🚨 do you understand what OpenAI just announced.. ChatGPT Pro is now $100/month. 10x more Codex usage. and Codex isn't autocomplete - it writes, debugs, builds entire apps. autonomously. if you've used Claude Opus for coding you know the feeling. Codex hits the same way. except Claude Opus limits burn through in hours. you blink and you're out. Codex just got a $100 tier built to run 24/7. no cooldowns. no "you've reached your limit" at 2am mid-build. they're not selling you a chatbot. they're selling you a software engineer that never sleeps and never asks for equity. and they're doing it quietly while everyone argues about tariffs.

OpenAI is preparing to reveal new Codex hardware on July 15. Its silhouette resembles Work Louder’s Creator Micro 2. It looks like OpenAI is building a physical control panel for an AI coding agent.

OPENAI 🔥: Codex now supports Chrome DevTools Protocol for browser use. This is a huge superpower that will allow Codex to inspect and modify any website. It is still a very early implementation, but I bet that in several years this will be a default browser capability. If websites are loaded through AI, users will be able to customize their UX on the fly. This is the way 👀

The Codex app-server is underrated! The prompt worked and 1.6k lines of Visual Basic later we have a fully working app including streaming and using your ChatGPT subscription And yes the actual Codex app for Windows is coming 🙂

One of the top pieces of feedback we get about OpenAI Codex: “make it faster”. We addressed it in a big way with our ultra fast Codex-Spark model (research preview for Pro). Available in the latest Codex app, CLI, and IDE extension. Here’s Spark vs 5.3-Codex-Low side-by-side (Credit Romain Huet for the initial idea).

Hi TrendAI Zero Day Initiative OpenAI, asking for the rules of Pwn2Own26 Coding Agent directory, particularly the "interact with ... repository" If a user opens someone else's git repo using CodeX App with default permissions and is immediately RCE’d, does this fall within the threat model? :)

Working on a “Hand-Off to Mac” way to load the chats from the Codex Remote Control for iOS app to the Codex App Codex app-server doesn’t quite support a live update So I decided to find a workaround A button that forces the closing of the Codex App and reopening it in the chat created from iPhone Would you use this button?

You can now customise sections in the Codex and ChatGPT desktop app. Group your chats, then drag sections into whatever order works for you. ChatGPT OpenAI Developers

I just got Codex to reverse engineer the Control+M speech-to-text mode in the Codex app and build a Mac app that lets you run it anywhere. The demo is me making this tweet right now.

OpenAI is working on a new experimental feature for Codex called Scratchpad. Users will be able to start multiple Codex chats from a TODO list view, which will be executed in parallel. It will become very instrumental in the upcoming Codex Superapp, where you will be able to trigger a broader range of tasks to achieve your goals. * Not available yet 👀

Union Alpha is now in Codex!! The speed is insane over 300 to 400 tokens a second, 262k context, images in, and it's free for a week. It's a good timing too, most of the Codex usage is basically gone right now. Zai did this exact thing in August: Ox Alpha showed up unnamed, free for a week, built for agentic coding, and a week later it was GLM-5.3-Flash. So what model do you guys think it is?

This is one of the cheapest AI coding stacks I’ve seen. Alibaba Cloud just dropped a coding plan starting at $10/month. With qwen3.5-plus, kimi-k2.5, glm-5, and MiniMax-M2.5, it already supports tools like Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Cline, and more. Link to try: 👇
