🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol have once again violated the Constitution… this time by illegally detaining a U.S. citizen in Louisiana for the “crime” of remaining silent. In the video, you can clearly see the Border Patrol agent ask the man for ID… which already tells you he didn’t know who...

🚨BREAKING: An ICE/Border Patrol agent approached a U.S. citizen’s car, opened the door without permission, took his keys, threatened to arrest him if he didn’t prove his citizenship, and STILL refused to return his keys after he showed his U.S. PASSPORT. And then, the agent admitted ON CAMERA that the entire detention was unlawful. And here is what makes this even more disturbing… At no point did the agent claim this man committed an actual crime, but still threatened to arrest him. He was just a person who pulled over near a federal immigration operation. And because of that, the agent walked up to his vehicle, opened his door, took his keys, and threatened to put him in jail unless he proved he was a U.S. citizen. Which is not how constitutional rights work. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. The U.S. citizen repeatedly asked… “Why am I being detained?” The agent first claimed he was “suspected of being illegal.” But, they didn’t have evidence to back that claim. And even after showing his U.S. PASSPORT, they refused to give him his keys back… When the U.S. citizen continued questioning why he was detained… the justification changed. Now, the agent claims he was supposedly “impeding an immigration investigation.” The man asked, “How did I impede?” The agent answered, “You pulled up right here.” That was the reason… He pulled over. The man asked, “Did I walk over there?” The agent said, “No.” “You walked to me.” The agent admitted to that. The man never left his car. He never blocked agents. He never interfered with an arrest. He pulled over… and the agent came to him. And note, the issue was never that agent told the U.S. citizen to leave… Then, after failing to justify an excuse for stealing this U.S. citizen’s keys, and threatening to arrest him if he didn’t prove his citizenship, the agent said he detained him because… “You are their boss and you hire illegal aliens.” So, the agent’s justification was not that this U.S. citizen committed a crime, it was that he was connected to people they were investigating. This is exactly why constitutional protections exist. Because if law enforcement can decide someone “looks suspicious,” demand proof of citizenship, seized their property, and threaten to arrest them until they comply with unlawful orders, those rights mean nothing. People have a right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures… regardless of their appearance, their ethnicity, or who they know. And this agent’s own words expose him: He didn’t stop this man. He didn’t pull him over. He didn’t catch him committing a crime. He approached a U.S. citizen, unlawfully detained him, and then tried to justify it afterward.

🚨 WATCH THIS: An ICE/Border Patrol agent, once again, illegally detains and interrogates a U.S. citizen… on camera. In this video, an ICE agent is seen holding a man’s driver’s license hostage while repeatedly demanding to know where he was born. The man calmly says, over and over: “I’m an American citizen.” But the agent refuses to accept the answer… because this is how ICE tries to manufacture “probable cause” when they don’t actually have any. Here’s why what this agent did is unlawful: 1. ICE can ask immigration questions… but they cannot detain you without reasonable suspicion. Once the agent has the man’s license and isn’t letting the interaction end, that’s not voluntary anymore. ICE cannot detain anyone unless they have reasonable suspicion the person is removable. He clearly didn’t. 2. You do NOT have to answer “where were you born?” Citizens and non-citizens alike can refuse to answer. Your birthplace is private information, not a magic password for ICE. 3. ICE has databases. They can verify citizenship without badgering people. Agents often push this question because they want the person to slip up or panic. A “verbal admission” makes their job easy…even if it’s false. This is why they keep pressing even after hearing “I’m a citizen.” And why it is important to not answer their questions. 4. This is coercion, not procedure. Holding someone’s ID while interrogating them is not a routine check. It’s an unlawful seizure under the Fourth Amendment. 5. ICE’s own rules forbid racial profiling. Yet, here we are again: a citizen being treated as “suspicious” because of how he looks, not because of anything he did. Bottom line: This man did EVERYTHING right. He asserted his citizenship. He stayed calm. The only person breaking the law in this video is the ICE agent. And if this is how they treat a citizen, imagine what they do to people who can’t film it.

