🚨ICE agents are illegally stopping U.S. citizens and demanding they get out of their cars to “prove” their citizenship… in Shakopee, Minnesota. In the video, multiple unmarked agent vehicles have a man surrounded while they run his information through a federal database. A woman drives by, sees what’s happening, and asks the man his name. He answers her… and says he’s a U.S. citizen. And yet, he’s still being treated like he has to justify existing in his own community. And just to clarify… Agents cannot just stop someone, demand identification, and hold them while they “check” someone’s status without reasonable suspicion of a crime. Driving while being a POC is not reasonable suspicion. Federal agents do not get to turn neighborhoods into checkpoints because they feel like it. When armed agents surround someone, run them through a database, and force them to prove who they are without explaining why they’re being detained… that is a violation of their constitutional rights. Rights don’t hinge on whether an agent feels suspicious that day. When law enforcement believes the Constitution is optional, enforcement turns into intimidation. Stops turn into fishing expeditions. In the video, a woman is standing, with several other civilians, on the opposite side of the street. They aren’t blocking traffic, or interfering with an arrest. In fact, you can’t even see an arrest taking place. They’re simply standing there, filming ICE agents from a public place. Then, the ICE agent deliberately walks across the street, approaches the woman, raises his pepper spray canister just inches from her face, and sprays her directly in the eyes. People standing around her are seen running away to avoid getting sprayed, too Only AFTER spraying her do you hear the agent say, “Back up.” And then they turn around, like they didn’t just assault U.S. citizens with a chemical weapon, and walk away. This should piss off every American. The First Amendment protects your right to record law enforcement in public. Pepper spraying someone for peacefully recording… is retaliation. The Fourth Amendment also protects people from excessive force. Under the Constitution, officers can’t use force that isn’t objectively reasonable under the circumstances. If someone is standing on the other side of the street, posing no immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… it’s difficult to justify blasting them in the face with a chemical weapon. And even ICE’s own use-of-force standards require force to be reasonable, necessary, and proportional to the threat presented. Nothing in this video suggests that standard was met. This is exactly why people should be concerned about masked federal agents operating with little transparency, or accountability… If agents can walk up to U.S. citizens and assault them with a chemical weapon for recording… that means your constitutional rights exist at the discretion of whoever is holding the pepper spray. And that’s not how a constitutional republic is supposed to work.

A man is standing there, doing nothing but existing in public space. He glances back, and an agent uses both hands to shove him off the sidewalk toward the street, then casually walks away. Moments later, another person is standing on the same sidewalk. An agent pushes them into the street, directly in front of a car, and continues across the crosswalk as if nothing happened. Let’s be clear about what this is. This is assault. This is use of force without legal justification. This is reckless endangerment, pushing people into traffic. This is deprivation of civil rights under color of law. This is law enforcement interfering with lawful use of public space without cause, orders, or any articulated threat. These are members of the community, on their own sidewalks, not blocking anyone, not threatening anyone, not committing a crime. ICE agents do not have the authority to clear sidewalks by force, and they absolutely do not have the authority to put civilians in danger because they feel entitled to the space. If any ordinary person shoved strangers into traffic, they’d be arrested on the spot. When federal agents do it, we’re told to look away. The individual being taken into custody had been wanted for violent crimes, including home invasion and sexual assault. Instead of letting law enforcement do their job, Benito and other responders chose to interfere and harass the agents.

Absolutely outrageous. For those of you who keep saying that this isn’t happening, shame on you. Our communities continue to get terrorized by ICE and we have innocent people who are being picked off our streets. I hope their kids were not across the street at the school watching this. And the advice to the woman? “If he comes back, call us.” That’s what has people furious. When someone is at your door in the middle of the night, you expect immediate protection. Not paperwork. Not catch and release. Not “call again if it happens.” This is why so many Brits are fed up. Public safety is supposed to be the baseline. If citizens don’t feel protected in their own homes, something is broken.

