Corruption in Judiciary is very disturbing and ugly, It cannot be opaque but need to be transparent and they are part of system and not above system or extra constitutional.

Hon President of India Respected Madam, coverup attempts of ₹.15/- crores cash recovered from Justice Yashwant Varma Delhi residence ? 1. Few days back President Madam had invited Hon Supreme Court Judges to Rashtrapati Bhavan for Amrit Garden Tour. Madam, hope you did discuss corruption, nepotism, favouritism and mismanagement in our Judiciary systems and judicial over reach by many Justices in Executive and Parliament functions-duties? 2. Respected Madam, ₹.15/- crores cash was recovered( or was it more then ₹.50-100/- crores) from #JusticeYashwantVarma residence by Delhi Fire Brigade and they also did videography of cash recovered from one of room of Justice Yashwant Varma Bungalow. Electronic media and Print media also reported extensively of this cash recovery. 3. There after Hon SC CJI Justice #SanjeevKhanna urgently convened emergency meeting of #Collegium which decided to transfer Justice Yashwant Varma to Allahabad High Court. This was officially objected by Allahabad HighCourt Bar Association through press statement. Without ₹.15/- crores or more crores cash recovery video shown to Hon SC CJI and Collegium Judges present in emergency meeting, the Collegium would would not have met so urgently and Collegium would not have ordered probe and transfer of Justice Yashwant Varma? Now why this coverup attempts and exercise by vested interests in Bar and Bench ? 4. The shameless news agency Press Trust of India release fake news and fake statement of Delhi Fire Department Chief Atul Garg saying no cash recovered and no videography done or available of such cash recovery. Which was fake and false. 5. PTI falsely reported that Delhi ChiefFireOfficer AtulGarg denied that there was any cash seizure from the Judges residence. But next day Atul Garg denied ever having made such a statement! In the light of his denial PTI’s report was a fake. Why PTI planted fake news which was picked up by all TV News channels and circulated on Social Media? 6. Hon President Madam, isn’t it correct to say that 80-90% MiLords had become MiLords through dubious means by buying their posts through cash and kind favours? How can present set of MiLords in High Courts and #SupremeCourtofIndia investigate corruption and cash recovery from other Judges when almost everybody of MiLords has skeletons in their own Cupboards possibly full of VitM ? हमाम में सब नंगे है… 7. Harish Salve managed Bombay HC Judge Thipsay to grant stay on Mumbai Session Court conviction with 5 years jail term verdict for #SalmanKhan for killing people sleeping on Mumbai footpaths. Salve managed to obtain stay from Bombay HighCourt Judge Thipsay on conviction & 5 years jail term for SalmanKhan on the same day Mumbai Session Court had given verdict. Without placing Sessions Court verdict copy or any documents before Bombay HC Judge Thipsay but only based in oral arguments HarishSalve got stay on Jail term for SalmanKhan. Did Thipsay become Judge from Sports category quota and BTW Thipsay used to work as Junior in #HarishSalve firm before becoming Judge. ? 8. The biggest irony is just few days before his retirement some Judge Joshi in Bombay HC fully acquitted SalmanKhan from charges of killing people sleeping on Mumbai footpath. Salman Khan final verdict was given by Justice Joshi on 11/12/2015 and Judge retired on 19/12/2015. It is alleged in Mumbai that tons of VitM 7-8cr changed hands ? 9. All verdicts given by all Judges in Supreme Court and High Courts Judges, just 6-8 months before their retirements should be probed and reviewed by independent authority. 👇

Sara Nelson, head of the Association of Flight Attendants union, talks about plans to shut down critical infrastructure as part of the insurgency against ICE. What she describes is a textbook case of how unions and other civic organizations use the power of their membership to join insurgencies. "I called on the labor movement to talk about a general strike" in solidarity with the operation against ICE, Nelson says in this February 1 Zoom call. The general strike is planned to take place on May 1, which is International Workers Day (more on that later). What she Nelson says is revealing. It shows the raw emotion and ideological extremism of the flight attendants' union, and how the union leadership exploits the membership to force a strike to support the anti-ICE operation. Pay attention to her use of words: "General strike." In revolutionary practice, a general strike is not to meet economic or labor demands, but to challenge and overthrow the political and economic order by paralyzing the economy and imposing hardship on the public. This