🚨 BREAKING, MINNESOTA 🚨 ICE/Border Patrol agents illegally detained a U.S. citizen and told him he had to “prove” his citizenship. In the video, the man is standing outside his own vehicle while multiple agents surround him, demanding ID. He calmly tells them, “I’m a United States citizen.” Their response? “You have to prove that to us.” Let that sink in. He asks why he was stopped and directly questions whether it’s because he looks Somali. The agent denies it and immediately pivots to, “Do you have your driver’s license?” They then double down, again insisting that a U.S. citizen must prove his citizenship to ICE. When pressed, one agent starts mumbling about the car possibly being connected to people “not here legally.” Then the tone shifts. You hear an agent warn the others, “Cameras, cameras to your left.” The man states the car is registered in his own name. An agent asks, “What is your name, sir?” He responds, “I don’t have to tell you.” Another agent falsely claims, “You actually do have to identify yourself.” The man asks the most important question, “Then why did you stop me?” Suddenly, a different agent steps in, asks for ID, says he just needs to “hold it up,” glances at it, says “okay, cool,” and they all walk away. No citation. No arrest. No explanation. Because they never had legal grounds to stop him in the first place. This is what it looks like when ICE conducts unlawful stops, relies on racial profiling, and backs off the moment someone knows their rights and records everything. Film them. Ask questions. Assert your rights. Because cameras are the only reason this didn’t go further.

🚨Another day, another video of ICE agents illegally detaining a U.S. citizen, and demanding they prove their citizenship… this time in San Bernardino, CA. In the video, ICE agents boxed in a car, at a McDonald’s parking lot, and demanded to see an ID. One person holds up his ID, saying, “Can you see that? United States of America.” The agent responds, “Yeah, I see plenty of fake ones, too.” The man says, “My sh*t ain’t fake.” The agent responds, “I gotta make sure… I’m not going to just take your word for it,” while inspecting the ID. Here’s the thing… this is illegal. You are a U.S. citizen, doing nothing wrong. ICE has no right to seize your ID, or demand proof of citizenship, under these circumstances. Holding a government-issued ID is more than enough, and the agent knows it… but he acts like it isn’t. Then, the agent walks away and passes another agent, who asks, “Did you run it?” You can’t hear what the agent responds… probably something along the lines of, they know their rights so I couldn’t… Since the first agent didn’t run the ID because he doesn’t have the right to…he is a citizen who hasn’t committed a crime… This is why the second agent starts asking more questions, trying to dig for anything they can intimidate people with. They ask whose car it is, how long they’ve had it, if they bought it from someone… Every time, the people refuse to answer. And still, the agents keep leaning into intimidation, before finally letting them go. This is a textbook illegal detainment and harassment. ICE is trying to bully people into giving up information they don’t have to, all while pretending a valid government ID isn’t enough. This is why knowing your rights is important. Don’t let ICE manipulate you, or scare you, into giving information they have no legal right to take.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent admitted, ON VIDEO, that he had no legal justification to keep questioning a U.S. citizen about his immigration status… But continued harassing him anyway, while illegally detaining him… in Eagle, Idaho. In the video, mask ICE agents approach a construction site. One masked agent orders a man to put down the pole he’s carrying, so he can question him… while another agent walks up to a man who is setting concrete. The man setting concrete tells the agent he isn’t going to talk to him because he’s working. The agent ignores him and says… “Where were you born? We are looking for someone.” The man tells him he doesn’t care who they’re looking for… He’s working. Instead of leaving him alone, the agent gets in his way, and demands his identification. The man says he doesn’t have an ID on him… So, the agent demands his name. The man tells him he’s a legal U.S. citizen, and that’s all he needs to tell him. The agent ignores that, and keeps harassing him with… Where were you born? Where are you from? The United States? The U.S. citizens keeps trying to tell the agent he needs to work before the concrete is sets, and tries to walk away. But the agent keeps following and blocking the U.S. citizen until he finally tells the agent to get off of him, and demands the agent’s name and badge number. The agent responds… “I’m asking YOU the questions.” Then, another agent says, “Let’s go.” And the agent finally walks away, saying… “Okay, that’s fine. HE’S NOT OUR GUY ANYWAY.” THEN WHY THE HELL DID YOU KEEP HARASSING HIM?! ICE cannot just stop or detain someone because they want to know where they were born. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures, and ICE agents need reasonable suspicion to detain someone for immigration questioning. And if this was just a “voluntary conversation,” the man was free to walk away. Instead, the agent followed him, blocked him from working, repeatedly demanded his identity and birthplace, and continued confronting him AFTER he tried to walk away. And that should piss everyone off. Because this wasn’t about finding the person they were looking for… The agent admitted that he KNEW the man wasn’t their guy. But that didn’t stop the armed federal agent from following and harassing a U.S. citizen. And it’s exactly how constitutional rights disappear… one “small” violation at a time… until we’re expected to accept the government treating our rights like they’re optional.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents are caught on camera unlawfully stopping and threatening a U.S. citizen at a gas station, with zero legal basis. In the video, a Border Patrol agent approaches a man who is simply pumping gas into an unmarked vehicle and immediately demands, “Let me see your ID.” The man correctly responds, “I don’t have to show it to you.” Instead of stating any lawful reason for the stop, the agent escalates and asks, “How do I know you’re a U.S. citizen?” That question alone exposes the violation. The man is wearing normal clothing, committing no crime, not crossing a border, not driving, and not suspected of anything. There is no traffic stop, no reasonable suspicion, no probable cause, and no legal authority to demand proof of citizenship in this context. So, what the agent is really saying is this: If you don’t look white enough, you must prove you belong. That is racial profiling. It is unconstitutional. And it is illegal. The agent then issues a threat: “This can go two ways. I can take you in, or you show me your ID.” That is not a choice, it’s coercion. Faced with the threat of unlawful detention, the man is forced to hand over his identification, surrendering his rights under duress. This is exactly how constitutional rights are stripped away, not by law, but by intimidation. If Border Patrol can demand “proof of citizenship” from Americans at a gas station with no cause, then no one’s rights are safe.