Dear congressmen Max Lucks and Gökay Akbulut MdB, Whatever would we do without you visiting El Salvador to tell the people whose lives never bothered you when they were murdered in the thousands that they and 92% of their fellow citizens are wrong to support their president. Surely your efforts are needed here and not in your country, which is sinking into crime, economic ruin, and geopolitical irrelevance. Then again, as a fellow German I understand how refreshing it is to be in a country where you can criticize the government without the police raiding your home next week. Maybe one day we’ll have that in Germany, too.

ICE agents were seen piled on top of a man, while he was face down on the ground… with multiple agents putting their full weight on top of him. Moments later, they roll him over, you see his body completely limp, and he appears to be unconscious. Think about how far that had to go for his body to shut down like that. Think about how much pressure, how long, how intense it had to be… for someone to go unconscious. Because that’s not “routine,” or “standard.” At least 17 states have already passed laws banning, or severely restricting, chokeholds, and neck restraints, by law enforcement. Why? A 17-year-old U.S. citizen was reportedly on his way to church, when multiple officials surrounded his car, backed into his front bumper, and jumped out of their vehicles. When he rolled down his window, they told him… “We got the wrong person.” And walked back toward their cars. The 17-year-old got out to document what happened, and told an officer they had hit his vehicle… And the response was: “You can take a picture if you want. We do this all the time. You’re okay.” And then they drove off. The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. And courts have made clear that a “seizure” isn’t just being arrested, or put in handcuffs. It also includes situations where law enforcement use their authority in a way that blocks your freedom to leave… or creates an intimidating, forced encounter. So, when officers surround a car, hit it while backing up, and pull a teenager into a sudden law enforcement interaction, with no valid reason… At minimum, it’s a reckless stop. At worst, it’s an unlawful seizure, with property damage, and no accountability. So, when officers surround a car, hit it while backing up, and pull a teenager into a sudden law enforcement interaction, with no valid reason… At minimum, it’s a reckless stop. At worst, it’s an unlawful seizure, with property damage, and no accountability. And then there’s the part when she casually said… “We do this all the time.” Because that turns an “oops” moment into a pattern. And when that pattern violates your constitutional rights and due process, it starts to feel a lot like the government is using the Constitution like they use the Bible… Quoted when it’s useful, ignored when it isn’t.

🚨BREAKING: ICE and Border Patrol are once again making it clear that they don’t believe the Constitution applies to them… this time by entered the private property of No More Deaths in Arizona, a humanitarian camp providing water, food, and medical aid to migrants in the desert and to those deported at the border… without a warrant. Volunteers say agents first asked to enter and were denied. An hour later, they returned, claiming “hot pursuit” as an excuse… even though hot pursuit requires an immediate chase, not sitting around for an hour. In past raids, agents at least had proper warrants. Not this time. Here’s the kicker: No More Deaths was founded by religious leaders; Catholic, Unitarian, and Jewish clergy, to prevent people from dying in the desert. Their mission is unmistakably Christian: feed the hungry, care for the sick, welcome strangers, and protect the vulnerable… the exact values Jesus taught. Yet, the administration that claims to uphold Christianity is raiding the one group actually living Christian values. Helping immigrants is treated as a crime, while rhetoric about faith is used to justify cruelty. The hypocrisy isn’t subtle. It’s outrageous. And if they’ll ignore the law to target a faith-based humanitarian group, the real question is: What will they justify next?

It’s important to report those gatherings because there’s a high likelihood that there is illegal aliens among them who have not registered with the government or have moved in the last 14 days and have not updated their address with the government It is a federal crime to be in this country standing on a street without registering with the government therefore, as a part of a criminal investigation at any time, a federal ICE agent may ask anyone for their immigration status and whether or not they are registered properly with the government, if they refuse or choose to reject the investigation, they will be detained and arrested. 🚨 👇🏼 Calls to action 👇🏼 🚨
