Don’t get it twisted. Jawar is not challenging Eritrean sovereignty rather seems to believe that the bonds that exist between the two people are strong and shall pave a way to much closer & unique relationship beyond the usual relations with other neighbors. Having said that, it should be clear that Eritrea was never part of Ethiopia rather was violently & illegally annexed & occupied for 30 years during which a liberation struggle was being conducted. Eritrea is a full fledged sovereign nation & does not seek any special relations with Ethiopia given its dirty history of crimes against Eritrea. Ethiopia was afforded several opportunities to coexist side by side with Eritrea but failed to act in good faith proving its untrustworthy traits. Therefore, there won’t be any relations with Ethiopia until it takes responsibility & compensate Eritrea for the crimes it committed. Ethiopia is the one & only historical enemy of Eritrea which was proven by its repeated acts through centuries. 👉Jawar, please shove your lips service where the sun don’t shine!

Jawar is not a stranger to spewing this sort of nonsense, he wants to be the big cheese in Ethiopia and replace the Gangster Abiy regime with his own capos. FANO must know not to turn their back on this guy?

Jawar is galla, it's true Eritrea was part of ethiopia but jawar and and his kenyan gallas are the last people to claim eritrea ...no galla stepped foot in eritrea, gallas will be sent back to gallia/kenya and we will take back Eritrea our forefathers possession

For the past 40+ years, Eritrea, Somalia, and Tigray have safe-harbored Oromo activists, “intellectuals,” and militias. Like a refugee camp affirmative action policy, now look at how they’ve turned Ethiopianist for their rabid, assimilationist Oromia empire building.

Hey, just a reminder—we speak Amharic too, and thanks for your "biased" translation. Why are you trying to twist his words into something he didn’t say?

I like your posts, but pls stop twisting @Jawar_Mohammed words. What Jawar said was that these two countries are interdependent, economically & culturally. Whether I agree with his statement or not is irrelevant. But twisting his words to create animosity is unacceptable.

I finally agree with Jawar on something.

Stop this bullshit, he didn't say anything about autonomy. He's talking about complexity of the conflict that involves them, particularly social, historical and economic interdependence between the two countries.
