JUST IN: Representative Matt Gaetz speaks out after he files motion to vacate against Speaker Kevin McCarthy, says Democrats can adopt him if they want. “If the Democrats want to own Kevin McCarthy, they can have it.” “Because one thing I'm at peace with is when we stand here a week from now, I won't own Kevin McCarthy anymore. He won't belong to me. So if the Democrats wanna adopt him, they can adopt him.”

.Kevin McCarthy is going to get his wish. I’m going to file a motion to vacate against him this week. If at this time next week Kevin McCarthy is still Speaker of the House, it will be because the Democrats bailed him out. He can be their Speaker, not mine.

Who's the real leader of the House of Representatives? Last night, The Senate voted (77-19) to advance a bipartisan short-term funding measure (CR) to avoid a government shutdown at the end of the week. This morning, Speaker McCarthy said that the Senate CR is dead on arrival. Why? Because it includes some money for Ukraine, which MTG and other pro-Putin extremists in his party refuse to back. McCarthy could do the right thing and support the Senate CR since at least 70% of House Republicans support funding for Ukraine, but he's terrified of Matt Gaetz, MTG, and Donald Trump. He gave these extremists the power, and now they totally control him. Even Mitch McConnell slams McCarthy and House Republicans for their insistence to shut down the government: "A vote against a standard short-term funding measure is a vote against paying over $1 billion in salary for Border Patrol and ICE agents working to track down lethal fentanyl and tame our open borders.”

JUST IN: Matt Gaetz calls Kevin McCarthy a “feature of the swamp” after reporter tells Gaetz that people think he is a narcissist. “It's the benefit of this country that we have a better Speaker of the House than Kevin McCarthy.” “Kevin McCarthy couldn't keep his word. He made an agreement in January regarding the way Washington would work, and he violated that agreement. We are $33 trillion in debt. We are facing $2.2 trillion annual deficits.” “We face a de-dollarization globally that will crush Americans working class Americans. Kevin McCarthy is a feature of the swamp. He has risen to power by collecting special interest money and redistributing that money in exchange for favors.”

Could it actualy happen? Rumors are that Liz Cheney called Dan Goldman to ask Democrats to vote out Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Now there is an ironic idea that is being floated in which Democrats will team with Republicans to elect a new Speaker of the House, and that Speaker of the House would be none other than Liz Cheney. I don't see it happening. Do you?

Future DHS Secretary Senator Markwayne Mullin ran to Newsvax and tattled on Matt Gaetz for calling Kristi Noem “fine” because, in reality, he was mad because Gaetz refused to support his BFF Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House. You think you're getting mass deportations with this absolute cuck at the helm? He’ll be as soft on immigration as his Democrat counterparts. Mass deportations are over.

Kevin McCarthy says that Matt Gartz should be voted out of office and prosecuted: “You can’t sleep with underage women and think you can get away with it.” Also Kevin McCarthy: we must elect Trump for president—an adjudicated rapist who was credibly accused of rape and sexual assault by 26 women. A man who bragged on tape how he assaulted women. McCarthy doesn't really care about sexual assault. He is just trying to get revenge on Matt Gaetz for voting to remove him from Speakership.

Hakeem Jeffries, the next Speaker of the House, has a message for Speaker Kevin McCarthy and the House Republicans. He wants them to make a clean break from the MAGA extremists within the House GOP, and work with the Democrats to move the country forwards.

On this very floor in January, the whole world witnessed a historic contest for House Speaker. I rise today to serve notice. Mr. Speaker, you are out of compliance with the agreement that allowed you to assume this role. The path forward for the House of Representatives is to either bring you into immediate total compliance or remove you, pursuant to a motion to vacate the chair. I know that Washington isn’t a town where people are known for keeping their word. Speaker McCarthy, I’m here to hold you to yours.

The way to fund the government is not by doing it the same way Congress has since the mid-90s, where it's one up or down vote on the entire government all at once. We should have separate single-subject spending bills. Kevin McCarthy promised that in January. He is in breach of that promise. I'm not here to hold the government hostage. I'm here to hold Kevin McCarthy to his word.

Kevin McCarthy just admitted that he discriminated against white men while he was speaker of the house. Even worse, he admits to doing it in the primary. The speaker of the house has control over all the funds they raise for the Republican leadership fund or whatever it’s called. Old people all across the country donate to this thinking the money is being spent to help elect republicans in swing districts. Instead, McCarthy spent that money to help minority candidates win primaries against white men. I’m so thankful Matt Gaetz made that motion to vacate.
