🚨✊⚡️🇵🇰 - Early this morning, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) carried out attacks in several areas in Pakistan’s Balochistan province, including Quetta, Kharan, Turbat, Surab, and Nushki. According to reports, a police SP and a Deputy Commissioner were abducted during these attacks. Including 10 security personnel fatalities. Additionally, BLA militants have claimed that they broke into vaults at Faisal Bank and four other banks and took away large amounts of cash. As a result, there are concerns that millions of rupees may have been looted from private/national banks. Several BLA militants were also killed in clearance operation, as per the visuals that came out.

#ISPR DG ISPR General Syed Asim Munir, COAS visited Quetta Garrison, #Balochistan, today where he was briefed on recent terrorist attack in Zhob. #COAS Paid rich tribute to the Shuhada, visited the injured soldiers at CMH, Quetta, lauded their services to the nation and appreciated their resolve. The Armed Forces of Pakistan have serious concerns on the safe havens and liberty of action available to TTP in Afghanistan. It is expected that interim Afghan Government would not allow the use of its soil to perpetrate terror against any country, in the real sense and in line with commitments made in Doha Agreement. The involvement of Afghan nationals in acts of terrorism in Pakistan is another important concern that needs to be addressed. Such attacks are intolerable and would elicit effective response from the Security Forces of Pakistan. Operations against terrorists would continue unabated and the Armed Forces shall not rest till the menace of terrorism is rooted out from the country. The protest was in response to human rights violations and extreme deployment of security forces in the southwestern Pakistani province. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee, which organized the protest, reported a massive police crackdown in response to the event. Over 60 people were arrested. “Human rights violations in Balochistan are at their peak. State institutions are brutally suppressing peaceful voices,” the statement added. At least three people have been killed, and many others were injured.

Acting on sensitive intelligence and a recently leaked video clip, CTD and law enforcement placed the BLA militants under surveillance for three to four consecutive days. The operation was launched in the outskirts of Quetta, in Killi Shabo, where two BLA fighters were critically injured and five others were captured alive. From their hideouts, a large cache of weapons, explosives, suicide vests, and detonators was recovered. The leaked video (which is shared below) clearly exposed BLA leadership’s links with foreign sponsors and their plans to destabilize Pakistan. This crucial lead made the successful operation possible. With this blow, BLA’s propaganda of “Free Balochistan” and its terror campaign has been severely undermined. The state is determined to dismantle the organization completely to ensure Pakistan’s stability and sovereignty.

Acting on sensitive intelligence and a recently leaked video clip, CTD and law enforcement placed the BLA militants under surveillance for three to four consecutive days. The operation was launched in the outskirts of Quetta, in Killi Shabo, where two BLA fighters were critically injured and five others were captured alive. From their hideouts, a large cache of weapons, explosives, suicide vests, and detonators was recovered. The leaked video (which is shared below) clearly exposed BLA leadership’s links with foreign sponsors and their plans to destabilize Pakistan. This crucial lead made the successful operation possible. With this blow, BLA’s propaganda of “Free Balochistan” and its terror campaign has been severely undermined. Security forces swiftly surrounded the location and carried out a clearance operation, killing four terrorists and injuring at least six others. The operation dealt a significant blow to the BLA's operational network. In their hasty retreat, the terrorists abandoned weapons, equipment, and personal belongings, underscoring the scale of their defeat. Security forces recovered a substantial cache of weapons and terrorist equipment, including: • Six motorcycles used for mobility and logistics • Three quadcopter drones intended for terrorist operations • Three drone-launched rockets • Fourteen rockets ready for use • Two improvised explosive devices (IEDs), which were safely defused by bomb disposal teams The recovered drones and munitions were intended for use in future attacks, highlighting the growing threat posed by terrorist groups seeking to employ drone technology for destructive purposes. The successful operation not only dismantled a key terrorist cell but also neutralized a significant drone-based threat, preventing what could have been a major terrorist attack against civilian and security targets.