is a term of insurrection or insurgency. It creates parallel power structures. Leon Trotsky viewed general strikes as the last step before armed insurrection. "Capitalism unchecked." Anarchists and Marxists have different views of this term, but in general, the term is understood to mean that capitalism is irredeemably evil and oppressive, and that oppression must be resisted or "checked." It does not mean checks and balances in the American sense. It implies the urgency of action to check the oppressor. Repetition of "fight" and "demand." Working-class movements that exhort people to "fight" and "demand" are calling for class struggle against established institutions. The words are not metaphors, but calls for direct action to build toward the overthrow of existing society. Demands are ultimatums that provide focus for the fight. "Jacobin." Nelson recommends a reading from the website about unions organizing against ICE. The Jacobins were he most extreme element of the French Revolution, the Robespierre faction that orchestrated The Terror and the mass beheadings with the guillotine. Marx, Engels, and Lenin praised the Jacobins. In her 11-minute monologue, Nelson dwells heavily on working class history, tying an industry-specific "safety strike" to labor conflicts from 1981 and 1914, and extending solidarity to a larger cause that has nothing to do with the airline industry, safety, or organized labor. She calls for acts of "redemption" for unions' failure to stand by Air Traffic Controllers strike from 44 years ago. She combines "massive inequality" and "capitalism unchecked" with "private prisons," "slavery," and "ICE." She demonizes the entire free enterprise system: "We have to be really clear that Capitalism has no humanity attached whatsoever." Nelson urges people lot read a article about "why unions need to care about this movement and need to make immigration central to the concerns of union members." Her approach is a rehash of Stalin's Comintern-era "popular front" broad coalition strategy: "The capitalists have used racism and sexism to divide us" and "the immigrants and refugees to try to divide us as well." "The only way that we can build up power is if we do it collectively," she adds. Nelson frames the mass hiring of ICE agents in old Marxist class struggle terms. In her words, the Trump administration is providing "good paying jobs" at ICE to be "pitted against the rest of the working class." More pure class struggle words, straight out of Marx and Lenin: "It's also important, as a union leader myself, that we all have to be preparing for a general strike. We all have to be preparing for that strike readiness. That is fundamentally the check on capitalism." The flight attendants' union chief says that many in her organization don't "understand" the urgency: "I have more work to do in my own union on this ... and we are starting to see this seep into our airports" with ICE agents pursuing targets on aircraft. She explains, in her own words, why the Association of Flight Attendants union is tied directly to "mass action" and "getting into the streets": "For the people who are trying to get the tools tonight about what to do next, understand that the only way that we are going to have mass action is if everyone understands what the problem is," Nelson says. "And if everyone understands what the demands are about why we're getting into the streets. The people of Minneapolis understand this very well because the fight was brought to their doorsteps." (Gets emotional, chokes back tears.) There is no alternative but to fight, she says: "People have no choice but to fight." She talks about a 1914 strike of immigrant coal miners. "They were experiencing what Minneapolis is experiencing today. They were experiencing violence from the state." (Chokes up again) Nelson whips up a siege mentality to put people in a fighting mood: "we have to organize. ... we have to talk about the fight that is coming to our doorsteps all across this country. We have to organize around that. We have to set our demands. The people of Minnesota have set their demands, and they're very clear about it. It is immediate demands, about ICE out...." She is not calling for pressure on politicians as much as pressure on the private companies that keep America running. In her words: "this is not about putting pressure on the White House. This is about putting pressure on the people who control our economy. So define the problem, set your demands, back up your demands with what you are willing to do - that is the strike readiness that you're preparing for - and add urgency. And in this moment there could not be more urgency. So we stand with you and we are preparing and having those conversations in our union about how to shut it down ...."

