Residents of North Texas and Dallas, did you receive an alert, heads-up, or any warning about the military training exercise from the Department of Defense?

Multiple police agencies put out statements last week. It was widely reported. We made posts too.

Very interesting! Thanks for the response and info, @DFWscanner. My question is, if they put out a statement last week, did people just forget about it? Many people in the area seemed confused; I received over a dozen DMs from people asking me what was going on. You would know more than I do since you cover more in that area

Ah, I've got friends who saw it too Many people were freaked out, even though they issued an alert a day ago saying that the Department of Defense would be conducting military training operations at various sites lol clearly people didn’t care or know about it 🤣

I remember when LA had that incident, and everyone thought a war had broken out or some attack was happening. Clearly, people didn't pay attention to the warnings issued. I've seen it happen a few times; it's pretty cool to watch, but if you don't know what's going on, then yeah, I would be freaked out too.

This is 160th SOAR conducting training. The Arlington, TX police put out a notice last week that training would be taking place at night at high profile locations around the DFW metroplex.

Remember that time military helicopters landed on Wilshire Blvd in 2019? They landed and removed something from one of the buildings. Interesting...

NEW: The Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area is expected to start seeing new delivery drones flying through the air, dropping off packages in backyards. California based ‘Zipline’ company is expanding operations in Texas. “Over the next few weeks, residents on the north side may occasionally see our aircraft flying over that private land about 300 feet in the air,” said head of community engagement at Zipline, Conner Wilkinson. The “calibration” flights will pave the way to bringing the drone deliveries to the Kaufman and Dallas-Fort Worth areas, reported the Kaufman Herald. Zipline partners with many companies but is only working with Walmart at this time in the Kaufman area. “Orders are loaded in seconds and then the Zip undocks and raises up to about 300 feet in the air and then flies to its destination,” Wilkinson said. Zipline has multiple drones, including the one you see below which drops off packages by parachute.

🚨 MULTIPLE MILITARY HELICOPTERS ARE CIRCLING LOW OVER MIAMI — AND PEOPLE ARE STARTING TO PANIC A video showing several military helicopters flying unusually low across Miami is suddenly exploding online… especially after witnesses claimed the aircraft were circling back and forth near the city’s major bridges and cruise ship port. Viewers are pointing out: • how LOW they were flying • the tight military formation • repeated passes over the city • and how nobody seems to know what triggered it Now the comments are completely spiraling: • “Why does this feel like the beginning of something?” • “This doesn’t look routine.” • “Why are they circling the bridges?” • “The silence about it is freaking people out.” Some people insist it’s just military training. Others think the growing military presence around major U.S. cities is becoming impossible to ignore. What do you think is really going on here?
