🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just threatened to shoot a U.S. citizen for exercising his First Amendment right to observe and film ICE activities… and it was all caught on camera. In the video, agents come up to a man’s car after stopping in front and behind him, aggressively pounding on his window and yelling: “This is your warning… stop fucking following us. You are impeding operations.” The man says, “This is my house. I’ve got to get to my house.” The agent then tells him, “This is your warning… go home to your kids.” Which is a chilling thing to say when a U.S. citizen is literally driving through his own neighborhood… and being told he isn’t allowed to do so. Then the camera pans to the other window, where another agent stands with his gun drawn. Not holstered. Gun in hand. The man rolls down his window and calmly says, “You should go to church.” The agent replies, “You’re making bad decisions.” Bad decisions… like driving in your own neighborhood? Filming? Breathing? And then the original agent comes back to the car yelling: “You are not going to like the outcome. I guarantee that.” They’re not being vague. They’re not cautioning him. What they mean by “the outcome” is spelled out seconds later: “Go home to your children. It’s Sunday. Did you not learn from what just happened?” This is a threat. This is intimidation. This is armed government agents using lethal force as a warning against constitutional rights. They are telling the public that anyone who observes them, anyone who films them, anyone who doesn’t immediately disappear, can expect the same outcome as Renee Good. ICE agents are now claiming U.S. citizens are not allowed to be in the same parking lot as them. In the video, you can hear an agent approach a person sitting quietly in their car and announce that he is ICE, and that other ICE agents are also in the parking lot… Then the agent immediately issues what he calls his “one and only warning.” The person responds, “I was just on the phone.” The agent responds, “No. No you’re not.” The agent then escalates to a direct threat of violence, saying… “This is your one and only warning. I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. And then the agent illegally orders the U.S. citizen to “get the fuck out” of the parking lot and tells him he is not allowed to return. To break that all down… an ICE agent used intimidation, retaliation, and threats of violence against a U.S. citizen for exercising their First Amendment rights, and existing in a public space. And then banned the U.S. citizen from returning to the public space. An ICE agent is heard saying: “We just want to make sure you are good, you were driving like a complete maniac, and the way that you’re acting, we have to verify if you are good, and then we will be out of here.” That statement matters… because ICE does not have general authority to conduct traffic stops. Immigration enforcement agents cannot pull someone over for alleged driving behavior. That power belongs to state and local law enforcement, not federal immigration officers. There is no claim of a specific crime. No explanation of probable cause. No warrant shown. Just ICE agents stopping a car, detaining the occupants, and admitting on camera that they initiated the stop based on how someone was “driving.” That is an unlawful stop. Under the Constitution, law enforcement cannot seize or detain someone without legal authority or probable cause. Blocking a vehicle, surrounding it with agents, opening doors, and questioning occupants is a seizure… and doing so without lawful authority is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. What this video shows is federal agents detaining first, forcing compliance, then checking legality afterward… the opposite of how policing in a constitutional system is supposed to work. 🚨In Key West, an ICE/Border Patrol agent threatened to PULL A U.S. CITIZEN OUT OF THE CAR because he cursed at an agent… then had the audacity to tell the U.S. citizen to “learn your laws.” So, let’s learn them. In the video, Border Patrol agents pulled over a car of U.S. citizens and demanded everyone hand over their IDs. When the passenger says, “Bitch, fuck you,” an agent asks what he said and then threatens to pull him out of the vehicle if he “says one more thing like that.” The passenger correctly asks: “For what? That’s freedom of speech.” The agent responds: “That’s not how that works. Learn your laws.” Oh, we’re going to… Cursing at a government agent is not, by itself, a crime. The First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism, insults, and profanity directed at law enforcement, as long as it is not a physical threat. The government cannot punish people simply for verbally challenging or criticizing law enforcement. And it gets even worse. After the passenger calls the agent a “fucking white cracker,” the agent asks what he called him… and then tells another agent he is “thinking of calling in and arresting this guy.” For what? Because he hurt your feelings? The government does not get to arrest someone for speech they don’t like. And yes, Border Patrol has special authority near the border. That includes operating immigration checkpoints where agents can briefly stop vehicles, without individualized reasonable suspicion, for immigration questioning. But, that is different from a roving patrol stop. When not operating at a checkpoint, Border Patrol needs reasonable suspicion to pull over a vehicle for immigration questioning. And even at a checkpoint, the agents’ authority is not unlimited. A checkpoint stop does not automatically give them the right to search the vehicle, indefinitely detain people, or arrest someone because they said something an agent didn’t like. The Constitution does not say… “You have freedom of speech, unless a federal agent gets offended.” It says the government cannot punish you for exercising that right. And perhaps the most important part of this entire video is… The passenger knew his rights better than the federal agent threatening him. The agent told the U.S. citizen to learn his laws… But maybe the agent should have learned them first.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was just caught on video violently shoving a TEENAGER to the ground, in a Chicago suburb. But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government. And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?

