A) Kyle was NOT resisting law enforcement B) If law enforcement approached Kyle Rittenhouse & took him to the ground, he would NOT reach for his side arm & expect to live. FACTS: -Petti resisted law enforcement. -While being combative on the ground, officers were alerted he had a "GUN...." -Petti continued to be combative, and reached for his right side.
