@yourauntemma This is NOT a Constitutional failure. The Constitution works. The problem is no one is following the Constitution. That's a cultural failure, that is, no one has any confidence in the Constitution because no one has followed it in so long. Started ignoring it around 1860.

If DOGE auditing where our taxpayer dollars are going constitutes a constitutional crisis in YOUR imaginary world then what about: — Us being told to do things in 2020 by someone we did not vote for? Why wasn’t that a constitutional crisis? — What about all the misplaced children? Not a constitutional crisis? — Our invasion at the border, not a constitutional crisis? — Known criminals from other countries being allowed to come here illegally and cause harm (and worse) to citizens - not a constitutional crisis? — What about the people in NC, FL, and TN affected by Hurricane Helene? Or the wildfires and misuse of funds to California - not a constitutional crisis? Or is it only a “constitutional crisis” when you’re getting caught!!