It's been a hell of a few days but I’ve got a few more things I haven’t yet touched on: The first being M 💌.. Below you’ll see a picture in which Meredith recently wrote that the page was "posting vomit about [her]," which is hysterical because she introduced me on the page as "slam pig Chelsea O'Neill." Aidan Kearney can confirm how distraught I was over that Twitter account and how it effected my job. There are PLENTY of texts between he and I to confirm this and because everyone always demands receipts, I'll post them soon. They'll also show that me joining Twitter was no calculated take down of @TheOldMerIsDead between Aidan and I. (Post to follow) Ok, dolls, let's discuss: & let's also keep in mind: Aidan and Meredith broke up sometime in early July, I believe.. 7/18/25: Aidan and I are hanging out and my phone rings off the hook, I call one of the numbers back and inadvertently leave a voicemail (Side Note: how did you know we were together, Mere?) 7/22/25: A turtle chat is sent in under my name, using the exact words from the voicemail Meredith would supposedly be sent TWO DAYS LATER (voicemail and turtle chat in the comments of this post) 7/23/25: I receive some texts from a random number, one saying "you will be exposed" 7/24/25: M 💌 is born and "Slam pig Chelsea O'Neill" is pubically "exposed". (I previously had my Snapchat, Twitter & Insta handles listed on my Facebook, even though I don’t use Snapchat or Twitter ((until last week)) and I rarely use Instagram. My guess is Meredith likely found them through the A. Timothy Kearney account) 7/25/25: Meredith sends Aidan a “recording“ that she claims I sent to her. He calls me, PISSED—understandably, and I didn’t have an explanation for him. I was dumbfounded. Later that night, it hit me: the phone calls I was getting all night. I asked Aidan if I should dial the number back to prove to him that it was Meredith calling, he said "go for it." I then remembered he hadn’t told me the whole story about how he got the watch back, so he started explaining and I had forgotten my phone was ringing because I didn’t put it on speaker.. Oops 7/26/25: Aidan takes his children to the Cape for a vacation that Meredith threw a fit about not being invited to so she held onto the voicemail for a week so she could ruin his vacation with his kids. (EXTREME LUNACY) 7/27/25: I sent Aidan a novel written in the Notes app breaking down this entire timeline 7/30/25: Aidan gets home from vacation, reads my novel, realizes the voicemail and the turtle chat are exactly the same, realizes there’s a name posted on M 💌 that I couldn't have possibly known and realizes that she’s been manipulating him to a disturbing degree.. THIS. IS. SICKENING. (Maybe I should join Jimmy in class so I can explain everything in full because this really only scratches the surface of all the insanity?)

BREAKING NEWS! BREAKING NEWS!! BREAKING NEWS !!! What an awesome Christmas Victory/Gift! Please Ezigbo Umuchineke join us in appreciating the Almighty ChukwuOkike Abiama, that He has done it again, today! The Federal High Court of Nigeria, sitting in Abuja, has just discharged and acquitted 50 Biafrans consisting of both young/old men and women, illegally held since the 1st day of December 2023. This calls for not only celebration but a victory dance. Recall that these innocent citizens were illegally arrested by the overzealous Nigerian security Agents, in Anambra state on the 1st Day of December 2023, while on their way to participate in a burial ceremony; they were afterwards bundled and transported to Abuja, and subsequently charged on a frivolous and unfounded allegation of engaging in terrorism activities and meetings, in Charge No: FHC/ABJ/CR/8/2024. Hearing was fully conducted, as the prosecution fielded four witnesses in proof of their case. At the end of the prosecution’s case, we filed A No Case submission, for which the court ruled upon today. In a well considered, incisive, profound and erudite Judgment delivered this morning being the 29th day of November 2024, by an erudite Jurist- His Lordship, Hon . Justice J.K. Omotosho, the court comprehensively upheld our No case submission, and consequently discharged these innocent Biafrans on all the three count charge, and accordingly acquitted them too. I want to use this opportunity to state that this case was done pro bono; we never collected a kobo from any of the defendants' relatives, neither do we intend to collect a dime from any of them tomorrow. We shall continue to appreciate God Almighty for His infinite blessings and Grace upon our lives. May I most profoundly appreciate the efforts of my erudite colleagues in chambers who diligently prosecuted this defence along with me , and who had effectively stood in for me when the occasion demands. I cannot complete this note without saying a word of thanks to Bar. Habila Turshak, Bar Chimmuanya Emenari and our indefatigable Head of Chambers, who superintended over all the chambers pre-trial meetings, that grounded this unprecedented victory. To Him alone shall all the glory and adoration be ascribed unto. May His Name be forever praised. May I also use this opportunity to appreciate all Ezigbo UMUCHINEKE and our indefatigable supporters, for always being there for us. Your prayers are impacting. We shall continue to legally intervene to secure the freedom of all innocent Biafrans, and the oppressed who are being held illegally in various detention facilities across the states. We further admonish our people to continue to remain law abiding, as they have always been; jettison any teachings that promotes violence, as it can never prosper any ideology anchored on a quest for freedom. Even as we collectively continue to move FORWARD!!!!! Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Esq. (KSC) November 29th, 2024.

