There is one major problem with Rep. Jeffries’ suggestion that we simply criminally investigate and prosecute every ICE agent who breaks the law… All new hires were taught to violate the constitution. A whistleblower testified under oath before Congress, months ago, that ICE recruits were being trained in ways that instructed them to violate the Constitution. Former ICE assistant chief counsel and academy instructor, Ryan Schwank, testified that the agency’s own training was teaching recruits to disregard constitutional protections. This is not a handful of bad actors going rogue. This is a system that has been built to normalize abuse, remove accountability, and make violating the constitution easier to carry out. That is why I have been able to post at least one video a day, since September, showing ICE agents violating people’s constitutional rights. The problem is not just the agents in the field. The problem is the entire agency. This will not be solved with a new training memo, or a new director. It requires dismantling a system that has repeatedly failed to protect constitutional rights… and holding this administration accountable.

In the first clip we have YourFavoriteGuy saying that he is not antisemitic, he says he “hates Nazis just as equally as he does Zionists.” He also says that he is not violent nor does he incite violence. The second video is him talking about the murderer that executed Sarah and Yaron and how he supports the double homicide. “This attack is being used to weaponise violence against the movement but we will meet it with our own greater resistance and escalation.” Sounds pretty violent to me.

And he is not the first Indian student to be treated like this. The backlog is increasing as far as Visa is concerned. Admissions are being denied. And not just that, 682 Indians were handcuffed. They were put in military planes and sent back to India. If anybody has broken any law to be in your country, there is a human way to behave with them. For countries like China and Nepal, America sends people in commercial flights. "At the end of the day, it's probably as simple as I don't like the way he races or the situations he puts himself and other people in on a week to week basis, and he doesn't care what anybody has to say." Love says it is what it is and he doesn't think there's anything he can say/do to fix it.
