cost. The girl later shared the video on Chinese social media, describing Tito as "the lonely grandfather in Cuba." She mentioned that Tito kept a little notebook in which he planned to jot down his inquiries for the Chinese and his wish lists for sites to visit in China. It appears that he had made repeated attempts to strike up conversations with Asian tourists who passed his door, but they all thought he was strange and quickly left. In Tito's notebook, you can still see Chinese expressions like "How are you?" "When will you leave?" and "When are you planning to return?" Tito's story has moved many Chinese internet users, who are rallying to help him get a plane ticket to China or locate his Chinese friends. In September 1961, the Cuban Air Force chose 223 young pilots (average age less than 20) to study in China. They were among the first international students to come to China, as the Chinese netizens learnt later. A Chinese netizen later claimed on social media that his grandfather was Tito's teacher at the time. The story of Tito has gone viral on Chinese social media. The official account of the Chinese PLA Air Force left a comment under Tito’s video, stating that they had been attempting to get in touch with Tito. The comment said that the Chinese PLA will never forget a friend like Tito and that their friendship will transcend space and time. Today is the Lantern Festival in China, a time for family reunions. 🔴 Chinese Security Forces Detain Hui Imam On 15th December, the Chinese security forces detained well known Hui Imam and preacher, Ma Yuwei, in Yuxi City of Yunnan Province. Ma Yuwei is the Imam of Yuxi Daying Mosque and has been committed to teaching the Quran and Islamic knowledge to the Muslim community for many years and is highly respected. However, in recent years, as the government has strengthened its control and clampdown over religious activities, he has been constantly followed and threatened many times. In order to protect his safety, he and his family lived in seclusion in the mosque for half a year without going out. On the 15th December, Ma Yuwei received a phone call to go out for dinner.
