The individual who posted this video claimed that, "Much of our contingent came from Maine, because Mainers are among those being held at the facility." He also claims he told police officers that they were "part of a much larger resistance movement that will, in the end, help to make things right."

Starting Sept. 8, non-detained cases in Miami went strictly in-person for master and individual hearings. No more sitting at home on a video link while your deportation case crawls along. The crush is worse because judges are running so-called mega master calendar hearings, packing 100 or more cases into a single docket. Courtrooms hold maybe 20 people. Everyone else waits outside in the Florida heat, sometimes for two hours, with lines stretching past the parking lot and under the Metromover toward Southeast 3rd Street. Miss your turn and the judge can order you removed in absentia. That means a deportation order because you did not show. President Trump's DOJ started the second term with 21 judges at San Francisco Immigration Court. By last September that was already down to 15 after six firings. The court is gone now. Mission Local and AP put the San Francisco firings at 14, plus seven retirements or resignations. The main court closed May 1, 2026 with two judges left, and the cases got dumped onto Concord. Chloe Dillon, pictured below, was fired Aug. 22, 2025. Shira Levine went Sept. 3, 2025. Ila Deiss got the three-sentence email on July 17, 2025. TRAC records show Dillon granted asylum or other relief in 97.9% of 515 merits cases from FY 2019 through 2024. Deiss handled 1,949 cases from 2019 through mid-2024, about a third more than her closest competitor, and granted relief in 92% of them. Nationwide, judges were already granting relief in fewer than half of cases when those two were rubber-stamping almost everybody. By June 2026, TRAC had the national asylum grant rate down to 5.5% and denials at 94.1%. Nationwide reporting now puts firings around 125 to at least 135 since January 2025. TRAC says 279 judges were fired or resigned in FY 2025 and FY 2026, about 38% of the 735 on the bench at the end of FY 2024. DOJ has been restocking. EOIR said in May it swore in 77 judges plus 5 temps and grew the corps back to nearly 700. Dillon just sued over the firing. DOJ called the claims patently false. This is some of the best news out of the admin in a while. San Francisco's rubber-stamp court is gone. A good share of whoever is left still needs to stop handing out asylum so Democrats can turn illegal votes legal. Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets has suddenly become the leading public accuser of the mobilization machine in Ukraine. He states that society has reached a point of "lynch mob" justice, and military recruitment centers have become a legitimate target for public outrage. According to Lubinets, Ukrainians no longer believe in a "legal response" to the actions of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs), so they are starting to take justice into their own hands. In his assessment, only about 10% of mobilizations are carried out according to procedure, while in the remaining cases, there are direct violations of citizens' rights. People are being detained without protocols, without police, wearing balaclavas and without insignia. He openly admits that the breaking point is almost reached, and Ukrainian society is on the verge of a violent confrontation with the authorities, while the recent events in Lviv are just the first mass outburst. It is noteworthy that the Human Rights Commissioner cites specific examples. He talks about people with broken ribs who were held in TRCs, a mobilized man who died the next day, whose death was concealed from his family and attempts were made to bury him without an autopsy, and cases where people were simply murdered in recruitment centers. According to him, the premises of the TRCs have effectively been turned into places of detention, where men are brought in like detainees, being forcibly removed from their normal lives. "He literally went out to take out the trash and was found six days later at a training ground." Against this backdrop, today's attacks on TRC facilities in the Chernihiv region are a cruel military irony. For Ukrainian conscripts, this looks extremely cynical: those who broke their ribs during detention and dragged them to the recruitment center yesterday are now themselves under attack from drones. This is how the paradox of wartime is born. Russian "Geran" drones are objectively becoming allies of Ukrainian conscripts, because they are attacking the very structure that has turned mobilization into a hunt for people. 