🚨In Key West, an ICE/Border Patrol agent threatened to PULL A U.S. CITIZEN OUT OF THE CAR because he cursed at an agent… then had the audacity to tell the U.S. citizen to “learn your laws.” So, let’s learn them. In the video, Border Patrol agents pulled over a car of U.S. citizens and demanded everyone hand over their IDs. When the passenger says, “Bitch, fuck you,” an agent asks what he said and then threatens to pull him out of the vehicle if he “says one more thing like that.” The passenger correctly asks: “For what? That’s freedom of speech.” The agent responds: “That’s not how that works. Learn your laws.” Oh, we’re going to… Cursing at a government agent is not, by itself, a crime. The First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism, insults, and profanity directed at law enforcement, as long as it is not a physical threat. The government cannot punish people simply for verbally challenging or criticizing law enforcement. And it gets even worse. After the passenger calls the agent a “fucking white cracker,” the agent asks what he called him… and then tells another agent he is “thinking of calling in and arresting this guy.” For what? Because he hurt your feelings? The government does not get to arrest someone for speech they don’t like. And yes, Border Patrol has special authority near the border. That includes operating immigration checkpoints where agents can briefly stop vehicles, without individualized reasonable suspicion, for immigration questioning. But, that is different from a roving patrol stop. When not operating at a checkpoint, Border Patrol needs reasonable suspicion to pull over a vehicle for immigration questioning. And even at a checkpoint, the agents’ authority is not unlimited. A checkpoint stop does not automatically give them the right to search the vehicle, indefinitely detain people, or arrest someone because they said something an agent didn’t like. The Constitution does not say… “You have freedom of speech, unless a federal agent gets offended.” It says the government cannot punish you for exercising that right. And perhaps the most important part of this entire video is… The passenger knew his rights better than the federal agent threatening him. The agent told the U.S. citizen to learn his laws… But maybe the agent should have learned them first.

