🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just illegally broke into another home without a judicial warrant, this time in Jersey city. Witnesses say they followed a man who ran inside a house, and instead of stopping there… they forced their way in. They reportedly broke in the door, without showing a warrant, had no clear legal justification to enter the home, and they still couldn’t detain the person. And once again, this is a blatant constitutional violation. The Fourth Amendment is not complicated… The home is supposed to be the most protected space in the country. Warrantless entry is supposed to be the exception, not something that happens because someone ran inside. “Chasing someone” does not automatically erase constitutional limits. And then, local police show up… say they didn’t know about a warrant, and were seen shaking hands with the federal agents afterward. That just shows you how normal this is becoming… ICE agents just violated the Constitution… broke into a home... And instead of anyone being held accountable, and facing consequences you or I would absolutely face for something like that… police show up and shake their hands. We’re watching “emergency justification” slowly turn into standard practice… and once that happens, constitutional protections stop meaning anything.

🚨ICE agents are illegally stopping U.S. citizens and demanding they get out of their cars to “prove” their citizenship… in Shakopee, Minnesota. In the video, multiple unmarked agent vehicles have a man surrounded while they run his information through a federal database. A woman drives by, sees what’s happening, and asks the man his name. He answers her… and says he’s a U.S. citizen. And yet, he’s still being treated like he has to justify existing in his own community. And just to clarify… Agents cannot just stop someone, demand identification, and hold them while they “check” someone’s status without reasonable suspicion of a crime. Driving while being a POC is not reasonable suspicion. Federal agents do not get to turn neighborhoods into checkpoints because they feel like it. When armed agents surround someone, run them through a database, and force them to prove who they are without explaining why they’re being detained… that is a violation of their constitutional rights. Rights don’t hinge on whether an agent feels suspicious that day. When law enforcement believes the Constitution is optional, enforcement turns into intimidation. Stops turn into fishing expeditions. Detentions turn into threats. Databases turn into weapons. Power expands to the edge of whatever no one pushes back on. And once that line moves, it does not move back on its own. That’s what people should be paying attention to.

He kicks it not once, but TWICE, directly towards the feet of people trying to get away. And then, he casually turns around and walks away. He was in no danger. The people were not blocking any agents. They weren’t even near the street. And he purposely walked out of his way, towards the people who were walking AWAY from him, to kick a chemical weapon at them. This isn’t just reckless… it’s illegal. Under federal and state law, intentionally using a chemical irritant to harm or intimidate civilians is assault. Beyond assault, this is reckless endangerment and excessive use of force, which violates both constitutional protections and civil statutes. AND he did this in a park, right next to a playground. ICE and Border Patrol agents ARE the criminals and terrorists.

When NYC lowers the speed limit to 10 mph in an effort to force you onto mass transit anyone who dares still owns a vehicle will be labeled a “super speeder” and a “danger to the public” for receiving “speed” camera violations. I love watching how dumb active & retired NYPD cops are, they get baited into helping further push this anti car agenda as they call for the removal of due process rights and constitutional protections all while believing they are upholding their oath. All it took was one poorly investigated headline about one of their own’s vehicle receiving 547 violations, which were paid. Those who believe themselves to be Sheepdogs continually prove they are actually just pearl clutching 🐑.

LAWSUIT UPDATE 🚨 Day 290 of being under unlawful police investigation after SEGA colluded with City of London Police to raid my home and steal my consoles after SEGA screwed up their clearance process. A human rights lawsuit alleging violations of Articles 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 13 & 14 by SEGA /Fusion85/ City of London Police was filed in March. As of today all three defendants are in default, having not filed a valid acknowledgment of service. Once again, all parties have displayed complete disregard for lawful process in not taking a High Court Human Rights lawsuit seriously. Sega attempted to engage, using a big law firm to try and scare me in to submission by arguing my claim was “totally without merit”, claiming all their fees from me, and filing a witness statement from Daniel Finegold that confirms Lindsay Cox was responsible for the clearance. The same Lindsay who recognised me when I attempted to serve the lawsuit on SEGA in person, video attached. The full extent of that witness statement will be revealed in due course, it tells us A LOT ☕️ The police tried to send an email to the court asking for the claim to be thrown out. I’m at a loss for words with how utterly incompetent civil servants are. This has now backfired catastrophically for City of London Police the full extent of which will be revealed soon ☕️ Fusion85 have remained entirely silent, a default judgement against them will likely follow in due course. A further lawsuit against individual officers will soon be served, alleging amongst others, material non disclosure in the warrant application process. I offered a ceasefire and the opportunity to resolve this situation almost 3 weeks ago, once again it fell on deaf ears, so i’m forced back in to the public to seek justice and accountability for how I have been treated. Apparently City of London Police have made a criminal referral in anticipation of a not guilty plea from myself. No idea what crime i’ve allegedly committed by buying office clearance remnants from a charity sub contractor in good faith. BREAKING: President Joe Biden has pardoned his son Hunter Biden. The development comes after the Biden administration promised the public that he would *not* consider pardoning his own son. Biden now says "enough is enough." Official statement from Biden: Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter. From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department's decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted. Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form. Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently. The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled in the courtroom - with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter's cases. No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter's cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son - and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter - who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they've tried to break me - and there's no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough. For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth. They'll be fair-minded. Here's the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice - and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision.

