And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. And here’s the part that keeps getting ignored… ICE agents claimed THEY had a video of the U.S. veteran assaulting an agent. But when asked for the video, no video was provided, and the U.S. veteran was released without charges. Meanwhile, there are multiple videos, and eyewitness accounts, showing the U.S. veteran being the one who was assaulted. And this is the pattern that keeps repeating… ICE agents use force and arrest someone without probable cause. The agents create a narrative after the fact. “Evidence” is claimed, but never released. Contradictory footage, from the public, circulates. And still no consequences for the agents involved. Because even after all of this, the agents are still on the streets. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now threatening to violently assault U.S. citizens for the crime of sitting in their own car, in a parking lot… Yes. Literally that. ICE agents are now claiming U.S. citizens are not allowed to be in the same parking lot as them. In the video, you can hear an agent approach a person sitting quietly in their car and announce that he is ICE, and that other ICE agents are also in the parking lot… Then the agent immediately issues what he calls his “one and only warning.” The person responds, “I was just on the phone.” The agent responds, “No. No you’re not.” The agent then escalates to a direct threat of violence, saying… “This is your one and only warning. I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. And then the agent illegally orders the U.S. citizen to “get the fuck out” of the parking lot and tells him he is not allowed to return. To break that all down… an ICE agent used intimidation, retaliation, and threats of violence against a U.S. citizen for exercising their First Amendment rights, and existing in a public space. And then banned the U.S. citizen from returning to the public space. So, just to be absolutely clear… The Trump administration is conditioning the public to obey masked federal agents, without questions and without rights.

This is the same man they targeted back in October, when I shared a video showed ICE ramming his car, and the lying about a crash they caused. Now they’re doing it again… In the video, ICE agents, in unmarked vehicles, blocked his car and rammed it while he was trying to leave… They used their vehicle as a weapon to force stop a U.S. citizen, AGAIN. They smashed his window, dragged him out, and threw him to the ground, even though he wasn’t resisting. But it gets worse… They then took him to the hospital, and kept him handcuffed to a bed, while masked “federal contractors” stood guard with no identification, no charges, and no explanation. His lawyers tried to reach him and were physically shoved and denied access. Detaining someone without charges, denying access to an attorney, using force without justification, and operating without identification, are violations of basic constitutional rights. And the hospital went along with it… Allowing unknown men to keep someone restrained without verifying who they were, or why he was being held. And if this sounds familiar, it should. The first time this happened, in October, ICE tried to claim he caused the crash, and video proved they were lying. Now, they’re escalating against the same target, and still no accountability. He’s a U.S. citizen. They rammed his car, detained him without cause, blocked his lawyers, held him in a hospital like a prisoner… and then released him with no charges, because there were none. That’s the system they’re building… one where the law doesn’t matter, your rights don’t matter, and they can injure you, detain you, and walk away like nothing happened.

Philly DA Larry Krasner vows to "hunt down" ICE agents who are breaking the law like Germany hunted down Nazis after WWII. “This is a small bunch of wannabe Nazis in a country of 350 million. We outnumber them. If we have to hunt you down the way they hunted down Nazis for decades, we will.” He said he would prosecute any ICE agent who violates the Constitution in Philadelphia to the fullest extent of the law, after referring to such agents as “Nazis.” Every Ice Agent, who violates the law needs to be held accountable. Instead of leaving, the agent assaults him by striking his phone, attempting to stop the recording. The agent then claims, “You have the camera in my face, get it out of my face,” and hits the phone again… despite the fact that the agents approached him, not the other way around, and he was lawfully recording on private property. In the video, ICE agents were leaving the Broadview ICE facility when one agent stopped, aimed a pepper ball gun at a protester, who was standing on a public sidewalk… not blocking the vehicle, or obstructing anything… and shot them in the abdomen. Then, they just kept driving. The protester had to be treated at the scene before being transported to the hospital. Now, imagine if an ordinary U.S. citizen pulled up, shot someone with a pepper ball gun, and drove away... Police would be looking for them. There would be arrests, charges, and headlines calling it what it was… Assault. But when it’s a federal agent? And this isn’t even the first time something like this has happened. We’ve watched ICE agents assault protesters with pepper spray, from their vehicles, and keep driving. We’ve watched people exercising their constitutional rights become targets. We’ve watched it happen over and over again. So, where is the accountability? Peacefully protesting, on a public sidewalk, is protected by the First Amendment. Using force against someone, who poses no immediate threat, is a direct violation of that right. And every single person in this country should be demanding answers. Because if federal agents can shoot a peaceful protester, drive away, and face no consequences… Then we no longer have equal justice under the law. In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs. Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head. The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches. The person filming yells, “Hey!” The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN. ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest. ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment. Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man… The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched.