This is how ICE/Border Patrol retaliates when U.S. citizens dare to question them. A woman is sitting in her car in her own neighborhood. An ICE/Border Patrol agent comes to her window. She calmly asks a basic question, “What are you doing in my neighborhood?” His response, “I can do whatever I need to do.” She says, “No, you don’t. Record this” And that’s when it happens. The moment she tells someone to record, the agent turns to his coworkers and says, “Guys, let’s find out their status.” Let that sink in. No suspicion. No probable cause. No crime. Just punishment for speaking up. She says, “Be my guest,” and identifies them out loud, “Everyone, this is ICE.” Now the agent comes back, demanding, “What is your legal status?” She refuses. Correctly. Calmly. Repeatedly. “I don’t have to answer that.” He insists anyway. He starts to say, “I have…” then stops himself. Because he knows he doesn’t have anything. No warrant. No authority. No legal basis. This is intimidation. This is retaliation. This is ICE using the threat of detention as a weapon against civilians who observe them, film them, or question them. When she tells him he should be ashamed, he deflects with the same tired propaganda, “Oh, for all the sex offenders we’ve arrested.” She challenges him, “Show me one. Show me one you have arrested.” And suddenly, he walks away. Because this was never about public safety. It was about silencing her. ICE does this over and over again, If you film them, they threaten you. If you ask questions, they demand your “status.” If you assert your rights, they escalate. This is not law enforcement. This is a federal agency punishing people for exercising their constitutional rights. Film them. Know your rights. That’s the part that scares them most.

🚨A Border Patrol agent, in the Florida Keys, has been caught on video… multiple times… racially profiling, assaulting, and illegally arresting U.S. citizens. The agent pulls over a car, removes the driver, who is a U.S. citizen, and handcuffs him… Then, in the video, he is seen trying to forcefully handcuff the passenger, too… again, a U.S. citizen… with no clear justification. Another agent is heard yelling that he’s going to tase the passenger if he doesn’t comply, while they’re illegally handcuffing the U.S. citizen. The person in the back seat starts, saying, “this is f*cking crazy,” trying to document what’s happening, and the moment the agent notices he is recording, he tells him to stop and tries to grab his phone. Recording law enforcement, in public, is protected under the First Amendment… and trying to seize someone’s phone to stop that recording is unconstitutional. Even the person being handcuffed says, “Hey, you can’t take his phone…” because that’s how obviously illegal that action is. And after all of that… the illegal stop, the force, the arrests… they were all released, because none of it should’ve happened to begin with. And if this were an isolated incident, that would already be a problem… but it’s not. Two weeks later, the same agent is recorded AGAIN, pulling over the same U.S. citizens… So, this is where it stops being about one bad stop, and starts looking like something bigger… Because when the same agents are caught, on camera, violating the Constitution… over and over… and nothing happens to them… You no longer have those Constitutional rights.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now threatening to violently assault U.S. citizens for the crime of sitting in their own car, in a parking lot… Yes. Literally that. ICE agents are now claiming U.S. citizens are not allowed to be in the same parking lot as them. In the video, you can hear an agent approach a person sitting quietly in their car and announce that he is ICE, and that other ICE agents are also in the parking lot… Then the agent immediately issues what he calls his “one and only warning.” The person responds, “I was just on the phone.” The agent responds, “No. No you’re not.” The agent then escalates to a direct threat of violence, saying… “This is your one and only warning. I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. And then the agent illegally orders the U.S. citizen to “get the fuck out” of the parking lot and tells him he is not allowed to return. To break that all down… an ICE agent used intimidation, retaliation, and threats of violence against a U.S. citizen for exercising their First Amendment rights, and existing in a public space. And then banned the U.S. citizen from returning to the public space. So, just to be absolutely clear… The Trump administration is conditioning the public to obey masked federal agents, without questions and without rights.
