🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just illegally broke into another home without a judicial warrant, this time in Jersey city. Witnesses say they followed a man who ran inside a house, and instead of stopping there… they forced their way in. They reportedly broke in the door, without showing a warrant,... had no clear legal justification to enter the home, and they still couldn’t detain the person. And once again, this is a blatant constitutional violation. The Fourth Amendment is not complicated… The home is supposed to be the most protected space in the country.
