Daniel Penny is innocent whether there was a pulse or not. He stepped in and protected all of those people, he deserves a medal, not a trial.

The judge should have dismissed with prejudice on day 1!! This POS Bragg needs to release the Grand Jury tapes! There clearly was no crime but yet Penney had to fund a defense, possibly lost his job and way to finance his life! Kamala was slimy too!

Officers Austin Fraser & Ty Warren were called to the scene after a man shot himself in the head. When they arrived, the man was still breathing. Urayoan Rodriguez-Rivera had called 911 before the incident. When the officers arrived at the scene, they agreed to leave and come back 10 minutes later to pretend like they had just arrived.
