I dont know who advises Rigathi but he rushed too fast. He should have waited for the impeachment at senate and raise serious questions such as public participation. He won first round. MPs corrected did public participation. They're sealing all loopholes. He'll be gone too soon!

Charles Kanjama on whether the DP can run for office or not: The court was not clear on it; it could have been clear by making a declaration that the outcome of the impeachment will not have any consequence. My interpretation is that because the court has found that there has been a violation of the right to a fair hearing, of necessity, the fruits of the impeachment cannot all be sustained. The finality in terms of bringing in a new DP has been sustained, but the other fruits of impeachment, which is to stop the DP from running again, cannot be sustained. The outcome is fairly confusing #CitizenMondayReport

In the second matter before the Constitutional Court, filed by former opposition Member of Parliament Prince Dubeko Sibanda, the argument was that Parliament could not lawfully debate Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 because the bill itself is unconstitutional. Charles Kanjama: Normally, when a right to fair trial or fair hearing is infringed, you invalidate the hearing, you set it aside, or you order a new trial. This is the first time in my experience as a lawyer that the court has made a clear finding that the right to a fair trial was substantively violated but has failed to reverse the underlying outcome of that fair trial. The court said our hands are tied because impeachment is final; we cannot undo it. The court at that time said we can overturn the outcome of the impeachment, but today it has said once the impeachment is done, it cannot be overturned. This goes along with what Bob and I discussed on our chat. Of the Military presence and prepared to take the streets along with law enforcement. No one is even remotely talking about how they are in the cover of night showing up where they need to be. Not one report on the news that this many marines have shown up over the weekend to LA. My question is where else are they showing up and no one has seen it or even knows. And look at the military presence in Washington and the fences being put up there. Something is about to happen. I can feel it. False Flags are coming and going to grow in magnitude to a point of absolute chaos that will have the public allow for military intervention the public will demand it. This will be the summer of justice the enemy is going to try to stop it by using fear and false flags. We must be the ones that stand in the gap and fight using our power for love and calmness to peace. Not to be confused with weakness but we are the real strength. To be able to respond and not react to their actions of panic. We are not Panicans, Capt @CaptKylePatriots

♦️Breaking News♦️ In a media briefing held today, ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula states that the ANC is of the view that Parliament ought to have defied the Constitutional Court, and not continue with its work while President Cyril Ramaphosa is reviewing the Section 89 Independent Panel Report. Such a move, would be in violation of the paragraph 139 of the Constitutional Court order as seen below. While encouraging this undermining of the Constitutional Court, he claims the ANC has learnt from its mistakes of the past of being at odds with the law. This neglects the reality that the same ANC acted unlawfully and unconstitutionally by voting against the establishment of an impeachment committee in 2022. The recent ConCourt judgement set aside that illegal vote founded on an ANC-majority in Parliament. It is the same ConCourt judgement which the ANC and its President are at odds with now, by attempting to stop the impeachment committees work. They do this by attempting to interdict the impeachment committee proceedings on a self-created urgency. They do this by claiming the Speaker is exercising neutrality by not opposing Ramaphosa’s review application of a report she is a custodian of, and not opposing an interdict of the work of the institution she presides over. They create a contested ground after being clobbered by the ConCourt in order to delay accountability. The ANC has learnt nothing.
