Time for the Right to learn how to Fight: This is the Story of How Jimmy Kimmel was Ripped Off-Air… What Jimmy Kimmel said about Charlie Kirk is indefensible. It made us all angry. But how do we channel that righteous anger into something productive? We must focus, isolate the enemy and apply swift, immense tactical pressure. Mean tweets are great. But they can be ignored. What can’t be ignored are your paying customers organizing against you and FCC investigations. That is exactly what we did. First thing: ABC is not just another cable channel. ABC operates under a special Federal Broadcast License that lavishes them with taxpayer-funded privileges on the condition that their programming is “fair and equal” and in the “public interest.” The FCC regulates this license, so my team immediately booked the FCC Chairman Brendan Carr on The Benny Show. Chairman Carr put Disney on notice that they were going to have to defend Kimmel’s sick lies about Charlie’s death before the FCC. We made them defend the indefensible. Make them eat it. Then my team contacted ABC, Disney and local station owners all day. This is key. ABC creates the programming BUT privately owned local affiliates choose to broadcast the programming — or not. They have the power. There are hundreds of stations with moral, patriotic audiences who love Charlie Kirk and are sickened by Kimmel. We asked these broadcast affiliates why they would continue to carry such indefensible programming by ABC? To their great credit, Nexstar and Sinclair, two massive ABC affiliates that reach 37 million households told us they were pulling Kimmel out of respect for their viewers. A historic moment. Can’t think of another time that has been done. This is the free market. Kimmel chose to attack Kirk. Viewers chose to not watch Kimmel. If local viewers turn off Kimmel en-masse the local stations have catastrophic loss in ad revenue and the system collapses. Drop an FCC investigation on top of that and Disney has no choice but to rip the toxic programming from the air. This is a generational culture war victory. Charlie always knew how to Fight and Win. We are the majority. When Republicans organize and unite for a common cause we are unstoppable. Let’s unite in this moment and win. For Charlie 👊🏼🇺🇸

.Peter Meijer tells CNN the left has “spent way more time treating Jimmy Kimmel as a victim than the person who was shot and killed in front of their wife and children” and “nobody” has been “silenced” by the government in the Jimmy Kimmel suspension, unlike what the Biden administration did with Google.... “Who was silenced? Nobody silenced....We talk about the blue and the red division, every single one of the reasons why the FCC has a role is because these are broadcast stations with a monopoly that was granted by the government....I would hate it if the federal government came in and said, you may not say that. The reason why Jimmy Kimmel got himself into the first place is he was repeating a lie believed by one in three Democrats that the person who assassinated Charlie Kirk had a right-of-center beliefs. We can parse his verbiage all day long. If he comes out and says, listen,’ that was not what I was trying to say.’ Thank you. Fantastic. I appreciate that, Mr. Kimmel. The problem is, that is believed, and we have spent way more time treating Jimmy Kimmel as a victim than the person who was shot and killed in front of their wife and children” “Your hypothetical if the Biden administration went and jawboned, let's say, social media platforms. Deplatforming hundreds of conservatives? That is literally what the administration that you served did. Google just released all of the components...In the history of the FCC, they have done that plenty of times” “Your administration deplatformed and kicked off of social media — you want to talk about actually silencing? Having any single public outlet that you have on allowed to — to broadcast something, right? Jimmy Kimmel could go on MSNBC tomorrow. He's going back on ABC tonight. This man has not been silenced. Charlie Kirk been silenced because he's dead. A lot of conservatives were silenced on social media platforms because the government threatened those social media companies. Facebook, Google, Twitter. You can go down all the list. YouTube again, just acknowledged to Congress today that they did that at the behest of the Biden administration....I don’t care about Jimmy Kimmel.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE DATE: JANUARY 20, 2026 TO: Mr. Mohammed Awal, NPP Communications Team SUBJECT: Demand for Retraction and Formal Apology Regarding Derogatory Remarks Against Fans of Shatta Wale We write to express our utmost disappointment and strong condemnation of the derogatory remarks made by Mr. Mohammed Awal, a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Communications Team, during a live discussion on Joy News earlier today. During the broadcast, Mr. Awal labelled the fans of the African Dancehall King, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, as "junkies." We find this statement not only offensive but also a gross misrepresentation of a diverse and vibrant fanbase that spans across all sectors of Ghanaian society including professionals, students, parents, and hardworking citizens Labelling a specific group of citizens with such a stigmatizing term is an act of prejudice that has no place in constructive national discourse. As a communicator for a major political party, Mr. Awal is expected to maintain a level of decorum and respect for all Ghanaians, regardless of their musical preferences or affiliations. One can effectively make a political or social submission without resorting to name calling or the marginalization of a specific demographic. The "Shatta Movement" is a community built on loyalty and passion. To categorize this massive collective as "junkies" is a direct insult to the dignity of millions of Ghanaians. We, therefore, call on Mr. Mohammed Awal to Retract the statement in its entirety. Offer an unqualified apology to Charles Nii Armah Mensah and the entire fanbase for the disrespect shown on a national platform. We believe that public discourse should be characterized by mutual respect. We hope Mr. Awal takes this opportunity to rectify his error and uphold the standards of professional communication expected of his office. SIGNED, Phushket Shatta Bobby SM Fanbase Chairman
