BREAKING: Justice Kavanaugh appears to support the Trump administration's case to extend Presidential powers. Kavanaugh: "Independent agencies are not accountable to the people. They're not elected as Congress and the President are, and are exercising massive power over individual liberty and billion dollar industries, whether it's the FCC or the FTC."

🚨 JUST IN: SCOTUS Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Sam Alito NUKE the "independent commission" scam, an apparent win for Trump Their argument: Can Congress just make ANY Cabinet office an "independent commission," thereby DESTROYING the presidency? KAVANAUGH: "Independent agencies are NOT accountable to the people. They're not elected as Congress and the president are, exercising MASSIVE power over individual liberty and billion-dollar industries, whether it's the FCC or the FTC..." Jonathan Turley: Both Kavanaugh and Alito made SHORT WORK of those defending this law...they keep saying, can you just make ANY Cabinet Department an independent commission? Can you make their length in office 20 years? Those questions left the other side FLOUNDERING!

🚨 JUST IN: Kavanaugh and Alito just TORCHED the entire “independent commission” scam and the left is panicking because this is a HUGE win for President Trump They went straight for the jugular. The question was simple: can Congress just slap the word “independent” on ANY Cabinet office and basically wipe out presidential power? Kavanaugh wasn’t having it. “Independent agencies aren’t accountable to the people. They’re not elected. Yet they’re exercising MASSIVE power over liberty and billion-dollar industries.” Then Turley sums it up: Kavanaugh and Alito made SHORT WORK of the defenders. Can Congress make ANY department “independent”? Can they give them 20-year terms? Every time the justices pressed, the other side COLLAPSED. This is the Supreme Court reminding Washington who actually runs the executive branch. Trump needed this. And he got it.p

President Trump said “I don’t think so” when asked if more firings are expected after the Supreme Court overturned a 90-year-old decision that allowed Congress to shield members of certain independent agencies from being fired by the president at will. “It gives a president the right to do what the president should have the right to do,” Trump said. The decision from the high court expands the president's power over many independent boards and commissions, which Congress had insulated from political pressure by saying their members could only be removed by the president for cause.

We have 535 Members of Congress but just one President. That's why we need a bipartisan independent commission under the 25th Amendment to make sure this president—and all future presidents—are fit to discharge the duties of their office. Congress should pass H.R. 8275 to fill this constitutional void.

#BREAKING: President Hassan Sheikh has transformed the NCC forum into a political party platform: the Justice & Solidarity Party, amid the absence of Puntland and Jubbaland leaders. The opposition warns of a power monopoly, likening the move to Siad Barre's one-party rule, and argues that it is less about reform and more about centralizing power, accusing the government of silencing dissent and excluding federal voices under the guise of national unity. #Somalia

President Trump just honored Senator Lindsey Graham, saying his defense of Brett Kavanaugh during the Supreme Court confirmation fight was one of the greatest moments in congressional history. Trump said Graham’s fiery stand against what he called a “crazy” Democrat effort to derail Kavanaugh did more than make headlines, it helped save the nomination at one of the most pivotal moments in modern American politics. Millions of Americans still remember that hearing as the moment someone finally stood up, fought back, and refused to let political pressure decide the outcome. President Trump made it clear he believes Graham’s speech changed history, and without it, Brett Kavanaugh may never have made it onto the Supreme Court. 🇺🇸

Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed because we learned from Clarence Thomas. The reason Thomas got confirmed is the American people listened to Anita Hill, listened to Clarence Thomas, looked them in the eye, and made a judgment. We followed the same path with Kavanaugh—and the majority of people watching believed him. Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed because we learned from Clarence Thomas. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson: Did I understand you to say that domicile is controlled by Congress? Trump's Solicitor General Sauer: Congress can't dictate certain classes of people lack the legal capacity to form a legally binding domicile. Jackson: My understanding was the framers put this citizenship clause into the Constitution to prevent future Congresses from affecting citizenship in this way. Sauer: I... uh, uhhh... no I don't think so.

🚨 NOW: Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan just ripped President Trump for supposedly fanning VIOLENCE against justices Absolutely unreal. SEN. REED (D): *Reads Trump being critical of the Court* JUSTICE KAGAN: "These statements are really unhelpful, they're DANGEROUS in terms of individual justices' security." Kagan tried the "both sides" stipulation, but it was in specific response to Trump. How many MAGA are trying to SWAT and kill justices!? Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas face the WORST OF IT. POLITICAL VIOLENCE COMES FROM THE LEFT

BREAKING: The Supreme Court has allowed the Trump admin to revoke legal status granted by the Biden admin to 500,000 immigrants (NBC) Wow. Liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson fumed about the decision. Jackson fumed that the Court did not take into account “the devastating consequences of allowing the government to precipitously upend the lives and livelihoods of nearly half a million noncitizens while their legal claims are pending.” The ruling was 7-2.