This prosecutor should be ashamed of himself for promoting such a fundamental mischaracterization of a defense attorney’s duties. Yesterday, in his closing argument in the trial of #EdrickFaust, elected district attorney Kalki Yalamanchili boldly stated that the defendant’s lawyer, Ahmad Crews, has the duty of “[making] sure, regardless of what the evidence is, that he does everything he possibly can to walk Mr. Faust out that door - even though he murdered Tara Baker.” This was (correctly) objected to immediately by Mr. Crews, but what Judge Lisa Lott did to remedy the statement remains unclear. Let me make this clear: defense lawyers are only under obligation to the Constitution. They are not intended to indiscriminately fight for the outcome of a client. They are, just as any other attorney, prohibited from fabricating evidence or information to mislead the court or a jury. Their job is to ensure the prosecution lawfully, and following rules of due process, proves its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Part of their job is to call into question the strength of the evidence against their clients, but not through stooping to the level of deception. The zealous defense of a client cannot be equated with immoral advocacy. It does not mean excusing crime, ignoring facts, or endorsing violence. Undermining and demonizing that role by portraying counsel as morally corrupt for doing his job pressures jurors to effectively punish defendants for the stigma associated with having defense counsel. If there are mistakes, prejudices, conflicts of interest, or any other reason to lose faith in an investigation, a defense attorney’s job is to bring it to the surface and hold the government to account rather than allow a defendant to be steamrolled into a wrongful conviction. Mr. Yalamanchili’s suggestion that defense counsel exists to defeat justice “regardless of the evidence” is an attack on the very elements of the justice he purportedly believes in…but he knows this already. #FreeEdrickFaust #JusticeforTaraBaker #Georgia

Yesterday, in his closing argument in the trial of #EdrickFaust, elected district attorney Kalki Yalamanchili boldly stated that the defendant’s lawyer, Ahmad Crews, has the duty of “[making] sure, regardless of what the evidence is, that he does everything he possibly can to walk Mr. Faust out that door - even though he murdered Tara Baker.” This was (correctly) objected to immediately by Mr. Crews, but what Judge Lisa Lott did to remedy the statement remains unclear. Let me make this clear: defense lawyers are only under obligation to the Constitution. They are not intended to indiscriminately fight for the outcome of a client. They are, just as any other attorney, prohibited from fabricating evidence or information to mislead the court or a jury. Their job is to ensure the prosecution lawfully, and following rules of due process, proves its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Part of their job is to call into question the strength of the evidence against their clients, but not through stooping to the level of deception. The zealous defense of a client cannot be equated with immoral advocacy. It does not mean excusing crime, ignoring facts, or endorsing violence. Undermining and demonizing that role by portraying counsel as morally corrupt for doing his job pressures jurors to effectively punish defendants for the stigma associated with having defense counsel. If there are mistakes, prejudices, conflicts of interest, or any other reason to lose faith in an investigation, a defense attorney’s job is to bring it to the surface and hold the government to account rather than allow a defendant to be steamrolled into a wrongful conviction. Mr. Yalamanchili’s suggestion that defense counsel exists to defeat justice “regardless of the evidence” is an attack on the very elements of the justice he purportedly believes in…but he knows this already. #FreeEdrickFaust #JusticeforTaraBaker #Georgia

When he rolled down his window, they told him… “We got the wrong person.” And walked back toward their cars. You’re okay.” And then they drove off. The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. And courts have made clear that a “seizure” isn’t just being arrested, or put in handcuffs. It also includes situations where law enforcement use their authority in a way that blocks your freedom to leave… or creates an intimidating, forced encounter. So, when officers surround a car, hit it while backing up, and pull a teenager into a sudden law enforcement interaction, with no valid reason… At minimum, it’s a reckless stop. At worst, it’s an unlawful seizure, with property damage, and no accountability. And then there’s the part when she casually said… “We do this all the time.” Because that turns an “oops” moment into a pattern. And when that pattern violates your constitutional rights and due process, it starts to feel a lot like the government is using the Constitution like they use the Bible… Quoted when it’s useful, ignored when it isn’t.

What a resounding condemnation by (368-7) of the unhinging of the democratic process in Pakistan by the US Congress. A positive push in the right direction, along the lines of our own constitution, for democracy, rule of law, civilian control over our armed forces (not vice versa), personal freedoms, etc. Resolution 901 states in essence that: "The people of Pakistan deserve the respect of their government, the rule of law, free and fair elections and civilian command and control of their armed forces ...... "Whereas the Constitution of Pakistan states that ‘‘the Federal Government shall have control and command of the Armed Forces’’, and the oath taken by members of the Armed Forces swears they will ‘‘uphold the Constitution’’ and ‘‘not engage in any political activities; "Whereas an essential safeguard of democracy is civilian command and control of apolitical military and security forces; ........ Their evil deed knows no bound and its a shame that they still rejoice and justify their crime. They lied by accusing that the kuki-zo themselves beheaded David in order to frame the meiteis. But God had different plans. Their filthy lies exposed by the culprit himself. It is beyond my comprehension how people can loathe us so much yet expect us to stay together in the same environment. How long must we suffer in the hands of these radical meiteis?? We do not want the same sufferings to befall on our future generations and hence separation from these animals is the only option for the kuki-zo. It is no more a choice.