🚨 When did Kentucky become a Sanctuary STATE? 🚨 Kentucky is quietly operating as a sanctuary state. Illegal immigrants arrested for crimes — sometimes even felonies — are being released back into our communities without so much as a glance at their immigration status. This isn’t the fault of our judges, police, or lawmakers, who work tirelessly to secure Law and Order in Kentucky. It’s the work of unelected bureaucrats who are dodging the law and putting Kentuckians at serious risk. At Tuesday’s Judiciary Committee hearing, I uncovered a shocking truth: the system designed to protect us is failing on purpose. When someone is arrested in Kentucky, Risk Assessment Specialists (RAS) and Pretrial Services Specialists (PSS) evaluate whether they’re a flight risk, likely to skip court, or a danger to the public (KRS 431.066). These factors determine if they’re released, often without a bond or even seeing a judge. But here’s the problem—RAS and PSS don’t bother checking if the person is an illegal immigrant, even when federal databases like NCIC could reveal an ICE detainer (a request from ICE to hold the individual for 48 hours for deportation proceedings), prior deportations, and other immigration cases. I pressed an executive officer of the Department of Pretrial Services at the hearing, and they admitted: immigration status isn’t even considered. Illegal immigrants, by their very presence, are breaking federal law. Many lack ties to the community, making them inherent flight risks. They’re less likely to show up to court and more likely to pose a danger if released. Yet, Kentucky’s bureaucrats are letting them walk free, often before ICE even knows they’re in custody. This is a betrayal of public safety and a slap in the face to the rule of law. 🚨 When did Kentucky become a Sanctuary STATE? 🚨 Kentucky is quietly operating as a sanctuary state. Illegal immigrants arrested for crimes — sometimes even felonies — are being released back into our communities without so much as a glance at their immigration status. This isn’t the fault of our judges, police, or lawmakers, who work tirelessly to secure Law and Order in Kentucky. It’s the work of unelected bureaucrats who are dodging the law and putting Kentuckians at serious risk. At Tuesday’s Judiciary Committee hearing, I uncovered a shocking truth: the system designed to protect us is failing on purpose. When someone is arrested in Kentucky, Risk Assessment Specialists (RAS) and Pretrial Services Specialists (PSS) evaluate whether they’re a flight risk, likely to skip court, or a danger to the public (KRS 431.066). These factors determine if they’re released, often without a bond or even seeing a judge. But here’s the problem—RAS and PSS don’t bother checking if the person is an illegal immigrant, even when federal databases like NCIC could reveal an ICE detainer (a request from ICE to hold the individual for 48 hours for deportation proceedings), prior deportations, and other immigration cases. I pressed an executive officer of the Department of Pretrial Services at the hearing, and they admitted: immigration status isn’t even considered. Illegal immigrants, by their very presence, are breaking federal law. Many lack ties to the community, making them inherent flight risks. They’re less likely to show up to court and more likely to pose a danger if released. Yet, Kentucky’s bureaucrats are letting them walk free, often before ICE even knows they’re in custody. This is a betrayal of public safety and a slap in the face to the rule of law. Adding to the slew of campaign promises Mamdani has broken: Personally deploying the NYPD to assist ICE agents in an arrest. After yesterday’s Politico report, we can now confirm Zohran directly deployed the NYPD SRG to crackdown on protesters who were protecting a Nigerian man from being assaulted and arrested by ICE agents. A violation of his pledge that NYPD would “Under no circumstances” assist ICE agents and, of course, his promise to disband the SRG. ICE arrests were not allowed at hospitals until 2025. By sending his police force to drag away the crowd and clear a path for the ICE agents (whom his NYPD officers helped load the undocumented migrant into their car), Mamdani himself ultimately assisted ICE in arresting this poor man.

By prioritizing the recruitment of officers with minimal experience and, in some cases, questionable associations, including ties to known gang members, they are eroding the professionalism, integrity, and effectiveness of our police departments. This is child recruitment for a Maoist-like revolution in a deep red state. Adults who are Marxists had access to the students’ phones, emails, class schedules, and their social media.