But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government. And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?

The agent responds: “Well, we’re going to find that out since whoever drives this [pointing to the truck] isn’t.” That sentence is the admission. Because it shows the only thing they knew, at that moment, was something about the registered owner of the truck… not the person they had pinned to the pavement. Vehicle registration tells you who owns a car. It does NOT tell you who is driving it. Before law enforcement can detain someone, they need individualized reasonable suspicion tied to that person. If they had not confirmed the driver matched the registered owner… If they had not observed a crime… If they had no warrant… Then pinning him down, handcuffing him, and loading him into a vehicle raises serious Fourth Amendment concerns. I think today is a great day for Jonathan to be indicted! FEDERAL AGENTS walked into a polling place… one of the most protected civic spaces we have… to intimidate a citizen, over political speech, about holding law enforcement accountable. The document they handed her said… “This notice officially informs you that it is unlawful to threaten to assault, kidnap, and/or murder a federal official or that federal official’s immediate family member with the intent to impede, intimidate, and/or interfere with the federal official’s duties or retaliate against a federal official due to the performance of their duties,” The document also said she could be subject to both federal and state prosecution. And just to be clear… The post, in question, wasn’t “doxxing.” Doxxing is releasing private, non-public information. Repeating publicly reported facts… is not that. Because law enforcement’s identities are not supposed to be private information, especially when they have been involved in the death, or shooting, of a civilian… But, instead of upholding the constitution, the current administration is attempting to stretch “threatening” language to cover political speech they don’t like. And let’s talk about election integrity… Polling places are legally restricted civic spaces. It is illegal to deploy federal troops, or armed federal law enforcement, to any polling place. And let’s talk about election integrity… Polling places are legally restricted civic spaces. It is illegal to deploy federal troops, or armed federal law enforcement, to any polling place. Using that space to confront someone, over speech about federal agents, is highly inappropriate at minimum… and potentially unlawful. And this isn’t the first instance federal agents have hunted U.S. citizens down to silence calls for government accountability. Which should alarm everyone… Because a government that punishes scrutiny instead of answering it, is not a government holding its agents accountable… It’s a system telling you its agents are above it.

The agents eventually let the U.S. citizen go… get into the vehicle that is still parked inches from the person filming, and then wave at them like this is all some kind of joke… and drive away. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures. And when armed federal agents stop someone and demand identification, that is not a casual conversation. And the First Amendment protects the right to record government agents performing their duties in public, as long as you are not actually interfering with what they are doing. (Filming from across the street is not interfering) So, when armed federal agents stop someone walking down the street and demand proof of citizenship, while another agent uses a vehicle to intimidate someone documenting it, there are some serious constitutional questions that need to be raised. You should not have to prove you belong, in your own country, to armed government agents. And you should not be intimidated for documenting them. That is what government power without accountability looks like… When the government can violate your rights, and then tell you that your only option is to comply… you no longer live in a free country.

🚨ICE agents are threatening to assault and illegally arrest U.S. citizens in Portland, Maine. In the video, a man is legally observing ICE activity in his own neighborhood. Agents walk up to his car window and ask, “Are you following us?” The man replies, “Yeah.” An agent immediately escalates and says, “What you are doing is called impeding federal law enforcement. It’s an 18 U.S.C. §111 charge. This is your first and only warning. If you continue to impede and follow us, you will be arrested.” The man then correctly responds, “Yeah, but I’m not impeding you.” Another agent jumps in and says,“You just openly admitted you were following us, so…” And again, the man correctly explains, “I am following you. I’m not impeding you. I’m observing you.” Which is a constitutionally protected right. The agent responds anyway, “It is impeding.” The man replies, “No, it’s actually not.” At that point, the agents become visibly angry that he knows the law and threaten him again, saying, “This is your one warning. If you keep doing it, we will pull you back out and arrest you.” Just to be very clear… Following and observing law enforcement, without interference, is not a crime. Threatening arrest anyway is an abuse of power. Threatening to “pull him out” of his vehicle is a threat of unlawful force. These agents are not enforcing the law, they’re misstating it, weaponizing it, and hoping intimidation will do the rest. They don’t understand the laws they claim to enforce. They just parrot a few buzzwords and statute numbers, and expect the public to fold. And when that doesn’t work, they threaten violence.