“I gave approval for the appointment of 40 doctors, we only got 11” - “ There is no patriotism on the part of the doctors on their country…..” - “before women doctors don’t travel abroad, but now they do, and its one of the most unfortunate things that is happening to us” - Gov. Dikko Radda. Your excellency sir Dikko Umaru Radda, Ph.D. CON. i believe it is unfair to think of doctors in Nigeria as unpatriotic when they continue to share their pains and realities informing their decisions to leave the country when better opportunities come their way. NARD has been on strike for the past 12 days now with 19 Demands , all of which borders around their wellbeing. The root causes for our brain drain is beyond monetary value sir and we all know it. Young doctors are loosing their lives, female doctors having miscarriages, their little families breaking apart. This is an attack on their livelihood and their simple right to live. Everyday they walk into a hospital, they are met with every reason why they should leave to work elsewhere. Unlike other professions, doctors swore an oath holding on to their holy books, to DO NO HARM. How do you do no harm when you can’t even save yourself from the shackles of the broken system. Respectfully sir. We should all focus on implementing lasting policies that would go a long way in solving our healthcare system challenges. We understand that we are not the USA nor the UK, but we must tailor our solutions to fit into our challenges. One way to go is by acting on the NARD 19 DEMANDS. Thank you. ICARUS INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING GROUP THE MANUFACTURED DELAY Our unprecedented analysis reveals what headlines miss: how logistics, capability architecture, and environmental constraints shape outcomes long before decisions are announced. In early 2026, the world watches the Persian Gulf and debates timing, politics, and personalities. Commentators ask when the strike against Iran will happen and why it has not yet begun. Some call it hesitation. Others blame temperament or political caution. That framing misses the point. The delay has nothing to do with POTUS Trump’s mood or indecision. It is about whether the United States is prepared not just to strike Iran, but to sustain pressure long enough to break a regime, not merely signal deterrence. What the public sees looks formidable: advanced aircraft forward deployed, stealth fighters shaping the air picture, heavy strike assets positioned across the region. On paper, it resembles dominance. In reality, it is a posture built for the opening move, not the endgame. Wars against states are not decided by the first strike. They are decided by what still functions after the first retaliation. Land-based airpower, regardless of sophistication, is chained to fixed infrastructure. Runways do not move. Against a capable adversary, they are mapped, targeted, and neutralized early. Once runways are cratered, sortie generation collapses, and with it the ability to sustain tempo. Stealth fighter jets platforms such as the F-35 solve a different problem. They penetrate, observe, and dismantle critical nodes with precision. But they are not designed to deliver sustained volume or to support prolonged deep operations on their own. Precision opens access; it does not maintain pressure. This is why the delay exists. A premature strike would shock, but it would also risk stalling into attrition, cost imbalance, or forced pause once infrastructure is degraded and magazines thin. Regime change does not occur in a single night. It requires endurance. That endurance arrives with the USS George H. W. Bush (CVN-77) The Bush is not deployed for symbolism or redundancy. It is the logistical hinge of the entire campaign. As a mobile airfield, it brings its own runway, its own fuel, and its own regeneration cycle into the battlespace. It cannot be pre-targeted the way land bases can, and it does not pause when infrastructure ashore burns. More importantly, it enables depth. From its deck, fighters and support aircraft can launch repeatedly, refuel one another, and sustain long-range operations that push bombers and strike aircraft deeper into contested space. It keeps penetration corridors open after stealth has done its initial work. It allows heavy strike platforms to return, rearm, and go back again—day after day. This is the difference between a warning shot and a campaign. With a carrier-based sustainment hub in place, the mission expands from signaling to dismantlement. Targets