It is bigger than the whole of Belgium, which is 30,528 km², bigger than Denmark, which has a country area of 42,933 km², and bigger than Switzerland, which has a country area of 41,285 km². To do surveillance in Sambisa Forest means the FG would be doing surveillance over an area equivalent to Belgium, Denmark, and Switzerland in terms of land size, considering the resources we have at hand. The same Sambisa Forest is smaller in land size than Niger State. These criminal elements exploit these ungoverned spaces. That’s why Mr. President initiated the forest ranger program, which will help curb those who are using our forests for illicit purposes.”

Watch Juno zoom past Jupiter. NASA's robotic spacecraft Juno is continuing on its now month-long, highly-elongated orbits around our Solar System's largest planet. The featured video is from perijove 16, the sixteenth time that Juno passed near Jupiter since it arrived in mid-2016. Each perijove passes near a slightly different part of Jupiter's cloud tops. This color-enhanced video has been digitally composed from 21 JunoCam still images, resulting in a 125-fold time-lapse. The video begins with Jupiter rising as Juno approaches from the north. As Juno reaches its closest view -- from about 3,500 kilometers over Jupiter's cloud tops -- the spacecraft captures the great planet in tremendous detail. Juno passes light zones and dark belts of clouds that circle the planet, as well as numerous swirling circular storms, many of which are larger than hurricanes on Earth. As Juno moves away, the remarkable dolphin-shaped cloud is visible. After the perijove, Jupiter recedes into the distance, now displaying the unusual clouds that appear over Jupiter's south. To get desired science data, Juno swoops so close to Jupiter that its instruments are exposed to very high levels of radiation. The difference between promises and performance. In 15 years, the NCP-Congress government delivered just 11 km of Metro in Maharashtra. In less than 9 years, the BJP has started work on 437 km, with nearly 200 km already operational or nearing completion. And the momentum isn't slowing down. By 2030, Maharashtra is set to add over 300 km of new Metro corridors. This is what development looks like under Devendra Fadnavis.

India is building the world’s highest and most challenging railway line in the Himalayas. Indian Railways is silently constructing the world’s highest railway line, much higher than China’s Qinghai–Tibet Railway "The Bhanupli–Bilaspur–Leh railway line" Stretching over 490 km through the Himalayas, the line will feature ~70 tunnels, covering more than 50% of the route length (approximately 260 km). The longest tunnel will be 27 km long. The project will also include 100+ major bridges, with the highest elevation reaching 5,359 meters near Taglang La Pass, the highest point any railway line in the world has ever reached. The project is also estimated to be one of the most expensive in Indian Railways history, currently costing around ₹1.3 lakh crore. For comparison, the 500 km MAHSR was initially estimated around ₹1.1 lakh crore. Currently, Phase 1 (Bhanupli → Bilaspur → Beri), spanning ~63 km, is under construction and expected to be completed soon, Hopefully, in the coming years, we will have a direct railway line connecting Leh.