are not struck once; they are revisited. Air defenses are not blinded briefly; they are exhausted. Internal security, logistics, and command structures are degraded faster than they can adapt. Our analysis not only highlights the decisive architecture of logistics and force design but also shows how environmental factors shape strategic timing on the ground. In February 2026, the Moon will transition from a full phase on February 1 to a new Moon around February 17, when lunar luminosity is effectively zero and nights are darkest, creating conditions that can favor operations requiring concealment and minimized visual detection. This environmental window — where the Moon’s light no longer illuminates the battlefield — aligns with the maturation of a logistics and sustainment network that enables sustained operations deep into contested airspace. Rather than acting under a bright, reflective full Moon, planners may exploit the dark of the waning and new Moon period as a temporal enabler for deep penetration sorties, aerial refueling sequences, and carrier-to-shoreside combat logistics, precisely because reduced lunar illumination lowers visual and infrared signatures that adversaries could exploit. The shift from bright lunar conditions to new Moon darkness around mid-February is thus not accidental; it synchronizes with the arrival of sustainment and strike capacity that turns a deterrent posture into one capable of regime-scale pressure. That is the hallmark of regime-change–scale operations. This is why the delay is manufactured. The system is being completed, not debated. The question is not whether force can be used, but whether it can be kept on long enough to matter. Once that answer is yes, the clock stops stretching. Until then, what looks like restraint is something else entirely. It is discipline. Icarus International Consulting Group

One week. Three shocks. And a political-legal storm that’s only getting louder. In just days, Arvind Kejriwal faces a triple blow—seven Rajya Sabha MPs walk out, his former strategist Sandeep Pathak is hit with two non-bailable FIRs within 48 hours, and the Delhi High Court—through Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma—firmly rejects his recusal plea, calling it a “Catch-22” strategy. But this isn’t just politics making headlines—it’s two high-stakes legal battles unfolding in parallel. On one side, Pathak’s FIRs raise serious constitutional questions: Is this legitimate prosecution or political vendetta? With just an 8-day gap between defection and FIRs, the case could become a textbook test under precedents like Lalita Kumari v. State of Uttar Pradesh and State of Haryana v. Bhajan Lal. The next move—quashing in the High Court or anticipatory bail—could set the tone for what follows. On the other side, the courtroom drama intensifies. Justice Sharma’s refusal to step aside isn’t just a procedural call—it’s a strong message: courts cannot be steered by strategy or pressure. Her words cut deep—recusal, in this case, would have meant “abdication of duty.” And that’s where this story becomes bigger than individuals. India still has no codified law on judicial recusal, relying instead on principles like nemo judex in causa sua—no one should judge their own cause. Yet, this case adds a new layer: when does recusal protect fairness, and when does it become a litigation tactic? Now, all eyes are on what comes next: Will Pathak secure relief from the High Court? Will Kejriwal’s discharge in the excise policy case survive revision? And politically—will more exits follow? Because one thing is clear: Kejriwal is now fighting on two fronts—legal and political—and the next 30 days could redefine both battles. Stay tuned. The next update could change everything. To My Fellow Kenyans, Greetings, patriots and warriors of justice! We stand at a critical moment in our nation’s history, a time when our resolve is tested, and our voices must roar louder than ever. The Dutch royals, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima, are set to arrive in our land from Tuesday, March 18, to Thursday, March 20, 2025. They come invited by President William Ruto, a man whose hands are stained with the blood of our brothers and sisters - murderers who have dined on our suffering while pretending to lead us. These royals have chosen to break bread with oppressors, and we cannot let this insult pass in silence. We must give them the reception they deserve - not one of pomp and ceremony, but one of resistance and defiance. They will travel from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to State House, and we have the power to disrupt their journey. Let us block and choke the roads they will use: the Nairobi Expressway, Mombasa Road (A109), and the Outer Ring Road to Ngong Road route. These are the paths they are likely to take, and we will turn them into walls of protest. Barricade the Expressway’s toll gates, halt traffic on Mombasa Road from Nyayo Stadium to the CBD, and clog Ngong Road from Donholm to Dennis Pritt. Let their motorcade sit in the chaos of our anger! Do not fear the police. We have stormed parliament before - breaking through their lines, occupying the heart of their power. This is a small task compared to that victory. Their batons and tear gas are no match for our unity and courage. We’ve shown them what we’re capable of, and they know it. Stand tall, Kenyans - our strength lies in our numbers. For this to succeed, we need maximum cooperation. Every one of you must play your part. Spread this message far and wide - flood TikTok with calls to action, light up Facebook with our plans, and whisper it on the ground in every market, matatu, and village. Tell your neighbors, your friends, your family: this is our fight. We cannot afford to falter. If we cannot rise for this small action, how will we ever stand for a revolution? If we let this moment slip, we will remain slaves in our own country, bowing to foreigners and their local puppets. The date is set: March 18, 2025, when they land at JKIA. Be ready. Organize. Mobilize. This is not just about the Dutch royals—it’s about showing Ruto and his allies that we will not be silenced. Our future depends on it. Rise, Kenya! Block the roads! Let them hear us! With unwavering resolve, A Voice for the Voiceless #OccupyJKIA #RutoMustGo

🇻🇪🇺🇸 A country with the world's largest oil reserves cannot keep the lights on long enough to pump them. That is roughly where Venezuela sits, and economist Steve Hanke, now advising through a member of the National Assembly, thinks there is a single move that changes everything. Dollarization. Hanke's argument is that the inflation rate he measures at 354.1% (the highest on earth) does not need years of adjustment programs. Replace the bolívar with the dollar officially and it disappears in days. He has done this before. Ecuador in 2000. Montenegro. A currency board in Bulgaria. He also advised Caldera in 1995 to do exactly this, and Caldera agreed but never had the votes. His view is that the failure to fix the currency then is part of what fertilised the ground for Chávez. The country is already dollarized in practice anyway. Prices are quoted in dollars, people transact in dollars. The only holdout is the government, which keeps issuing the currency that produces the inflation. Resistance, he says, does not come from ordinary Venezuelans. It comes from the bankers and businessmen who profit from a junk currency, and the politicians they fund. Hanke puts the odds of it happening at between 50 and 80 percent. On a straight referendum, he thinks it wins in a landslide. Then comes oil. Venezuela is depleting its reserves at 0.2% a year. The majors run around 6%. At the current pace it would take 380 years to burn through half of what is in the ground. Which in economic terms means those reserves are worth roughly nothing today. To change that you need investment. To get investment you need a stable currency, working power, and petroleum and mining laws with hard property rights. Production has fallen from 3.4 million barrels a day in 1998 to just over a million, and the physical infrastructure has rotted. Exxon has called the country uninvestable. Hanke thinks dollarization is the confidence shock that flips that. Necessary, though not sufficient on its own. On the dollar's own future, he is dismissive of the collapse narrative. In 2,500 years there have been fourteen international currencies, and knocking the king off the throne is rare. Add up reserves, swaps, trade and bonds over the last three years and dollar usage has ticked up, not down. The yuan is gaining fastest, but from almost nothing. And on Canada, his read on why talks collapsed is blunt: the professionals on both sides were close to signing, then white House appointees walked in at the eleventh hour and piled on demands nobody could accept. He thinks Carney will match tariffs dollar for dollar, with the American auto industry taking the hit. Why would you want 85% of the Canadian public against you? Steve Hanke
